Yo, anime guys. I got a question. I kinda dropped off Naruto around the Chunin Exam. I remember one of the tests was the one where they were supposed to cheat, and then the next part where Naruto refuses to back down from the final question. That gives him and his team a pass.

But am I remembering wrong or did Naruto meet someone who went through the same thing, did the same thing and failed? Am I missing something? I don't really understand. Did Naruto's conviction allow him to pass?
