Nnngghhh...I took my ADHD meds this morning, but they are about 4 hour doses and...it's been just over 4 hours. And it's blah and rainy and MONDAY out and the executive dysfunction has rebounded with ZEAL. Trying to get anything done at work is like slogging through Karo syrup. ....and I left the bottle of meds at home! Uuuuuggghhhh.....
