MadaTobi Kinktober Prompts 2025

Last year I thought, “Since I haven't seen anyone do this, I might as well do it myself.” And given that people seemed to like it, I figured I might as well do it again this year. The list is put together with the help of the lovely people on Discord (you know who you are!), and while I had four prompts per day for 2024, I reduced it to three this year as that seems to be more common.

I have created a collection on AO3 (MadaTobi_Kinktober_Prompts_2025) where you can add your fic or art inspired by this prompt list if you want. It is currently unrevealed, but will be revealed on October 1st and I'll close it when the next Kinktober event (2026) rolls around, so that if you can't finish your work on the day, you can still add it to the collection later if you want.

Some of the prompts have, by request, been reused for the list this year, and I have attempted to make it easier to try utilize more than one prompt per fanfic/fanart. It is absolutely not required though.

The only rules I have for the collection is that fic needs to be at least 50 words (meaning drabbles are fine.), art needs to be checked that it loads properly from wherever you host it, and the main focus needs to be Madara and Tobirama. That means you can use as many of the prompts as you want, and write as many fics or draw as much art as you like for each day. Pick and choose which prompts you like, and what you have spoons for, and have fun!

TobiIzu are the only example of a psychiatrist/patient couple working out. If you even care.

The options are equally hilarious to me:

1) Psychiatrist Tobirama who is very cold and standoffish and bored until Izuna says some casually insane shit about how he's so empathetic that it borders on cruelty, then Tobirama is locked in and taking NOTES.

Madara has to go to therapy when Izuna tells him that he's dating his hot kinky doctor.

2) Psychiatrist Izuna who is performing a mandatory eval after a workplace incident, except Tobirama is the most unselfaware self aware person he has ever met. Izuna suggests weekly sessions and starts telling Tobirama all about how much he wants to fuck him. Tobirama nods along with a neutral expression and offers occasional words of affirmation ("I see, so you are saying that you desire me sexually. Let's explore this further.") so Izuna feels heard, understood and respected.

Sage Mode Is Hot, According to Madara

The first time Madara sees how powerful Tobirama is, he is immediately starstruck. Not that he wasn’t aware that Tobirama is strong, he’s a match for Izuna and only weaker than himself and Hashirama. But this? Wow - just, wow.

Truly fascinating how the most vocal mainstream proponents of "enjoyable sex doesn't require an orgasm" and "sex is about something deeper than orgasming" are heterosexual women in relationships with loser heterosexual men who can't figure out how the vulva operates despite a world of information at his fingertips at any given time. The best part is that there's little to no communication about how dissatisfied she is because they are not equal participants in the sex or the relationship. They say this explicitly in their op-eds about how spiritual sex is and he just loves and respects her sooooooooo much that she doesn't care that she only orgasms once every five times they fuck. Oh, she's also occasionally faking it for his ego but that's irrelevant.

Real talk: Enjoyable sex doesn't require an orgasm – if that works for you. Orgasm does not HAVE to be the goal of sex. But we cannot ignore the fact that this philosophy is used as an excuse to be a shitty partner. We cannot ignore how this disproportionately affects women. We cannot skip from "women are meat receptacles for men to jerk off into" to "enjoyable sex doesn't require an orgasm" without acknowledging, processing, embodying and implementing the fact that women are fully realised human beings who should be treated like equals by their partners. That includes their sexual desires and pleasure being EQUALLY AS IMPORTANT AS THEIR SEXUAL PARTNER'S. That means that it is EXPECTED that she will enjoy herself as much as he does. That means that he is proactive about asking what she wants, that means he is equally invested in pleasuring her as he is being pleasured, that means that (fore)play isn't just a tedious requirement to speedrun his goal of getting off, that means that he is seeking out a PARTNERED experience rather than a Fleshlight.

It's not even truly about the orgasm itself; the fact that these women aren't orgasming also implies that they are not experiencing the sustained level of arousal and stimulation required to trigger an orgasm. Their partner is sustaining a high level of arousal and stimulation, and she is just there. Maybe it feels good or passable rather than bad or boring, but the fact remains that they are not equal participants in this sexual experience and she feels so dissatisfied that she is keeping track of how often she DOESN'T orgasm, meanwhile he always (or almost always) does. The goal is for him to get off and I guess it's fine if she also comes. If she wants to, I mean. If she puts in the effort to come. If she feels like that's necessary.

I cannot imagine the privilege and ignorance required to feel that you are entitled to get off on/in someone else's body and not give a single fuck that they are not experiencing the same level of pleasure or satisfaction.

I remember reading this article that stated outright and with full confidence that women who cannot orgasm from penetrative sex have unfortunate anatomy, in that their clitoris is too far from the vagina to be stimulated during penetration. K. So let's flip this. Men who cannot orgasm from anal sex have unfortunate anatomy in that their penis is too far away to be stimulated during penetration. This bullshit somehow acknowledges that clitoral stimulation is required for female orgasm while ignoring the fact that she's not coming BECAUSE her partner is engaging ONLY in an act that does not sufficiently stimulate her. Vaginal intercourse is only truly NECESSARY, anatomically speaking, for insemination. Where the hell does it say in our DNA that the only way to have RECREATIONAL sex is the same way we induce pregnancy? Literally nowhere. But it benefits the patriarchy to package women's reproductive ability and sexuality together, so we have to deliberately step outside the box to view anything beyond the straw Leviathan that is Penis in Vagina Intercourse as worthwhile sex.

Vaginal intercourse and anal intercourse can result in orgasm – in some people. The MAJORITY of human beings rely on sustained clitoral and penile stimulation for arousal, pleasure and orgasm. Because that is how the human body has been designed. If vaginal intercourse without clitoral stimulation was supposed to CONSISTENTLY elicit orgasm in most people, then you best believe it would. As it is, "hands free" female orgasms still rely on direct or indirect clitoral stimulation. Truly vaginal orgasms are certainly achievable, or so some people claim, but not realistic for the majority of people. And somehow, in 2025, men who have grown up with the internet and consume an immense amount of pornography still haven't once googled how to get a woman off. It becomes the burden of his girlfriend to speak up, educate and/or resign herself to the fact that their sexual relationship will never be balanced.

As most women have and do, because they are either trapped in the relationship or have divorced themself from their sexuality to maintain an otherwise beneficial relationship.

Weird how men aren't inherently expected to sacrifice their body for a relationship. Weird how "I can do whatever I want to my spouse because we belong to each other" doesn't apply to her doing whatever she wants to him. Weird how "enjoyable sex doesn't have to include orgasm" ignores the fact that this often applies to scenarios where an orgasm would be desirable and achievable, if not for an uncaring and ignorant partner.

P.S. People usually blame women for not speaking up. While women should take responsibility for their sexuality and their pleasure, IN AN IDEAL WORLD, most cannot speak up because there is no established dialogue on sex or even the potential for dialogue. We should all strive to give our partner(s) room to speak openly and honestly, without fear of dismissal or retribution.

A quick search of his house reveals Tobirama has apparently decided to make himself comfortable in Madara's bed.

Not how Madara imagined getting Tobirama into his bed, but if this is what he needs Madara is more than happy to share his bed.

Madara flops down next to Tobirama with a book grabs from his bedside table fully intending to rest next to the grey and white shifter.

Tobirama decides to once again surprise him by sticking his cold nose up Madara's shirt trying to force it off him.

Now with a flaming red face Madara follows Tobirama's awkward request and pulls his shirt off. As soon as it's off Tobirama is crawling up his chest to lay his furry head right on Madara's chest.

Well Hashirama did say Tobirama did best with skin contact.

So he supposes it's his duty to help Tobirama heal faster. His happiness has nothing to do with the trust this implies, he's just happy to be helping Tobirama, that's it.

This isn't a crush thing, this is a being a good person thing. Obviously.

It's nearly dinner time before Tobirama moves, to Madara's shock it isn't to get up but to shift back into his human form.

It takes all of Madara's self control not to take advantage of this and commit his naked backside to memory forever.

Madara tilts his head to look at Tobirama's face and snorts a laugh at the bright red blush and wide eyes taking over Tobirama's face.

Tobirama chokes and throws himself back, only to realize he's butt naked and quickly throws his hands down to cover himself. His blush goes from his face all the way down, and Madara can't stop himself from following it.

Madatobi HCs

- Madara spent a ton of time in harshirama’s home before he and Tobi got together (he still does, but now he has a reason to go back to his own home)

- Tobi took the uchiha name immediately after they got married. He was so ready. He also moves into Madara’s home.

- Madara absolutely loves when anyone referred to Tobi as Uchiha Tobirama and Tobi loves when anyone refers to him as lady Uchiha/Uchiha matriarch/the clan heads spouse (idk how titles would work since they’re both men)

- Madara swings by hashirama’s house one day and sees hashirama with his head in mito’s lap and proceeds to spend the next 2 days draped over Tobi w his head in his lap

- Tobi has a thing for madara’s strength. When he swings that gunbai? Tobi’s watching, and not respectfully.

- Tobi wears lingerie sometimes. Just for fun. Madara does not have a problem with this AT ALL.

- Madara has access to Tobi’s lab. He’s the only other person who does
