i feel like i need to go to a therapist specifically for my aversion to email and (non-texting app) group chats because it’s really screwing over my friendships and job prospects. it probably started as a covid brain fog thing but i got fired for not checking discord and was repeatedly dehumanized by having to email my accommodations for every. single. homework assignment in college and it made my aversions worse.
