AAAA QUINNN LOVE HIM LOVE HIM

ok so first of all, highly improbable she would get to meet him in the first place, her sire, Stefano, would keep her as far away from him as possible (hyperprotective little shit)

BUT!!! if she were to meet him. she would be extremely weary and respectful, if not a little fearful.

whether she wants it or not, Alex is involved in some political games which she herself doesnt have an understanding of just yet (Stefano is purpusefully keeping her in the dark), but she does know that she is involved in them and that they are held by older, more experienced vampires.

simply knowing that he's an older vampire is enough to get her colder persona out. just be respectful, do what youre asked (when theyre looking at you at least) and dont fuck up.

most of her thought about him would be a swirly mess is "dont fuck up", "don't anger him", "report to Stefano for advice" and "keep away from him", especially if she catches a wiff of him being a diablerist (wether through auspex or other), but even if she doesnt, she has a reverential fear of the elders.

as for seeing him in pain,,, she is pretty sure all kindred get in shit condition after a while, if not physically then mentally. She especially believes this with her sire being a malkavian and having seen bits and pieces of the cobweb herself.

with him around her prime directive would be to appease him and then get as far away from him as possible

ooohhh a toreador!!! well i will say that Alex very much has a tendency to make herself be liked by toreadors one way or another!

I think she would be very impressed and very worried over Dottie becoming primogen so young (Alex herself has been a vamp for over a decade and is still not really thought to be important at all, despite her sire being quite influential)

she would either worry of what Dottie has done to become so important so quick or that she is simply being used by someone and that is why she got that position so quick.

but she wouldn't show this to Dottie herself, instead she would act friendly and talk a lot media (tho alex is more in to true crime, horror, etc, she can definitely appreciate a well made anime and theatre), while still keeping a bit of distance. she has enough political issues as it is, she doesnt need more haha

but overall she would act friendly and hang out!! she enjoys the company of toreadors, tho its probably not the best for her (one of her triggers for her compulsions/connection to the cobweb is beautiful artworks)

I think at first, before knowing him, she would be incredibly annoyed by him and would probably get sooo much enjoyment from ragebainting him and knocking him down a peg or two.

After she got to know him she would probably simpatise with him a lot, as she too had her achievements often taken over by someone else (for example, during her campaign basically her whole coterie but her got praised for what she did) on account of her being a Malkavian and therefore "only capable of messing shit up"

Also the "not active on their field but still passionate about it" is something that is really true for Alex as well as a criminologist. Also i think she might want to have some sort of connection with him as a power move (as much as she stays out of politics per her sire's suggestion, she still has ambitions and knows the importance of connections especially in the camarilla) (plus she is pretty intuitive when it comes to individuals with talent so she might catch on really quick that he's the one doing the dirty job for his sire)

Also she might actually enjoy having the contact of a lawyer. Pleading insanity isn't always gonna get her out of trouble...

@casuallycryptidcider Elrina: Alex would be a bit weary of her, having had not-so-great experiences with lasombras, but seeing she's so young she would probably take a somewhat "educational" approach with her. As in she would give her a couple warnings on how to move about the domain and to try and keep it low, especially if she were in a camarilla domain. Alex would probably think the recent adventures she faced were kind of funny, and would probably crack a joke or two about modelling (mostly because her sire "dresses so bad he could kill a toreador on sight") but yeah she would try not to get close, considering her clan and some precedents Alex has with Lasombras

as for Connie i think Alex would simply be neutral. She has never met a Minister before but she knows vaguely that their whole deal is apparently tempting and corrupting people? so she would have her general weariness but no overt hostility nor would she act cold or reserved. if the matter of embraces came up she would probably have a laugh about it and share a (fake) story of how she got embraaced as well in a very stupid way. tho she would maybe flirt a little (protean = hot) (plus she has to make her own situationship a bit gelous / worried for her)
