i ain't here to call anyone out, but this take- this take- makes me angrier than all but one thing in all of fairy tail.

i loathe this part of the story. i absolutely fucking hate what lucy (and juvia) did to natsu and gray. and i get livid every single time someone in the fandom agrees with them.

the thing is with this entire thing is that i agree, that lucy should've had some support when grieving for aquarius-

BUT NATSU AND HAPPY ARE NOT HER ONLY FRIENDS IN FAIRY TAIL.

THAT WAS A CONSCIOUS AND ACTIVE CHOICE TO MAKE HERSELF LONELY. TO CUT HERSELF OFF FROM EVERYONE ELSE. TO THROW A FUCKING TANTRUM BECAUSE NATSU LEFT.

she knew where EVERYONE was. she KNEW that wendy and carla were in lamia scale, that the raijinshuu were in blue pegasus, that levy and gajeel and lily were in crocus WITH her - in the royal guard. and yet, she chose to ignore all of that because natsu left.

because he was grieving.

because the father he had been searching for for over a decade reappeared and fucking died as soon as he did so.

because he had to watch his father get impaled by acnologia - the very dragon who nearly killed him on tenrou, the dragon who scared him so much that this was his reaction to acnologia's VOICE-

because he had to watch his father die in front of him-

natsu was traumatised by what happened during the tartaros arc.

HIS FATHER DIED.

going off and training and taking time to himself? yeah, that was a GOOD thing. that was a MATURE thing to do. natsu taking care of himself, taking the time to grieve and get back on his feet in his own time? that is one of the best messages fairy tail has EVER delivered.

and yet lucy, and the rest of the fandom, decided that no. NO. natsu's feelings in this don't matter. natsu's grief? it isn't valid.

he should've stayed behind and taken care of lucy. to his own fucking detriment.

AND THEN LUCY HAD THE FUCKING GAUL TO GUILT TRIP HIM-

THIS IS ABSOLUTELY ABHORENT BEHAVIOUR FROM LUCY.

I DO NOT GIVE A FUCK IF SHE WAS GRIEVING. THAT DOES NOT GIVE HER THE RIGHT TO GO AND MAKE IGNEEL'S DEATH HARDER ON NATSU. THAT DOES NOT GIVE HER THE RIGHT TO TRY AND BLAME HER ACTIONS ON NATSU.

SHE IS AN ADULT.

SHE HAS FRIENDS. SHE HAD A GUILD OF 30+. THE PEOPLE WHO CAN SUPPORT HER SHOULD NOT BE LIMITED TO A PERSON WHO IS GRIEVING FOR HIS FATHER AND THAT PERSON'S CAT.

and before you say that natsu was her closest friend, that still doesn't excuse lucy's actions here or throughout any of this. she was being petty. that is all this amounts to. this is not mature. this is not someone who missed natsu.

this is someone who got hurt by natsu's actions and decided to throw all her energy into holding a grudge.

learn some fucking empathy, lucy.

natsu helped her when she went through her father's death, and natsu was even closer to his father than she was. but that was lucy's grief. this is natsu's grief. and he is COMPLETELY within his right to do as he pleases to handle that.

lucy's feelings are not natsu's responsibility.

her happiness and safety are not natsu's responsibility.

he should not be her only pillar of support. ESPECIALLY when he is also in grief.

natsu taking care of lucy is something he should choose to do - you know, because they're friends, because natsu cares about her - not because it is his obligation. and when he is in grief, he SHOULD take care of himself first and foremost, and he did, and it is fucking disgusting that lucy tried to take that away from him.

lucy did this to herself. not natsu.

Name: Lucille. Parents: Charlie and Vaggie. Gender: Female. Love interest:Jasper. personality: Lucille is very similar to her mother Charlie and her grandfather Lucifer in a sense she’s a bubbly and energetic individual. She also inherited Vaggie’s badass and determined nature and is a lot less trusting of people than Charlie. She has a bit of a temper but tries not to lash out at people.

Name: Jasper. Parents: Husk and Angel Dust. Gender Non-binary. Love interest: Lucille. Personality Jasper is a strong willed and determined individual who doesn’t take shit from anyone. Despite this, they don’t go out looking for fights. Jasper only fights when they have to. Jasper is a kind individual who’s protective of their loved ones. Angel and Husk tried their best to shelter Jasper from the harsh reality that they live in known as hell.

Name Snap. parents Cherri Bomb and Sir Pentious. Gender Female. Love interest Linen. Personality Snap is a lot like Cherri bomb in a sense she’s rebellious and brash. She has a punk goth aesthetic and loves to wreak havoc wherever she goes. Snap is tomboyish and is quick to rage. Although she has a soft spot for animals, children, and Pentious’s egg bois. She never knew her father and wishes she did.

Name Crackle. Parents Cherri Bomb and Sir Pentious. Gender Female Love interest Linen. Personality Crackle is the complete opposite of her twin sister considering she’s polite and ladylike. She loves to have tea parties and has abandonment issues. Crackle is a bit of a cry baby and is afraid of everything. She’s nothing like her mother and sister but she still has a good relationship with them.

Name: Linen. Parents Velvette and Rebecca (oc) Gender Male. Love interest None (He’s aroace) Personality Linen is a chill going guy who likes to watch chaos unfold. He’s usually bored so he causes problems on purpose to entertain himself. Linen is charismatic and because of that, he has a lot of fangirls. Linen could honestly care less about them.

Name Isabella. Parent Valentino. Gender Female. Love interest Victor. Personalty Isabella is a headstrong, tough and mysterious girl who’s very good with fire arms she’s is sassy and sarcastic at times but her heart is generally in the right place. Isabella has a rocky relationship with her father Valentino, who neglects her unless something she does benefits him. She’s a pop star

Name Victor. Parents Vox and Alastor (Don’t ask it’s a long story) Gender Male. Love interest Isabella. Personality Victor, to put it simply, is a chaotic menace. He is the type of person to put dry ice down your pants and laugh when you get frostbite. He’s intelligent yet childish. Victor often makes pop culture references that no one gets half the time. Victor is sarcastic and a bit spoiled. But that doesn’t mean he doesn’t have issues. He feels as if he constantly has to live in his dad’s shadows and strives to make a name for himself. He’s a cannibal like Alastor

Name: Ajax. Parents Vox and Alastor. gender Male. Love interest Zanata. Personality. Ajax is the opposite of Victor in a sense he’s mature, polite, and well behaved. He is a bit socially awkward and doesn’t understand a lot of jokes. Ajax has a rivalry with Victor and they constantly fight for their fathers affection. He’s the only one of his siblings that’s not a cannibal.

Name Belladonna. Parents Vox and Alastor Gender Female. Love interestNone. Personality Since she’s the youngest out of the next gen cast, Bella is the most childish and naive. She’s introverted and shy, often hiding behind Victor and letting him do the talking for him. She doesn’t know how to control her demon powers and they often go haywire when she is upset. So it’s important that she remains without a temper. She’s also a cannibal

Name Zanata. Parents Zestial and Carmilla Gender Male. Love interest Ajax. Personality Zanata is mysterious and well mannered. He’s the most polite and kind out of the next gen cast. He’s respectful of those who are older and more powerful than him. He’s a fan of musicals, plays and Ballets. He’s a huge fan of the Phantom of the Opera and even wears his own custom mask based on the play, which he wears all the time.

Ohoho? What’s this? A new angst idea? Yeah I had this story idea where the Kinship of Royalty, minus Arti, plus Leo all were mind controlled/ corrupted into being foot ninjas. (I haven’t drawn Leo yet but he’ll pretty much look the same as Dark Leo from the IDW comics.)

story summarized:

Basically the Foot Clan stole a mystic stone from Draxum. The stone has the power to both mind control and corrupt anyone. Draxum contacted the Turtles and the Kinship in order for them to retrieve it. Splinter made the group promise him that this would specifically be a stealth mission. No fighting, no dramatic entrances, just a simple get in and get out mission. According to Splinter, now that the foot has the power to mind control, they can’t risk losing anyone. Stealth is the best option. And to make sure they weren’t caught, they had to wear black masks and gear to blend into the shadows better.

Everything was going smoothly until they entered the room where the stone was kept. It was basically a trophy room, and Arti saw her tanto blade that was given to her when she first became a kunoichi. The Tanto was the first ever gift Splinter gave her, so it was very important to her. (The foot stole her tanto a few days back) She wanted to retrieve it. despite her brothers protest, she ran towards the Tanto and accidentally tripped an alarm. So yeah, alarm goes off, the group is surrounded by foot soldiers, and long story short, Leo and the kinship are captured

They were hit with knockout gas and when they woke up, they were in a cell. The leaders of the foot chipped the crystal into smaller parts and made them into makeshift chokers. So, as long as they have the chokers on, they continue to be loyal to the foot. So in order to save them, the turtles have to remove the chokers. But the problem is, the Kinship and Leo won’t allow them to get close enough to remove the chokers.

Other stuff, Arti’s going through major guilt, Raph is constantly having ptsd attacks, Donnie age regresses a few times and Mikey is stressed with being everyone’s therapist.

Also the Kinship and Leo’s personalities changed when they are corrupted.

Tsuki is more Sadistic than usual, Sumire is gloomy all the time, Bijou is a vain Himedere, Chunfei is seemingly emotionless, Ren is extremely hyperactive, and Erin is angry all the time for no reason.

Leo however, got the short end of the stick.

The stone took away everything that made Leo, Leo and now he’s just an empty husk. He has no emotions, no goals except to serve the foot, and no empathy for others. He’s just an empty husk only there to obey the foot. Also, they’re completely aware of what they’re doing, they just can’t do anything about it. They constantly are trying to fight the corruption but it’s very exhausting for their bodies

That’s why they all have bags under their eyes.

So yeah, ANGST

Short descriptions of the 2012 Kinship of Royalty

(I don’t have updated references of them ;-;)

Name: Artemisia (Arti)

Gender: Female.

species: Turtle.

love interest: Kai. (an oc that I haven’t shared yet)

Bio: Arti is the biological little sister of the turtles, she’s very small and cute, but she’s still a strong kunoichi. She’s cheery and rebellious and loves her family and friends more than anything. She has an indigo mask and twin kama’s for weapons

Name: Yamamoto Tsuki. gender: female.

Species: Rabbit.

love interest: Donnie.

Bio: Tsuki was mutated at a young age after her and her sensei had a run in with the Kraang. She was soon found and adopted by an assassin group and was trained by them ever since. She’s now a friend of the turtles. She’s serious and short tempered, but nonetheless, she’s a kind soul who’s always polite to her friends.

Name: Erin O Neil. gender: Female.

species: Human.

love interest: Casey.

Bio: April’s sister and biggest rival. Erin is hot headed and reckless, causing her to not have that many friends at school. However, Erin just wants friends and deep down has a big heart. She always felt overshadowed by her sister April and has grown a distaste for her. (I don’t like 2012 April. Shocking, I know)

Name: Bijou.

Gender: female

species: Kitsune.

love interest: Mikey.

Bio: Bijou is a kitsune that the turtles met when they were time traveling with Renet. She’s a calm and friendly individual that has a personality similar to a Disney princess. But that doesn’t mean she doesn’t know when to be tough. She’s a strong and capable Kunoichi but only fights when she has to.

Name: Sumire.

species: Human.

love interest: Leo

Bio: Sumire is a shy and meek former foot ninja who was childhood friends with Karai. She left the foot after learning the truth about Karai’s father. Despite her meekness, she’s a strong kunoichi who has graduated at 14. However, she’s afraid of almost everything which can be a problem when she’s surrounded by grotesque mutants and aliens

Name: Ren Jones

gender: Gender-fluid.

Species: human.

love interest: Raph

Bio: The cousin of Casey jones. Ren was kidnapped and experimented by the Kraang before the series started. She eventually escaped with the help of the turtles but got possessed by a vengeful spirit of an alien in the process. Ren is a cheery yet badass hacker who is not afraid to kick butt. He’s both the brains and the brawn and is not afraid to voice it.

Chunfei doesn’t really exist in Tmnt 2012 cuz I don’t know where to add her and there’s only one Casey Jones

These are all of my main Rottmnt oc’s (Key word, “Main” I have more) I will make proper references for them eventually but Rn I’m working on Inktober for my class and other projects. In the meantime, short bios of them:

Artemisia: Artemisia, (or Arti) is the youngest ninja turtle and the smallest. She’s a striped mud turtle. Arti is a compassionate, cheerful, and rebellious girl with an active spirit. Arti loves her friends and family more than anything and would let the world burn for them. Arti is a medic and is very intelligent. However, Arti’s stubborn, impatient, impulsive, and quick to rage. Arti has insecurities about her size and worries it’ll affect her as a Kunoichi. Despite that, she is strong and capable of taking care of herself. Arti has an indigo mask  and Kama’s as weapons. Her Mystic power is water and Ice manipulation. 

Tsuki: Tsuki is an anthropomorphic rabbit from another dimension. She was taken from her home when she was young and ever since then was trained to be an assassin. She eventually met the turtles and allied herself with them. Tsuki is headstrong and sort of a stoic. She’s short tempered and a violent fighter. Despite this, Tsuki is polite to her friends and allies. She’s loyal and confident in her abilities. Tsuki doesn’t completely understand emotions and how to communicate but she gets better with time. Tsuki uses multiple weapons but her go to is a tanto blade. Tsuki doesn’t understand romantic gestures. She is dating Donatello Hamato.  She has a brother named Usagi Yuichi

Bijou; Bijou is a Kitsune Yokai and the princess of Yokai. She’s a calm and friendly individual who loves animals and cares deeply for her people. However, she knows when to be stern and does use her position to her advantage when she needs to. She’s a strong and capable Kunoichi but only fights when she has to. Bijou has the power to create and control flames, and uses them to defend herself and her friends. Bijou usually uses a Kusari Gama as a weapon. She’s dating Michelangelo Hamato

Erin O Neil: Erin is the older sister of April. Unlike her rebellious tomboy sister, Erin is a straight A goody two shoes who is always expected to be perfect. Erin is lady like and intelligent, but that doesn’t mean she doesn’t like to fight. Erin actually has a lot more of an active spirit than she leads on. Erin is constantly pressured to be perfect and is afraid to be her true self. Erin secretly likes rock music. Erin is a social butterfly but has a temper due to bottling up her feelings for so long. Her weapons are Tonfa. Her love interest is Cassandra Jones. 

Ren: Ren is Cassandra Jones’s Cousin and a well known hacker and internet legend. She’s cheery and optimistic but also a badass who isn’t afraid to kick butt. She’s both thebrains and the brawn and she’s not afraid of voicing it. She’s patient for the most part until her friends are in danger. Ren loves memes and provides them for the turtles and the kinship. She’s dating Raphael Hamato. 

Sumire: Sumire used to be a foot ninja but left after years of mistreatment. She’s shy and meek, often having trouble spitting out words. Despite this, she’s a strong Kunoichi who graduated at 14. However, she’s afraid of almost everything and is often seen hiding behind Tsuki. Sumire loves gardening and animals and is a vegetarian. Sumire is the most compassionate out of the Kinship often even feeling bad for opponents. However, this makes her very naive and easy to manipulate. Sumire’s weapon is twin Tessen. She has a HUGE crush on Leonardo Hamato however, he doesn’t like her back.
