A flavorful and nutritious dish combining crispy sesame tofu with tender sautéed broccoli, served over a bed of fluffy rice.
Ingredients: 1 block tofu, pressed and cubed. 2 tablespoons sesame oil. 3 tablespoons soy sauce. 2 tablespoons rice vinegar. 2 tablespoons maple syrup. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tablespoon grated ginger. 1 tablespoon cornstarch. 1 tablespoon water. 2 cups broccoli florets. 2 tablespoons sesame seeds. Cooked rice, for serving.
Instructions: Set oven temperature to 400F 200C. Mix the sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, maple syrup, ginger, and garlic in a bowl. Make a slurry by combining cornstarch and water in a different bowl. Coat the tofu cubes thoroughly by tossing them in the sesame oil mixture. Place the tofu on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet, and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, rotating it halfway through. Saut the broccoli in a skillet until it becomes tender. Pour the remaining sesame oil mixture over the baked tofu once it has been added to the skillet with the broccoli. Add sesame seeds to the tofu and broccoli mixture and continue cooking for a further two to three minutes. Over cooked rice, serve broccoli with sesame tofu. Have fun!

Ingredients: 3 cups white chocolate chips. 1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk. 1/4 cup unsalted butter. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Food coloring assorted colors. Rainbow sprinkles. Edible glitter optional.
Instructions: Line an 8x8 inch 20x20 cm square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until the mixture is smooth and fully melted. Stir in the vanilla extract. Divide the fudge mixture into separate bowls, one for each color you want to use. Add a few drops of food coloring to each bowl and stir until you achieve the desired colors. Pour the colored fudge mixtures into the prepared pan, alternating colors to create a rainbow pattern. Use a knife or toothpick to swirl the colors together gently for a marbled effect. Sprinkle rainbow sprinkles and edible glitter on top for a magical touch. Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2 hours or until set. Once set, remove the fudge from the pan using the parchment paper overhang, and cut it into squares. Enjoy your Magical Rainbow Unicorn Fudge!
