1. Growing Pains by @/kaprikai the aaron minyardisms are strong with this one and ESPECIALLY ace aaron which is one of my personal favourite hcs i love this fic to PIECES truly a comfort fic for me actually

2. Meticulous Bird by @novaauster me and nova talked about their theanee raven au for ages and GODDDD is it good like seriously i cannot tell you to read this one more it's AMAZING. toxic lesbians. we love to see it

3. Wolfsbane by @sunriseabram ANDREIL VAMPIRE AU AND IT'S EVERYTHING TO MEEEEE literally if you love gay people and vampires this is literally the fic of ALL time i'm probably going to reread it again at least once this week most likely twice truly this is one of the best fics i've ever read hands down

4. I'd die to be somebody you could love by @glendover THIS FUCKING FICCCC 😭😭😭😭😭 punches me in my twinyards heart every damn time and i LOVE it <333333333 they mean so much to me and it's aaron centric so you know i'm already there front and centre but seriously this fic is SO good the twins are so well written its worth every second

Listening to TFC Audiobook (again,,) and the part comes up in chapter 6 where Wymack tells the entire team that the Ravens have switched to their district.

And there's that interaction between Kevin and Andrew, where Andrew is asking how long Kevin had known, and Kevin admits that it'd been about a month-

And Andrew is all;

And I dunno this is just a thought I wanted to explore a second, because *this early* in the story, we don't know Wymack is Kevin's dad.

But Kevin does. He's known *the entire time*

And I dunno, iunno, realistically Andrew couldn't have done anything even if Kev did tell him, I think, but his *dad* told him not to tell anybody and some part of him valued or trusted or *something* more than it felt an obligation to Andrew-

I'm still listening through and I've got other thoughts in my voice notes I wanna talk about but if anyone else has any input here I'd love to hear!! Definitely keeping my ears open for more Dadmack and Kev things.

Neil would like The Neighbourhood. Like if they were a thing, during/after the series (I think the band started in 2011..?) But Neil is so The Neighbourhood coded to me.

I just feel like he would listen to them for the beats and vibes, and everyone *else* would hear the lyrics and go "oh Neil :/" but he doesn't even listen to the words he's singing along to KSBFJSBFIDJFJF

I was driving and listening to them and they're so Neil!!! And then I realized that they wouldn't really canonically intersect???

But I just like to imagine that, if there was a world where The Neighbourhood and Neil Josten existed at the same time, he would be blasting that shit in the fancy car on road trips.

I'm not on tumblr much so forgive me if someone else has already mentioned this, but the like- difference between Neil "I Don't Swing" Josten and Jean "Bi Freak out During The Beach Episode" Moreau is so like,, positively funny and silly to me-

I'm listening to TKM rn and there's the bit where they're all hanging out in the hot tub, nothing- Neil and Andrew "flirting" is vaguely threatening and Neil doesn't even realize he's doing it!!! And even after they like,, I don't wanna say "get together" but like, after they kinda figure their shit out? They still "hate" eachother!!!

Jean has a whole moment over Jeremy and Laila, before they go swimming, and while they're swimming, and curse Jeremy for looking good blonde!!! and and Kevin!!!!! And Renee!!!!!!!! Jean *purposefully wears a shirt he thinks Jeremy likes* despite knowing it's stupid!!!

I dunno for some reason it just is so fun and interesting to me to see the difference between the two. Neil "my whole life is ex..y...Andrew" Josten and Jean "I've been saved doomed by beautiful people and can't get rid of them" Moreau.

more thoughts about my dumb TPP x TAZ crossover au idea

Merle deffo makes fun of/comments on Juno’s eyepatch at some point. Taako tells him that he can have one any time

Buddy asks Lucretia at one point if she’s old enough to drink. Turns out the two women are exactly the same age.

They make a wine and book club, Lup and Rita join occasionally. Peter walks in one time and pretends to ‘just walk in’ for the next three meetings.

Magnus has a bit of a Power Bear 2.0 moment when it comes to Jet. One of the few humans that might be able to body him. Jet talks about the responsibility that comes with being a bodily protector, how you need to take care of yourself, and how no matter how much you may feel the opposite he, Magnus, won’t always be immortal.

Taako is into Juno, who is still pining after Peter but is at the very least down to flirt. 

Peter is definitely not jealous nope not one bit. That’s not one of the reasons Peter can’t stand to be in the same room as Taako, nope, nope, nope

Rita loves talking with Lucretia, about the starblaster’s past adventures. Lucretia love learning about solar history, though how much of it is actual history and how much of it fiction no one knows

depending on when it takes place during TSC Rita might attempt to feed her favorite stream to Fisher, 

no one is happy with the outcome

Merle casts (the TAZ version) of Zone of Truth during dinner one night to stop an argument mostly as a goof

You’re down by the Gilded Globe like, “Hey, has anyone… Has anyone heard–” [imitates “uuugggghhhhhhh” noise] Those are those quiet moments when Buddy is like, “It looks like the detective has finally calmed down.” And then ten seconds later the detective is like, “I’m gonna run towards you and knock you over and say I saw a bee, I’ve got a nice large dress and an eyepatch, I’m a detective!” That’s what I thought you’d say, you dumb fucking detective.

And then… then… then you go and dance with people and they’re like, “There shouldn’t be a detective at this ball,” And it’s like, “We’re well past that.” Then other people are like, “If there’s gonna be a horse in the hospital, I’m going to fund exploitative pharmaceutical corporations.” And those don’t match up at all. And then, for a second, it seemed like maybe we could survive the detective, and then, on the next mission, Vespa was like, “I have a knife and I’m going to stab you if you don’t shut up!” And before I could say anything, Juno was like, “If you even fucking look at me I will punch you.
