Started reading Secret Empire. Never seen so much exposition but I am happy there is actually a reason for Cap being in Hydra. I always assumed it was just revealed he was one the whole time but no, it starts with an alternate timeline. I will say though, that would have made more sense as a twist as opposed to us seeing him in Hydra right at the start.
