I really hate that I come from a mother who tells me to play it safe and follow the rules. Im a shit starter. I deserve to start shit. I deserve to fuck around and find out. How else will I know what works and what doesn't? Her words really fuck me up in wanting to follow through on any type of activism because she always gives a perspective that people only worry about themselves so you should too. It's sad! I don't wanna mind my business. I wanna organize! I wanna fight and fight with others. We don't need to struggle alone because someone else has, is, and will experience what I'm experiencing.
