Aoko can just say shit and history will believe it. Goetia's act of returning to zero and building things again under better premises is similar to Fifth Magic.

The main aspect of Fifth Magic that is still highly unclear is the way Aoko's time frauds handle time as if it were an unit of currency. Touko warns her about the dangers of her actions by vaguely saying that the time Aoko falsifies generate some universe-level debt that Aoko will need to account for at a later point.

Fifth Magic is framed as wholly detrimental to the world, and if its base concept is the intentional generation of inconsistencies that prevent its history from working as a logical sequence of events, I can see why that would be.
