I Can't say good bye even if I wanted to

I'm crying again. Nothing new when you are involved. I can't handle the the pain of rejection. I can't handle the the pain of rejection from you. I can't stop thinking of the time spent together however short it may have been. you gave me something special, made me feel special, in a way I've never felt before. Then you take it away. You walk away, you reject me again. That word, again. You'd think I would learn and move on, but I can't. I am drawn to you in a way I don't understand. I'm scared. I'm scared of how this affects me in the long run, I'm scared of how many times I'm going to get my heart broken by you. Lord know this time won't be the last. It should be though. I should rip my heart from my chest and toss it into the sea and never feel love again. You are my only love, but you aren't mine to love.
