Holding an Eagle and looking into it’s Eyes shows how Powerful he is. There’s alot to learn from Eagles who can change your Life and give you a perspective to choose Growth over fear. They prefer to fly alone, not with sparrows or Parrots. They choose to fly higher. They know that’s the only way to get more Powerful above anything that brings them down. Eagles love the storm. At time when storm comes, other birds hide in tree but Eagle choose to fly, go higher, face the challenge and go over the Storm to fly to its full potential. They become fearless over anything that comes in their way. Don’t complain, Run toward the challenge. They have excellent vision. They are focused, They concentrate on the thing they want and hunt it to get it. Eagles don’t eat dead meat. They always hunt what is alive,what has the value. By just changing to focus on your present is what they live in and not stuck to old meat or what doesn’t matter. (Like your past that we humans get stuck to.) They train Hard. KATHAKALI. Kathakali means Story-Play. “Katha-Story” and “kali-play”. It was one of the amazing time to see something new we never experienced to see it live. Worthy of each moment. It’s a perfect combination of dance, drama, music and religious theme. An oldest form of classical dance originated more than 500 years ago in Southern state of Kerala. From expression, playing with eyes and the way they express a story through their dance is really incredible. They are generally performed by men wearing headgear, swirled skirt and junk ornaments. The artists through their graceful body movement plays the mythological characters from the Hindu epics like Mahabharata and Ramayana. A traditional drum, known as Chenda is played to accompany by one or two singers. Must watch if you plan to visit there. They also give opportunity to perform along at last. Sometimes it’s not about how far you go to travel and find serenity within yourself there but moreover you can experience that vibe inside by exploring the places you never been to which may be around you but you were not aware of. Nature is everywhere. You just need to explore. Go where you feel, you’ll feel more serene inside. This is a place near Gurugram, named Panikot Lake Jheel (around 1hr distance from Gurugram). We went at the time of sunrise and in our experience it was really amazing. You can get an idea from the picture where i am enjoying the sightseeing and along with that looking at sunrise. PEOPLE OF GRAHAN VALLEY With different areas of World, we have different culture, different lifestyle, different living, different attire and different values to offer. We met a lot of people in Grahan Valley. With some of them we had a word, and with some we just watched how they live and survive. First picture: This person there owns a property for accommodation(Howling Owl) and his hospitality was amazing from our experience. Their survival depends on tourism, People like us. Even with less technology they know a lot about different cultures, different food, different languages coz They are open for learning from people visiting there no matter what age they reach. We had big conversations with him about survival and the way they live their life in extreme environment. Life is Hard they said, but they completely enjoy their journey through out. We loved the homemade food specially pancakes which are amazing, Must try. Second picture: A shepherd who owns a lot of Sheep, and make his earning through that. Shepherd is a very old business running from old age time and is still followed in such areas. In return of Sheep Milk, selling wool to make clothes is how they earn and survive for their Life. Every work takes effort to earn from and doing it happily is what keep them going. Third Picture: Logging worker who transport the stuff from one point to another. We spotted a lot of worker who earn their living by just transporting the logs from up n down the hill. Look at their faces, even after the age of 60, they work so hard to earn their living is really appreciable. There is so much to Learn from such people who change the definition of getting older Fourth Picture: A lady making socks of wool since it was Cold season started, and moreover it becomes a Snow-land. Knitting is a very old process of weaving clothes and is still continued in many parts of the World. It can be used to weave any garment you wear from cardigan to socks. Interacting with kids is always a bliss. There are no other being who are more conscious than the Kids. If you really want to learn how to Live more happily. Just look at a Kid who has the pure consciousness for every moment. They are so eager to learn and know each small thing which is new to them and to know more about it. They laugh with completely getting involved in it. Do you remember when did you laughed like that recently? (Would like to know in comments) A Kid teach us alot about living and how to live Life with more awareness and more consciousness. Untouched from the impurity of dirt and thoughts which we got polluted with time and which became a part of us unconsciously. So this was that time when we were exploring the Grahan Village and we saw these kids playing. They were playing Stapoo ( Chindro), quiet old game which we used to play back in childhood days and is very uncommon to see in City Life where kids are busy playing on phone. They were laughing, playing and enjoying their time with all they have. This simplicity of them was really divine. There’s alot to learn from Kids, if we keep our eyes wide open. Curious Kid. While I was going through album of Grahan, I spotted this picture and it took me to that moment when I was there. “This also reminds of those childhood days when we used to write story telling after just looking at the picture and describing our way of stories or sometimes copying from friend Of whom we find it more interesting.” But now when we look at such pictures and we have lived and experienced that moment, I feel that it’s all our unique perspective that we see life at and how aware we are at the moment to see the reality as it is. While travelling and living in mountains, seeing at kids growing makes me think that these children are more happier living in Nature, with mountains all around, fresh air and with very less technology. They are happier and curious with whatever is happening around in real rather than on phone which I see kids around in Cities. They really own a very different vibe of energy that they radiate when we talk to them or just watch them with what they doing. This also makes me wonder with the advancement of Technology and how much we are lost in it, we lose to see the real reality and Nature we are made up of. And instead of making up our environment better in any way, we give more time to make our social profile look better. Not sure if that is really worth it. In the picture, Kid was watching her grandma extracting the wool. And we just waved her ‘Hi’ to get some attention. It’s always interesting to Learn little things from Kids and how vibrant they are with the pure heart they live and learn each moment. …. Discover Yourself. We have always been taught to Learn from our outer life, to Learn from different people, Learn from books, Learn from different content which is even part of Learning life but there are very less people who teaches us to Learn from within. Often people misunderstand Meditation as a religious dimension without being much awareness and informative about it. In the process of discovering myself, Going through a lot of anxieties, fear, insecurities, like we all have that as our part of journey with our different situations and experiences, We never give time to heal ourself to how to deal with such anxieties and keep on growing those emotions with time because we were never taught to how to deal with those emotions. We either ignore them or never try to admit those part of emotions because we are too scared to deal with them. These all made sense to me when I was going through it and I had no idea to deal with it. Here comes the part when I started Meditating, Learnt about it and still Learning coz it is an eternal path. Not confusing Meditation as a religious dimension coz meditation is not about any particular God, but rather it’s about you as a Nature, as a Creation. It made me think in beginning that I am not doing it properly or I am expecting something very specific from it, But it doesn’t happen that way. It takes time and it is never ending, Going through a new experience everytime. It made me Learn more about myself, more about the emotions and inner life what goes in our mind and how everything that goes inside changes our present moment. The way we deal and learn to live our inner Life is the way we express our Life in the moment we our taking our breath. This is just the beginning I’ll say, and everyday you do it is a new experience and beginning to start your Life. My experience of sharing this path has just begun, there is a lot to come. Sky is colorful and beautiful as Life, But in order to experience the beauty of it, one has to look up at the Sky and experience it. Intention of clicking this pictures was clear to me that I need to wake up early and reach at India Gate before Sunrise to get the best picture of Sunrise at India Gate. It was Dark when i reached there, was looking at Sky and it’s different colors which was changing every minute giving it a new background. It just enhanced my experience for what i went there. Green Cactus in Rocky Mountain The very first thing that you notice while going through mountains are Flora and Fauna. The beauty of nature lies within that, Even if you don’t see any humans around, You will see flora and fauna around you which is itself is Life growing with time. In this instance, I’ll be only talking little bit about Cactus which are mostly found everywhere and survive in different regions and environment. There are different species of Cactus but we will be only talking about Prickly Pear Cactus who grows in Mountain and Rocky regions. As soon as we reached to the peak of mountain, along with beautiful sky we spotted a lot of Flora and Fauna, and this specific Cactus caught our attention. We observed that there is some flower growing on the peak of this cactus, which looked beautiful. We took a lot of photographs to find out which species is it and do bit research work. It is Prickly pear cactus which are the Cacti grows in Mountain regions which love environments that are windy, rocky, and gravely soil. What makes cacti grow well also in the mountains is the fact that the soil here is usually eroded and is quite rocky.  Keep in mind that different kinds of spines serve different purposes. Some spines are soft and feathery to help protect the cactus from intense UV light, while others are tough and sharp to help protect the plant from predators.  The presence of spines instead of true leaves also plays a critical role in minimizing water loss through evaporation and transpiration. What makes them survive is their adaptation to the environment. When it rains, they take advantage of it and store as much water as they can. Their roots are on the surface, which enables them to collect the water and store it in the stems quickly. While regular plants open their stomata during the day and close them during the night, the reverse is true for a cactus. Their stomata open during the night and remain closed during the day to help conserve water. There are many health benefits too of eating the pear which I won’t directly recommend, and should be eaten under the guidance. The average life span of cacti is 10 to 200 years.
