Believe it or not.
Now this week, Friday to be exact.
My mom told me to go out with my father and buy a good kettle to make up.
IDK SHIT ABOUT KETTLES OR BASIC MONEY STUFF!!!! Ik my father would take care of it for me. But the thought of being outside is just akward, and it also my mom fault since she is the one keeping me home most of the times.
I'm mentally not prepared for anything, lol.

Anyway this Riddle pic is so real.
So me and my mom make up.
But Idk why, I still feel uncomfortable around her and face her. Even u she did face me with it.
Even tho she just made up her own side of the story, I didn't really corrected her or tried. She is a bit stubborn (not really she is rock headed af)
Idk why I feel uneasy, even when I woke up I felt weirdly sick to go downstairs in the kitchen to eat.
I mean, I'm a person who usually runs away or isolate herself when faced with problems. (Mizuki kinnie :D)
I still feel uncomfortable around my mom tho, even tho we made up.
Rook Hunt for the comfort, he is so passionate and silly, I love him sm. [I will fight you if you think otherwise]

Anyway just want to update cuz why not :D
I don't think that's anything abnormal, something being resolved doesn't always mean an automatic sense of relief or comfort.
And I think it can be more discomforting if it being "resolved" was just pushing her own narrative onto you and the situation.
I think its okay for you to avoid the topic and run away from it, or feel uncomfortable around her, because it was a distressing situation that now you can do even less about
I'm sorry and I wish there was more I could do to help you!!! Hopefully everything calms down so you can at least eat and go on with your day!

Epels to go with ur rook hehehe

Me rn:

Idk what to say, this pic explains it all-
So uhm.
Today, I got ignored by my mother because I broke the kettle, and that kettle is very dear to her and expensive.
I mean, ik I'm reckless and she knows it.
And all because I hit it a bit too hard with the table.
Yeah, kind of cried at first. And felt lonely.
I just needed to get this off my chest, cuz it hurt sm for some reason, even no matter how much I look at the situation, it utterly stupid to cry over-
TOTALLY NOT CRYING RN (╥﹏╥)
Your mother doing that is,,,a bit childish, at least to me,,
I understand how upsetting losing a valuable item that you may not be able to replace can be but,,, the reason it broke was an accident and the person who accidentally broke it is obviously sorry
So why make them feel worse about it? She's an adult who should handle her feeling while knowing the balance between the fact that, yes this valuable item is broken and it's wasn't purposefully broken and what happened was a mistake that should be forgiven and handled maturely instead of ignoring your child for no real reason
And it's not anything stupid to cry over! I'd be really upset if one of my parents ignored me due to a mistake, how you feel and how you let out how you feel are valid! I'm sorry that this is happening and I'm always here for you! Don't beat yourself up about the situation (if possible) because really the bigger problem lies in how the adult is handling it!
You can always talk to me! I love you! <3

LOOOOOOOL, but real, like wdym I can't shower with affection and show how much I love him?
𝘼𝙩𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙏𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙨 𝘼𝙗𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙏𝙝𝙚𝙢
: ̗̀➛Type: Headcanons [fluff] : ̗̀➛Idea/Inspiration: @myunghology : ̗̀➛Characters: [Mafuyu Asahina, Akito Shinonome, Tsukasa Tenma, Honami Mochizuki, L/N KAITO] : ̗̀➛ Note: I actually loved the idea so I actually credit the one I saw it from! Also made this at night and I'm so fucking sleepy rn so expect mistakes, BUT HEY, I finish this. Also, somehow posted this the same day as Tsukasa's birthday, so HAPPY BIRTHDAY TSUKASA!!! : ̗̀➛ Warning: none.
⚜ Mafuyu Asahina ⚜

❅ She stares at you in silence longer than anyone else ever does. When you're with her—alone, in the quiet—Mafuyu doesn't fill the silence. Instead, she looks at you. Not with curiosity or joy, but with deep, searching eyes that seem to ask questions she doesn't yet know how to form. The way she studies you, like she’s trying to decipher something unspoken, is oddly intense. It makes your heart beat faster, because you realize you might be one of the few things in her life that makes her feel something real, something different. And she's trying to figure out what that means.
❅ She seeks you out when she doesn't know what to do with her emotions. Sometimes, Mafuyu will show up unannounced—not because she has something to say, but because she doesn’t know what else to do. Her voice is flat as she says something like, "I didn't want to be alone." She sits beside you, not asking for comfort or conversation, just existing beside you, quietly. But the vulnerability in her presence is heavy. It shows trust—an unspoken admission that your presence brings her a sense of grounding, even if she can't put it into words.
❅ She lingers on your touch even if she doesn’t fully understand it. When you hold her hand, touch her shoulder, or brush her hair aside—Mafuyu doesn't respond the way most would. She goes still, almost as if trying to memorize the sensation. And then, unexpectedly, she touches back—barely, like she's afraid it will disappear. Her fingers ghost across your wrist or rest lightly on your sleeve. It's subtle, but it's everything. It's feels quite special, since she is someone who doesn't know how to love, but is trying, piece by piece, with you.
❅ She asks you strange, personal questions out of nowhere. Mafuyu will suddenly ask, "Why do you like me?" or "What does it feel like when you're happy?"—her expression unreadable, voice flat, but her eyes focused solely on you. She listens intently to your answer, as if she's trying to graft your feelings onto herself, trying to borrow your warmth. It's endearing not just because it's intimate, but because it means you're someone she trusts enough to pull answers from. She wants to feel what you feel—and she wants you to help her get there.
❅ She clings to your voice like it's a lifeline. Sometimes when you talk to her—about your day, about nothing at all—Mafuyu will close her eyes and just listen. Not because she's bored or distracted, but because your voice calms something in her. There's something so rare and beautiful about the way she quietly folds herself into the moment, letting herself be still with you. It's special because, in a world that feels empty and cold to her, you are something warm and grounding. And even if she can't say it out loud, you know she treasures that comfort more than anything.
⚜ Akito Shinonome ⚜

🥞. He smirks when he catches you staring. Akito is quick to notice when your eyes linger, and instead of calling it out, he gives that subtle, self-assured smirk. It’s magnetic because it turns the air charged—you feel caught, like he sees right through you, and he enjoys every second. [I mean, he is hot stuff HOW could you not stare at him?]
🥞. He lightly tugs you closer in public. If you’re walking through a crowd, he’ll hook a finger on your sleeve or slip his hand into yours casually, like it’s second nature. It’s protective without being overbearing, and that effortless claim makes your heart race.
🥞. Scary dog privilege [do I really need to say much?] Akito doesn’t have much patience for anyone who messes with you. If someone says the wrong thing or crosses a line, his jaw tightens, and you can feel the shift in his energy—quiet, but charged. He won’t always say much, but you know he’s ready to step in, no questions asked. You usually have to grab him to stop him from escalating, but he’ll insist, "They’re asking for it." But he still let you drag him away anyways.
🥞. Fixing your clothes like it's second nature. It's a small thing, but Akito notices everything, I mean he is very observant. He'll step in without a word—tugging the zipper up, smoothing out a wrinkle, or flicking a piece of lint away—while muttering, "You're hopeless." It's quick, almost careless, but the casual intimacy of it makes your heart skip. His fingers are warm, his movements confident, and he always steps back like nothing happened, leaving you flustered and wanting him to do it again
🥞. He's clingy without realizing it. If you casually sit on his desk during break and start talking about whatever's on your mind, Akito will almost instinctively rest his head on your lap. It's so natural for him that he might not even realize he's doing it until you laugh and point it out. When you tease him about being clingy, he just smirks, brushes it off with a lazy, "What? You're comfy," but the slight blush on his cheeks betrays that he actually likes being close to you more than he'd admit. [Him and his fatass ego]
⚜ Tsukasa Tenma ⚜

✮ He mirrors your body language naturally. When you cross your legs or lean forward, Tsukasa often does the same without realizing it. This unconscious connection speaks volumes—it’s like he's silently tuning in to your mood and rhythm. And it is said that: Couples will evidently begin to mimic their better half after some time.
✮ He lightly touches your hand when he wants your attention. Rather than interrupting or raising his voice, Tsukasa simply brushes your hand or fingers to catch your eye. That small contact, just enough to pull you back to him, is so tender it makes your heart flutter a bit. It's a subtle way he shows how much he values you, without needing grand gestures or drama.
✮ He softens his voice when talking to you alone. Around others, Tsukasa can be lively and loud, but in private, his tone drops a notch, becoming gentle and warm. When he speaks to you, there's a quiet affection behind every word—like his voice is a secret meant only for you. It's magnetic because it draws you close, making ordinary conversations feel like moments you'll remember forever.
✮ Talks about you like you're a miracle. In quiet moments, his theatrical energy drops and he looks at you softly—saying things like "I never thought someone like you would love someone like me." It's sincere, and it hits hard. [I wanna squeeze him to death, OMAGA]
✮ He memorizes your favorites and surprises you. Tsukasa's dramatic nature makes his gestures huge—like appearing with your favorite drink out of nowhere or announcing he brought your favorite snack "to fuel his beloved's day!" it's really thoughtful in his part, cuz beneath all the theatrics, he really does listen.
✮ He would move mountains for you without a second thought. If you ever asked Tsukasa for something—even something huge—he wouldn't hesitate. Whether it's helping with a daunting task, standing up for you, or making sacrifices you didn't even realize were needed, he carries that selflessness quietly but fiercely—he's like the gentlest giant who'd go through hell and back just to see you smile.
⚜ Honami Mochizuki ⚜

🥧. Makes you bento lunches. She'll shyly hand you a box at lunch, cheeks pink. Inside? Neatly packed food, often with a cute apple bunny or heart-shaped rice, and the combination of food she makes to test her cooking skills, which taste good as hell.
🥧. Helps you clean your room without asking. One day she visits and just starts tidying up—humming as she folds blankets, arranges books. She says she likes doing it because she "feels at home with you."
🥧. Writes to-do lists for you with little hearts. When you're overwhelmed, she quietly organizes your tasks and slides you a small sticky note with checkboxes—and one checkbox that says: "Smile today 💕."
🥧. Walks beside you without rushing. Honami adjusts her pace to yours, whether you're fast or slow, and if you're sad, she links arms and gently hums while walking, like she's shielding you with presence alone.
⚜ L/N KAITO ⚜

🍦. Plays his guitar for you in quiet moments. When the world gets too loud, he'll gently pull you aside, sit you down, and play without a word. You can tell it's for you—soft melodies full of care, comfort, and unspoken affection. It's how he says "I love you" without saying a word.
🍦. Hides behind you when he's nervous. At group hangouts or crowded settings, KAITO quietly shifts behind your shoulder, his voice low and hesitant. You catch him glancing at you as if silently asking you to handle introductions or keep close. It's shy, but weirdly adorable how he depends on you like that.
🍦. Leaves you hand-written notes. He's not great at verbal expression, so he scribbles things on sticky notes—reminders, encouragements, or random thoughts—then carefully folds them into your bag or notebook without you noticing until later.
🍦. Waits for you to finish talking, then answers with his full heart. Even if it takes him a while to gather his thoughts, when he finally speaks, it's genuine and thoughtful. You know that if KAITO replies, he truly listened, truly cared.
🍦. Pulls you into a hug when you least expect it. Usually reserved, KAITO has his rare moments of boldness—like after a long day when he suddenly wraps his arms around you from behind, his head resting on your shoulder, the guitar forgotten beside him.

Bicep theory
✦gn!reader
✦characters: Deuce, Leona, Jack, Epel, Sebek
✦”You always flex when I touch your arm”

Deuce Spade
You were walking side by side, his hand casually holding yours, when you decided to test a theory.
You lightly squeezed his arm, and… yep… there it was. The muscle tightened instantly.
You smirked. “You always flex when I touch your arm.”
Deuce’s head whipped toward you, eyes wide like you just accused him of stealing. “W-What?! No I don’t!” His voice cracked halfway through.
“Yes, you do.” You gave his bicep another squeeze, and sure enough, it tensed even more.
“That’s just… uh… muscle memory!” he stammered, face quickly turning red. “It’s not on purpose!”
You raised a brow, clearly unconvinced. “So you’re telling me it’s pure coincidence that your arm magically gets harder every time I grab it?”
Now he was fully flustered, sputtering nonsense while looking away. “I-It’s not like I’m… showing off or anything!” His ears were as red as Riddle hair.
But for the rest of the walk, you couldn’t help but notice… he still kept flexing.

Leona Kingscholar
You were strolling through the marketplace with Leona, your arm hooked through his. At some point, you gave his bicep a light squeeze and immediately felt the muscle harden.
You narrowed your eyes. “You always flex when I touch your arm.”
Leona didn’t even glance at you. “Tch. What’re you talkin’ about?”
“You know exactly what I’m talking about,” you accused, giving him another squeeze. Yep… definitely flexed. “You just did it.”
“That’s called having muscles,” he replied lazily, a smirk tugging at the corner of his mouth. “Can’t help it if they’re firm, herbivore.”
“Firm is one thing, Leona. This is posing.”
He side eyed you. “And I didn’t hear you complain. And you keep touching me.”
You rolled your eyes, but the smug purr in his voice told you everything, he absolutely knew what he was doing, and he was going to keep doing it just to watch your reaction.

Jack Howl
You were walking side by side with him, fingers loosely wrapped around his arm. As usual, his bicep felt… well, a little harder than normal. You squinted suspiciously.
“Jack,” you said slowly, “you’re flexing.”
His ears flicked immediately. “What? No, I’m not!”
“Yes, you are.” You gave his arm a squeeze, and sure enough… solid as stone. “You do this every single time I touch your arm.”
Jack’s tail gave a guilty little flick. “I-It’s just… instinct,” he muttered, looking away with faintly pink cheeks. “I’m not trying to show off or anything.”
“Mhm,” you hummed, smirking. “Sure you’re not, Mister ‘My biceps could crush a watermelon.’”
His blush deepened, and he grumbled under his breath, “I’m just making sure you feel safe, okay?”
You laughed, leaning into him. “Right. Totally about safety. Definitely not because you want me to notice how big they are.”
Jack didn’t answer… just kept walking with his cheeks red and now he’s avoiding your gaze as well.

Epel Felmier
You were strolling through the marketplace with Epel, your hand resting on his arm as you pointed out a few stalls. It took you a second to notice it… his bicep felt… unusually firm.
“Epel,” you said, narrowing your eyes at him, “are you flexing?”
His head snapped toward you, eyes wide. “What? No! Why would I do that?!”
You squeezed his arm again, raising a brow. “Mmhm. This is definitely flexing. You’re like a rock right now.”
He scoffed, cheeks already tinting pink. Hiding a little smile because you just said his arm ‘rock hard’ “You’re imaginin’ things. I’m just naturally strong, y’know?”
You grinned. “Oh yeah? So if I let go right now, you’re not gonna relax that arm at all?”
Epel hesitated… then quickly shifted his posture, and sure enough, his arm softened just a little. Your smug smirk said it all.
He groaned and looked away. “Fine. Maybe I flex a little… but it’s just ‘cause I want ya to see I ain’t some delicate flower!”
You laughed, leaning closer. “Don’t worry, farm boy. I know how tuff you are.”
Epel’s blush deepened, but his arm tensed again almost immediately, like he wasn’t about to waste another chance to impress you.

Sebek Zigvolt
You were walking beside Sebek through the streets, your hand resting lightly on his arm as he went on and on about Malleus.
Halfway through his speech, you noticed something. His bicep under your palm was rock solid.
You tilted your head. “…Sebek, are you flexing right now?”
He froze mid sentence, turning to you with an expression of pure offense. “WHAT?! OF COURSE NOT! I HAVE NO NEED TO FLEX MY STRENGTH!”
You smirked, giving his arm another squeeze. “Mhm. Constantly flexing, you mean.”
His cheeks flushed, though he tried to mask it with a loud laugh. “Hah! RIDICULOUS! This is simply my natural state!”
“Uh-huh…” you said, pretending to believe him. Then, just to test your theory, you removed your hand and placed it back on his arm a moment later only to feel it tense up immediately.
You grinned knowingly. “Yep. Definitely flexing.”
Sebek’s face was now bright red. “I—! IT IS MERELY… A DEMONSTRATION OF STRENGTH SO YOU FEEL SAFE, HUMAN!”
You chuckled, leaning into him. “Well, mission accomplished.”
He puffed out his chest even more, mumbling something about “protecting you at all times” while keeping that arm as firm for the rest of the walk.

HELL YEAH!!!
This is beautiful, I'm just, too flabbergasted-
Anyway stealing my own idea cuz I can? Idk, or maybe not.
I mean, I was the one who requested SOOOOOOOOOOO. Ehe maybe when I get motivated.
Dw I'll tag you bbg!!!
But srs thanks, I didn't know you'll accept, you just made my heart skip a beat.
I should probably go to sleep now, lol
There was a request that I really wanted to do but for some reason it just doesn’t give me the option to respond? Anyways whoever you are thank you!!! Comments like these make my day!!! <3

⭐️Tsukasa Tenma⭐️
He was in the middle of telling you about a new show that he was gonna go see this weekend but you could care less about that. Especially when he’s literally glowing in front of your eyes.
You stared at him intensely while he just continued his dramatic monologue using excessive hand gestures until you leant forward and cut him off with a blunt:
“If you engage in modelling you’ll pull it off effortlessly with a face like that.”
Tsukasa paused in his dramatic gestures and just slowly turned his head to look at you
“A… model you say…?! Wha-! But of course!! Who wouldn’t want to see this amazing face on the cover of Vogue!! HA! HA! HA!”
He tried sounding confident while his face was just getting redder by the second, he tried covering it by turning away and fanning at himself and making a stupid comment about how hot it is today.
You smiled, he slightly turned in your direction once again but your smile caught him off guard as he excused himself for a moment to recompose himself.

🎈Kamishiro Rui🎈
You’re staring at him, he turns around and looks at you two for a while with an amused expression then giggles and asks;
“Fufu.. What’s wrong? Is there something on my face?”
You deadpan just say; “No. Just thinking about how much you’ll earn by modelling with that pretty face of yours.”
His eyes widen slightly.
He then giggles, this time more softly, rubbing his neck.
“Me? Pretty? Why, thank you for the compliment, but I don’t think modelling is my type of thing.”
He looks so cute flustered and blushy that you just couldn’t resist complimenting him even more.
“Well… Not only I think you’re pretty but your voice is also really smooth and nice to listen to… I could listen to it all day long.”
He tried to come for a response but he just ended up choking on his own words and gave up.

🥞Akito Shinonome🥞
You two were just chilling around after school, he was drinking juice while leaning back against a wall. Until you said;
“You could be the perfect face for a modelling agency.”
He choked on his drink for a moment before recomposing himself.
“HUH?! What the hell kind of line is that to say out of nowhere!—“
He turns to you and you’re just looking at his face with your elbows on your knees and your hands supporting your jaw.
“C-Cut it out with these stupid jokes already-“
“Who said that I was joking?” You said, cutting him off.
He clears his throat and looks away, cheeks flushed “Whatever…”

🎹Aoyagi Toya🎹
You two were just hanging out doing nothing important until you said:
“You have a pretty face, y’know? You should model.”
Toya just blinked.
“…Me?”
He tilts his head slightly, stunned for a second, before letting out a soft chuckle.
“Thanks, I don’t think I’ve ever been told that before.”
He’s trying to play it calm but you can see the pink flush on his cheeks as he scratches the back of his neck.
“Don’t thank me, Im just stating facts.”
You smile at him and he returns it.
WHOEVER YOU ARE!!! HERE IS YOUR FOOD‼️

good whatever time of day it is for you, shin'ei understander
care to discuss him? *clasping hands together excitedly*
I'm happy to see that you resonated with my interpretation of him, I think he's undeniably one of, if not the most, nuanced and interesting parent figures. I'll be touching everything currently released on JP, using a translation for the most recent Ena event
So firstly, he is not as bad as Mafumom. This isn't a high bar, but it is clear to see that he is very different, and this is from one key difference: he never makes Ena do something, he advises her to not pursue art, something I'll develop later, but he ultimately lets her make mistakes, lets her create art, and eventually supports her in her goal. Meanwhile Mafuyu's mother makes decisions to stop mafuyu making music, stops her from talking to her friends, and does not take anything anyone else says into consideration, once again unlike Shinei who does, who listens to Akito about being too harsh and taking steps to improve. Mafumom disregards Kanade, and does not have Mafuyu's best interests at heart, Shinei does.
From the most recent event, we learn a lot about him. Shinei was in a state of depression, essentially, unable to be successful and convey his feelings at the same time. People didn't understand him, and he felt as though he didn't achieve anything, he almost quit art completely. However, Ena being born saved him, no other way to phrase it. He cares about her more than anything, he describes her as "a light" and created one more painting, a peony, that Ena recognises as being a spark of light among the dark of the rest of the paintings. This painting, and Ena, gave him confidence to continue painting. He said that he couldn't live without art, and kept going for Ena. This is, without doubt, one of the most selfless and truly noble motivations a character has in the game, fully living and working for others.
However, here is where it gets difficult. Ena starts to make art herself, and wants to be an artist, but when she tells him, he ultimately cares for her. and in his eyes, the best thing to do is to try and dissuade her from this life, he has seen how difficult it is for people, seen how people won't understand, won't be kind, and so says that she doesn't have what it takes, and wouldn't gain recognition. This is not received well, understandably, but This could be said that they both struggled with understanding the other and communicating, and so Shinei ultimately hurt her more than he helped. He didn't understand how he hurt her, and she didn't understand what he meant, but her feelings were still the same.
So when he tells her that she has to get used to the repeated sting of failure, and will have to work hard, he is genuinely trying to help, to lessen her pain, but he doesn't understand what is wanted. And so, when Akito confronts him, Shinei seems to take it, and when he next sees her he critiques it fairly, trying to both compliment it and give feedback.
Throughout this, we can see clearly that he, while being poor at communicating or understanding what Ena needs, genuinely does care for her, arguably making him better than most of the parents we see. I think we'll see him in more Akito and Ena events to develop his relationship with them, and how he is improving. He's the biggest example of an NPC that truly has changed and improved himself. I find he is an often misinterpreted character, but an interesting one. Thanks for asking this and feel free to add more to this

HDHEHEHEHEHEHEHEEHEH.
Yes, also I should thank you for giving me an opportunity to learn about new thing!!! Which is why too me a bit more than expected(. ❛ ᴗ ❛.)
ANYWAY, Nene is relatable af, I love cuz she has a part of me in her:D social anxiety-
𝙈𝙮 𝙌𝙪𝙞𝙚𝙩 𝙈𝙚𝙡𝙤𝙙𝙮

: ̗̀➛ Type: Headcanons [fluff] : ̗̀➛ Note: So when I started this, I thought about refusing it since it doesn't align with my rules which was the reader to be GN, but then I was like, a man can be feminine too! So yeah, anyway Stan nene for being one of the most realest character out there!!! : ̗̀➛ Warning: none.
ඞ Nene, with her more understated and practical style, would be fascinated by your aesthetic. She'd quietly observe the intricate details, and might even occasionally ask about specific pieces or your inspiration. You, in turn, might find her simplicity refreshing and a calm contrast to your bolder presentation.
ඞ A lot of your time together would be spent in comfortable silence. Nene appreciates companionship that doesn't demand constant conversation. You might be sketching designs or reading, while she's playing video games or quietly working on something for a show. The unspoken understanding between you two would be a strong foundation for your relationship.
ඞ Don't expect grand romantic gestures right away. Nene's affection would be shown in more subtle ways: a shared headset so you can listen to music together, remembering your favorite snacks, or leaning on your shoulder during a quiet evening. When she does initiate physical touch, like holding your hand, it feels incredibly meaningful.
ඞ Many of your dates would revolve around video games. Nene would love teaching you her favorite strategies, and even if you're not as skilled, she'd enjoy your company. You might even discover a new shared hobby, bonding over late-night gaming sessions with a side of your favorite treats.
ඞ Nene would genuinely admire your unique sense of style and artistic expression. She might ask for your input on costume designs for WxS shows, appreciating your eye for detail and unconventional ideas. You, in turn, would be a quiet but strong supporter of her performances, always there to cheer her on from the wings (or from the audience, if she prefers.)
ඞ Nene's beautiful voice, usually reserved for performances, becomes a cherished, intimate gift in your relationship. You'll catch her humming softly while gaming, or hear her clear voice drift from her room when she thinks she's alone. She might even share those video her mother recorded of her singing [if you share about yourself first-]. These are, but spontaneous, tender moments—a quiet lullaby if you're restless, or soft harmony to your favorite song. In these private glimpses, her immense talent shines for you, free from pressure, making her voice feel incredibly personal and special.
ඞ Nene knows what it's like to feel out of place and misunderstood because of her social anxiety. This shared experience creates a deep well of empathy between you two. When you express frustration or hurt over judgment regarding your Dark Girly Kei style, she wouldn't dismiss your feelings. Instead, she'd listen intently, perhaps offering a quiet "I understand how that feels" or a reassuring squeeze of your hand.
ඞ Nene's presence would be a comforting anchor. She wouldn't try to change you or your style, seeing it as an authentic expression of who you are. In her company, you'd feel less pressure to conform, knowing you're fully accepted. If someone makes a rude comment while you're out, Nene might give them a subtle, disapproving glare, or she might gently steer you away, prioritizing your comfort over confrontation. She's not one for big speeches, but her actions would loudly communicate her support.
ඞ If the judgment is particularly harsh, Nene might step in, not with a dramatic outburst, but with a quiet, firm defense. She might say something simple yet impactful, like "Their style is their own, and it's beautiful," before subtly guiding you away. Her calm demeanor can often defuse situations more effectively than anger.
ඞ After those uncomfortable encounter, Nene would give you space to process, but she'd also be there when you're ready to talk. She might quietly make you some tea or put on your favorite comforting music. She wouldn't offer unsolicited advice, but she'd be a steady presence, letting you know you're not alone in navigating a world that sometimes struggles to understand individuality.
ඞ You'll sometimes take her shopping with you! Nene isn't usually a fan of crowded places or long shopping trips, but she'd come along because it's important to you. She'd likely stick close by. She might spend some time on her phone, but she'd always be aware of where you are and what you're doing.
ඞ When you're Browse through racks of lace, elaborate accessories, and darker fabrics, Nene might occasionally ask, "Why this one?" or "What's that for?" Her questions wouldn't be judgmental but rather genuinely curious as she tries to understand the nuances of your aesthetic. You'd enjoy explaining the different elements and the stories behind your choices.
ඞ You might convince her to try on a hat or a pair of gloves, just for fun. She'd likely blush and grumble, but a small, amused smile might betray her true feelings. These moments would be precious for you, seeing her step even a little bit out of her comfort zone.
ඞ While she might not fully grasp the intricacies of Dark Girly Kei, Nene has a good eye for what looks good on you. She might offer simple, honest feedback like, "That shade suits you," or "That looks comfortable," which, coming from her, would feel like high praise. She'd also be the one to remind you to drink water or take a break if you've been shopping for hours.
ඞ The best way to get Nene through a long shopping trip for your clothes? Promise her a stop at an arcade or a video game store afterward. She'd be much more enthusiastic if she knows there's a gaming reward waiting for her at the end of the day

「 ✦ 𝚆𝚑𝚎𝚗 𝚝𝚑𝚎 𝚀𝚞𝚒𝚎𝚝 𝚂𝚝𝚊𝚛𝚝𝚜 𝚝𝚘 𝙴𝚌𝚑𝚘 𝙵𝚊𝚒𝚗𝚝 ✦ 」
You stretched your arms above your head, letting out a tired sigh as you pushed yourself up from the rooftop floor. The slight breeze felt nice against your skin, but after spending so much time lying around, you figured a quick trip to grab a drink wouldn't hurt.
"I'm heading down," you announced, brushing off your uniform. "Gonna grab something from the vending machine."
Haruto blinked before his grin widened. "Huh? Want me to come with—"
"I'm good," you cut in, already making your way to the rooftop door. "You two can stay here and... do whatever."
"Sheesh, fine. Don't take too long, though." He added as he put both of his hands on his hips, frowning slightly. His lingered on you as you turned around.
You waved him off lazily, making your way toward the rooftop door. The moment it clicked shut behind you, an amused hum broke the brief silence.
"What a bore..." Haruto mumbles the moment you left. "I was expecting them to stay longer this time..."
Rui rested his chin in his palm, his ever-present smirk lingering as he turned toward Haruto. "You've got quite the attachment to them, don't you, Amagi-kun?"
Haruto turned to him as he raised an eyebrow. "What type of question is that?" He said at first before grinning. "Of course I do! They are the reason i even decided to come to this school to begin with!"
Rui chuckled, drumming his fingers against the railing. "Now that's interesting. A person who can inspire such devotion... I can't say I expected that from you, Amagi-kun."
Haruto scoffed, leaning back against the wall. "What, you thought I was just some idiot who stumbled in here by accident?" His grin widened, eyes flickering with something unreadable. "You wound me, Kamishiro-senpai."
Rui hummed, tilting his head with an exaggerated pout. "Now, now, I never said that. But you have to admit, you do play the role of the lovable fool quite well."
Haruto let out a short laugh. "A role, huh?" He tapped his chin, pretending to think. "Maybe. Or maybe it's just easier to let people think I'm a fool."
Rui's smirk deepened, his curiosity piqued. "Oh? A strategy, then?"
Haruto shrugged. "People let their guard down around idiots. They assume you don't understand anything." His eyes flickered with something sharp, something that didn't match his usual carefree demeanor. "Makes it easier to see things for what they really are."
Rui studied him for a moment before chuckling. "You're much more perceptive than you let on."
Haruto's grin remained, but his gaze drifted toward the sky. "Took me a year and a half to get them to trust me, you know."
Rui's smirk faltered slightly. "...That long?"

The vending machine let out a soft hum as the can clattered down. You reached in, fingers wrapping around the cold metal before pulling it out with a satisfied sigh. Cracking it open, you took a quick sip, letting the crisp taste linger for a moment.
Just as you turned to head back, your shoulder collided with someone, the unexpected impact making you stumble slightly. "Ah—" A firm yet gentle hand steadied you before you could fully lose your balance. "...Sorry," a calm voice said.
You barely glanced up, eyes narrowing slightly as you steadied yourself. "Watch where you're going," you muttered, stepping back and shaking off the lingering sensation of his hand on your arm.
Toya Aoyagi blinked, his usual calm expression unfazed. "You were the one who turned without looking." His voice was even, but not accusing—just stating the obvious.
You stayed silent to his words before you glamced away, slightly embarrassed before you let out a breath. "True.... Sorry." You apologized.
You stood still for a moment, unsure of how to react to the rare apology you'd just offered. It wasn't often that you found yourself caught off guard, let alone admitting fault. You felt the weight of your initial annoyance slowly ebbing away, replaced by a discomfort that you didn't quite know how to label.
Toya didn't seem phased by your brief lapse in attitude. In fact, his neutrality only made the moment feel more awkward. Instead of lingering on the situation, he simply nodded, as if the incident was already forgotten.
"No harm done," he said, offering you a small, unbothered smile. His voice was soft, but carried an air of ease that made it hard for you to stay irritated.
You narrowed your eyes, trying to maintain your usual cold exterior. "Right. Just... pay attention next time."
He nodded again, though his smile remained as he stepped around you to continue on his way. But before he did, he hesitated for just a fraction of a second, his gaze flickering to you for a brief, curious moment.
"Take care," he said, his tone strangely warm, like he'd known you longer than just a few minutes.
You blinked, taken aback by the simple phrase, then scoffed, pushing past the fleeting softness that had appeared in his words. "Yeah, sure," you muttered, trying to shrug off the feeling that had settled in your chest.
As you turned to head back toward the rooftop, your mind still lingered on the unexpected exchange. You didn't know why you felt that moment so... strange.

「 ✦ 𝙰 𝙼𝚒𝚜𝚜𝚝𝚎𝚙 𝙱𝚎𝚝𝚠𝚎𝚎𝚗 𝙿𝚛𝚘𝚍𝚞𝚌𝚎 𝚊𝚗𝚍 𝙿𝚎𝚛𝚌𝚎𝚙𝚝𝚒𝚘𝚗✦ 」
You let a hand through the end of your hair as you leaned into the palm of your hand, your hair have grown ---- from the past few month.. But not long enough that requires to cut it this week.
"Ah, (Name)-san, looking lovely as ever." Len's voice crackled cheerfully from your phone. His virtual avatar, struck a dramatic pose, a smirk playing on his lips.
You glanced at your reflection. "Lovely" was definitely a stretch. You were wearing a faded t-shirt and jeans, perfectly functional for grocery shopping.
"Oh yeah, super lovely," you deadpanned, rolling your eyes. "Ready to sweep someone off their feet in this."
Len's projected form seemed to shrug. "Hey, some people are into the 'effortlessly chic' look. Who am I to judge?"
"Besides, you're going to the supermarket, not a red-carpet event. Unless your mom decided to suddenly change plans?"
You snorted, a small smile playing on your lips. "Hilarious, Len.." You finished tying your shoelaces, then picked up your phone, Len's projection shimmering slightly as you moved.
"I know," he conceded, twirling a non-existent lock of hair. "But seriously, for someone who avoids human interaction like it's a plague, you're awfully concerned about your 'look.' It's been, what, almost three months since we set up shop in your brain? And you're still putting on airs for the self-checkout?"
The comfortable banter was a familiar rhythm now, a constant presence that had become surprisingly reassuring over the past three months. It wasn't always easy, having your inner thoughts personified and bickering in your ear, but the silence before had been far lonelier.
"It's called basic human decency, Len," you countered, though a warmth spread through you at his casual mention of their presence. They had truly settled in, becoming a strange, chaotic, yet indispensable part of your life.
Before Len could retort, a flash of vibrant orange pushed his projection violently to the side. "Hey! My turn!" Rin's avatar bounced into view, her eyes sparkling. Len let out an indignant squawk.
"Rin! What was that for? I was delivering some crucial commentary!" he protested, trying to elbow his way back into the frame.
"Your commentary was boring and sarcastic! (Name) needs actual help!" Rin declared, ignoring him completely.
Rin leaned in, holding onto the edge of your phone like she was peering through a window into your world. Her tiny brows furrowed in that all-too-familiar way - the look she gave anytime something seemed even a fraction off.
"That shirt has a stain near the hem, by the way," she said matter-of-factly, pointing. "You should change. What if someone you know sees you like that?"
You sighed. "It's barely visible."
"But it's there," Rin insisted, her tone brisk, already shifting into that half-panicked mode like the very integrity of the outing hinged on this shirt. "And your sleeves are uneven. And your hair's a little flat in the back. And your-"
"Rin," you interrupted gently, trying not to laugh. "It's groceries. Not a job interview."
She blinked at you, lips twitching into a frown that didn't quite reach annoyance, but was definitely well on its way. "But you'll feel better if everything's in order. You always do." Her voice softened at the end, earnest in a way that made you pause. "It's not about impressing people. It's about... control. Right?"
You blinked, then looked at her. She smiled faintly, as if she already knew what you were going to say, but needed you to hear it anyway.
Len groaned from the edge of the projection, having given up trying to shove Rin aside. "Great. Here comes the therapy portion of the broadcast. Can we skip to the part where you start scrubbing the house top to bottom because a bag of lettuce touched the floor?"
"Len," Rin snapped without even turning. "If you're not going to be helpful, go reorganize the sarcasm you keep hoarding."
"You say that like it's not categorized by tone and severity," he muttered, arms crossed.
You exhaled slowly, pressing your phone against your shoulder as you stood to grab your jacket. "Rin, I'm not changing."
A pause.
"But I appreciate you worrying."
Rin tilted her head, visibly biting back more suggestions. "Okay. But promise me, if you feel anxious while you're out, you'll just come back home. It's fine to bail if it gets overwhelming. Your mom will understand... I think."
Len scoffed from his corner, flopping over the edge of the projection like a bored cat with too many opinions and nowhere to put them.
"Oh sure, great plan, Rin. Let's just never leave the house again." He paused before he turned to you. "You hear that, (Name)? New strategy unlocked: 'The Hermit Life-complete with coupons for emotional avoidance and a complimentary guilt blanket."
He rolled onto his back with a dramatic sigh, one leg flicking over the edge of the screen like he might just melt off it altogether.
"Next thing you know, we're living in a pillow fort and ordering groceries through interpretive dance."
You raised a brow. "That sounds kind of nice, actually."
Len shot up. "No!" he pointed accusingly. "Don't even think of doing it! That's how it starts. One innocent 'maybe I'll skip this trip,' and the next thing you know we're three months into a rut, and Rin's alphabetizing the tea cupboard like it's the last defense against the collapse of civilization."
Rin folded her arms, frowning. "Organization is calming. And also, if you really want to talk about weird coping behaviors, maybe we can start with the five hours you spent yesterday creating a fake review blog about socks just because (Name) needed distraction."
"She read the blog, she found it hilarious," Len defended, puffing his chest. "And besides, you said yourself distractions help sometimes."
"They do," Rin conceded reluctantly, then narrowed her eyes. "But not if it means encouraging avoidance."
"Aw, c'mon Rin," Len smirked, leaning back on a phantom couch that shimmered into existence just to support his ego. "Life is avoidance. We avoid death, we avoid taxes-well, you avoid taxes, I assume. I'm a projection, I'm tax-exempt."
You stifled a laugh as you slung your bag over your shoulder. "Len."
"Right, right." He waved a hand lazily. "Moral of the story: go to the store, get the carrots, smile awkwardly at someone you might vaguely know, come home, and collapse like a reasonable human."
He turned his head toward you then, the smirk softening just slightly around the edges.
"...And if it does get overwhelming, you don't have to explain anything. Just come to the Sekai, I'll try to make you tea."
Rin's avatar straightened up, crossing her arms with a half-smile that didn't quite reach her eyes. "Tea, huh? That's awfully generous of you, Len, but if you think your idea of 'making tea' doesn't involve somehow burning the kitchen down or using it as an excuse to prank (Name), you're wrong."
Len grinned, unfazed. "Hey, hey, I may not be a chef, but I can brew a mean cup of sarcasm. Tea's basically just hot water with fancy leaves. How hard can it be?"
You chuckled, shaking your head as you tightened the strap of your bag. You nodded, voice small but certain.
"Okay. I'll try. If it gets too much, I'll come back."
Len clapped once, grinning wide. "See? Told you a little encouragement goes a long way."
A voice called from downstairs, cutting through the squabble. "(Name)! Ready to go?"
"That's Mom," you said, bringing the phone closer. "Gotta go."
"You got this!"
You smiled, feeling the familiar comfort of their presence as their projections shimmered one last time and faded from the screen.
Phone now silent, you slipped it into your pocket, took a deep breath, and headed downstairs.

You pushed the grocery cart slowly as you followed your mother down the canned goods aisle.
Your mom was humming a tune, clearly in her element, occasionally stopping to examine a label while occasionally glancing back to make sure you weren't lagging too far behind. You weren't, but your pace was... deliberate.
You were halfway down the produce aisle when your mom came to a stop. Her expression brightened.
"Oh! Shinonome-san?" she called out with surprise.
Your stomach did a little flip. You froze, clutching the cart handle tighter.
Ms. Shinonome turned from where she was inspecting some bell peppers. Her smile was warm, immediately extending to your mom. "Oh, (Last Name)-san What a lovely surprise!"
And then you saw him. Standing just a few feet away, a basket of apples in his hand, was probably her son due to the similarities in looks. He looked bored, as usual, his gaze drifting over the produce display.
"How are you doing, dear?" Ms. Shinonome asked you, her voice gentle, not pressing.
"Good, thank you," you mumbled, the words feeling thick in your throat. You offered a small, awkward nod, not quite meeting her eyes.
She gave you a soft, understanding smile in return, then turned back to your mother, launching into a conversation.
This left you and the ginger standing in an uncomfortable silence.
You kept your gaze fixed on a particularly vibrant bunch of kale, pretending to be deeply fascinated. But even without looking, you could feel his presence, the quiet hum of his energy.
"This ginger.... Shinonome..." You thought at first, leaning on the cart handle, titling your head. "Could this guy be Shinonome Akito?"
Then it clicked.
Haruto talked about him sometimes. "Akito Shinonome," Haruto had said, his voice laced with grudging admiration. "He's... a cool guy. Driven. Serious about his music. Kind of a pain, honestly, but he gets things done."
And looking at him now, you had to admit, he did project a certain coolness. There was a quiet intensity about him. He wasn't overtly flashy, but his presence was undeniable.
You found yourself staring. Really staring. Taking in his appearance.
"Got something on my face?"
His voice, a low, flat tone, broke through your thoughts.
You flinched so hard your hand slipped from the cart handle for a second. Embarrassment spiked instantly, prickling at your ears and cheeks.
"No," you muttered, forcing your gaze downward, hyper-aware of the sudden heat crawling up your neck. "Just... zoned out."
Great. Smooth. Real convincing.
You turned your body slightly away, as if the shelf of pre-packaged salads held the secrets to the universe. You could feel Akito's eyes still on you, just curious. A bit amused, maybe.
He didn't press. Instead, the corners of his lips quirked, a tiny, almost imperceptible smirk that confirmed his amusement. "Right."
The silence stretched again, but this time, it felt different. Less heavy, more... observed. You fidgeted with the cart handle, trying to appear nonchalant while your brain raced.
The silence stretched again, but this time, it felt different. Less heavy, more... observed. You fidgeted with the cart handle, trying to appear nonchalant while your brain raced.
"So," Akito said, his voice a dry drawl that made you jump a little. He finally met your gaze, those sharp eyes holding a mix of boredom and something else-a flicker of immediate curiosity. "You're the (name) Haruto keeps ranting about."
You blinked, caught off guard. Your mouth opened, then closed. Your cheeks burned hotter. "He... rants?" you managed to mumble, barely above a whisper, just loud enough for Akito to hear.
You knew you shouldn't be surprised. Haruto was extroverted to the core-he had tons of friends and, naturally, he wanted you to socialize too. So of course he'd go around ranting about you.
Akito simply gave a brief, almost imperceptible shrug. His gaze lingered on your awkward posture, the way you dodged his eye contact. "Yeah, Haruto definitely wasn't exaggerating." He thought, clocking every detail.
The moms continued their chat, oblivious. Akito subtly shifted his weight, his eyes briefly darting to your fidgeting fingers on the cart handle, then back to your averted face. "Tense as hell." He noted internally.
He shifted his weight, pulling a small, individually wrapped piece of candy from his pocket.
He extended it towards you. "You want one? My mom just gave it to me. Haruto said you basically live on junk food when you're stressed."
You stared at the candy, then at his hand, then back at his face. The sudden offer, the casual mention of Haruto's observation about you, threw you off balance.
"He pays attention, then." You thought, a defensive spark igniting. You might be a mess internally, but you weren't an open book for casual dissection.
"No thanks," you said, a little too quickly, your voice still low but with a newfound edge. You didn't take your eyes off him, your gaze now more direct, less flustered. "I'm good."
Akito's smirk widened just a fraction. He pulled the candy back, unwrapping it himself. "Suit yourself." He popped it into his mouth, his eyes never leaving yours. He seemed to be savoring your reaction as much as the candy.
The moms continued their chat, oblivious. The silence settled again, but this time it was different. You were no longer just observed; you were observing back.
"So," you said, the word coming out before you could fully censor it. You felt a brief spark of defiance, a sudden urge to match his level of bluntness. "Do you just... stand around judging people's grocery choices, or do you actually help your mom?"
The smirk on Akito's face faltered, just for a split second, before his eyes narrowed. He chewed slowly, his gaze hardening. "Excuse me?" he said, his voice flat, devoid of its earlier amusement.
Your stomach dropped. The brief flash of bravado evaporated instantly, replaced by a cold dread. Why did you say that? Why couldn't you just keep your mouth shut? The words hung in the air, sharp and rude.
"Akito, dear," Ms. Shinonome's voice suddenly cut in, pulling her son's attention away from your mortified face. "Could you grab some organic pasta from aisle three for me?"
Akito's gaze lingered on you for another beat, a challenging glint in his eyes. He didn't say anything, but the message was clear. Then, with a curt, almost imperceptible nod towards his mother, he turned and sauntered away down the aisle.
"Well, it was lovely seeing you, (Last Name)-san!" Ms. Shinonome beamed at your mom. "We must catch up properly soon."
"You too, Shinonome-san! Take care!"
As your mother started pushing the cart again, you felt a wave of profound embarrassment wash over you. Your ears were burning. You had messed up. Royally.
"Why did I say that?" The thought screamed in your head. "Why can't I just be normal? I always screw it up. He probably thinks I'm a complete jerk now. Or worse, a weirdo with a sharp tongue and no social filter."
You wanted to dig a grave right there in the frozen food aisle and bury yourself in it. You just couldn't help but say what you felt, and now you were going to replay that stupid, awful interaction in your head for days. Maybe weeks.
