Bernie’s Foreign Policy Illiteracy!

I thought this guy was just a disaster on the economic policy front, but he is also an illiterate on foreign policy front as well. India has a population of 200 Million Muslims, a phenomenal increase from 14 million in 1947!Now at the same time the percentage of Hindus in Pakistan reduced from 14% in 1947 to 1.6% in 2019 and decreasing further. But his campaign manager is a Pakistani, so probably explains his jaundiced foreign policy. As for the violence in Delhi, it was started by the Islamists, just because India enacted a law that gave expedited path to citizenship for persecuted religious minorities from Pakistan, Bangladesh and Afghanistan, who are already in India (~32,000 Individuals). These are people who picked up their families and ran to save themselves and their children. What started as a "protest" was a planed blockade followed by a full fledged riot against the Hindus in Delhi. This was backed by the leftist politicians including the Ruling Party in the Delhi State Government and the Indian National Congress. A couple of the Islamic leaders in Delhi abducted 4 young guys, one of them working for the Government Of India, took him to the local MLAs house and stabbed him 400 times - Yes 400 times, smashed his face with a rock and though his body into the sewer! And Bernie thinks that this is a Human Rights issue by the Government of India!! No you jackass! And calling Netanyahu a Terrorist is not cool!

The Crime Branch says that the girl was murdered to drive away the nomadic Bakarwals from Kathua (Jammu). These nomadic tribes were being settled on government land in Jammu. As per the local Hindus, this was a deliberate ploy to alter the demographics of Jammu. Similarly Illegal Rohingyas were also being settled in Jammu by Mufti's government. Bakarwals, being close to Pak border are allegedly engaged in drug traffic from Pakistan. Dogras are upset that their sons are being lured into drug use.

The Bar association of Jammu is protesting against settlement of illegal aliens in Jammu. PDP Govt recently issued notification that lands encroached by tribals, nomads wont be reclaimed. Rohingyas too have been settled on such lands. Unfortunately Kashmiri Pandits who were driven out of Kashmir find no such favor. The lawyers and BJP leaders were portrayed as supporting the rapists when in actuality, they were protesting against the illegal settlement of Bakerwals and Rohingyas in Jammu.

The lawyers on protest say that the inclusion of Irfan Wani who was under investigation for the murder and rape of a young girl and her brother while in his custody has tainted the investigative team. That I believe is too far fetched to be believed.

But I have no doubt that the little girl's body will be used by the liberal media to further marginalize the Kashmiri Pandits and Dogras. The Muftis and Abdullahs are trying to form next government without allies like the BJP. What better way than to change the demography - proven in WB, Syria, Myanmar etc etc..

The Ram Temple Case - Some Facts & Timeline

Now, I want to clearly state that I am a Nationalist and an atheist. I do not subscribe to Gods or Idol Worship or the cult of Abrahamic religions, but I do not deride other people’s beliefs. So I was tempted to take a look at why this case is so important and the epitome of Leftist Hypocrisy & Judicial Incompetency.

The Indus valley civilization is believed to be 8000 years old. Yes we were civilized even during those ages when Europe was still witnessing Neolithic cultures and Islam and it’s current Gods did not even exist.

As per the Quran earth is 50,000 years old. We know now from scientific evidence that it is several million years old.

There is no doubt that India is the Origin of Hinduism (As a way of life and not an organized religion governed by a chief priest or a Central Temple) and the only Hindu Country in the world, if you discount Nepal.

During centuries of Islamic invasions of India starting from as early as the 7th Century, Hundreds of temples were destroyed and Mosques built on top of them. The first suit regarding the structure was filed in 1885, when the Faizabad Deputy Commissioner refused to let Mahant Raghubar Das build a temple on land adjoining the mosque. So the dispute has been ongoing for over 130 years now and still no justice!

The Court ordered the Archeological Society Of India to conduct excavations to verify the claims of the Mosque being built on the remains of a temple. What were the findings from it?

ASI has conducted 3 excavations in Ayodhya between 1862 to 1976. (Span of 100 years!!!!!). - The first survey by A.E. Cunningham in 1862-63 asserted that the present-day Ayodhya was the Ayodhya of the Ramayana years. - ASI also reported to the high court that distinctive features of a 10th century temple exists beneath the Babri Mosque site. This is what they told the High Court - “There is archaeological evidence of a massive structure just below the disputed structure and evidence of continuity in structural phases from the tenth century onwards up to the construction of the disputed structure along with the yield of stone and decorated bricks as well as mutilated sculpture of divine couple… are indicative of the remains which are distinctive features found associated with the temples of North India”.

The Congress then used it’s Pet Historians like Romila Thapar and Irfan Habib to dispute the findings of the ASI and discredit it. Of course they had no facts to do it, but rhetoric can be a powerful tool in the hands of well placed individuals. The Sunni Waqf Board represented by Kapil Sibal tried to ride piggy back on these Quacks and tried to project the same narrative.

The Apex Court had fixed December 5th to be the date they would start the final hearings for the case. Kapil Sibal asked the court as to what the hurry was in deciding this case!! He wanted it to be taken up after 2019!! Representing your client is one thing, but delaying justice to the other party to suit your political needs is treachery of Machiavellian proportions!

The court has now moved the date to Feb 8th!! 2 Months more! It drags on and on.

I am confident that despite all the evidence the verdict will not be one of pure natural justice but a “Politically Correct” statement; going against the Hindus.

Yes - You will be made to grovel and crawl and then be humiliated in your own land. How does it feel when a place most sacred to you has been usurped and your most sacred beliefs trampled over and all you can do is stand with folded hands as they insult you!

Well you deserve it for being so cowardly and taking all the garbage that is dished out for you!

Now the Congress Complicity in all this -

Kapil Sibal is free to represent any one in this country, but when he tries to delay justice by using elections as a ruse, it becomes very evident that he has the sanction to do this from the highest echelons of the Congress and it no longer is a matter of justice, but a matter of politically gaming the Hindus.

The whole Congress machinery is playing a double game here.

Kapil Sibal trying to project himself has an independent lawyer who is pleading a case for his client has some strange clientele, which exposes his Anti-Hindu and Anti-India bias:

1. Teesta Setalvad who is accused of misusing funds from her NGO for Personal Shopping. Kapil Sibal used the government machinery to support her.

2. PFI who the NIA says has clear links with ISIS who are  using “Love Jihad” as a means to recruit sexual slaves for ISIS fighters among girls from South India. The Karnataka Govt. has now decided to drop 175 cases against the PFI, despite clear established links with the ISIS.

3. Khalistani terrorist Davinderpal Bhullar - Kapil Sibal appeared for him in court and used his offices to ask Bitta to lie low to help Bhullar as per Bitta’s own statements.

4. All India Muslim Personal Law Board - Kapil Sibal represented the AIMPLB arguing for the Provision of Triple Talaq to continue, knowing for a fact that - this grotesque practice has harmed thousands of Muslim women.

5. Mahmood Farooqui (Film Maker) who raped a woman and was let off thy court giving him a “Benefit Of Doubt” because his Bipolar Disorder must have led him to mistake non-consent for consent!!

6. Sohrabuddin Case - Kapil Sibal argued against the acquittal of Amit Shah and Vanzara by the High Court. Sohrabbudin was a known Gangster and terrorist. 40 AK47 assault Rifles were found from his home and there were 60 cases of extortion and murder pending against him at the time of his death.

7. Isharat Jehan Case - Kapil Sibal as the Union Minister tried to muddy up the waters in this case projecting Isharat Jehan as an innocent girl who was killed in a fake encounter. LET had in fact accepted that Isharat was one of their recruits on their website and Headly who is incarcerated in the USA for his role in 26/11 attacks confirmed the same.

Now when you consider that the likes of Zakir Naik’s IRF donated 500,000 rupees (US$7,760) to the Rajiv Gandhi Foundation headed by Congress president Sonia Gandhi in 2011, you can only imagine the duplicity of the Congress and how it is full of hatred for the Hindus.

Their idea of India is Post 1947. Our idea of India is the 8000 years of history of our people and our civilization.

2013

- Kejriwal blames "Congress Leaders" Chidambaram & Kapil Sibal for the breakdown of Lokpal talks. Why did they decide to negotiate when they had the "UPA" government at their feet?

- The Lokpal movement crumbles and Kejriwal forms a party - AAP. Kejriwal declares publicly that he has 370 Pages of "Proof" against Sheila Dikshit before Delhi Elections. Anna Hazare splits from Kejriwal citing his “Political Ambitions”.

- Kejriwal's party emerges the 2nd Largest party in Delhi elections and is invited to form the Government after BJP who is the largest party declines. Kejriwal surprisingly takes the support of the "Congress" to form the government.

- Kejriwal appoints an IAS officer from "Sheila Dikshit’ s" government with dubious reputation - Rajender Kumar. This officer seems to be pretty close to Kejriwal and has his trust.

- All "Proof" on Sheila Dikshit takes a backseat as Kejriwal focuses on the "Lokpal" bill. Meanwhile a strong anti-incumbency wave is sweeping the country against the absolutely corrupt "UPA" government.

- The Jan-Lokpal bill fails on the floor of the house as "Laloo Yadav" & "Mulayam Singh Yadav" combine with "Hamid Ansari - Congress" to scuttle it. One of the worst days in Indian Democracy.

2014

- Arvind Kejriwal refuses to negotiate on the Lokpal bill and his bill fails on the floor of the house. He blames "Congress", "Congress Stooge - Najeeb Jung" and "Ambani" for his Resignation.

- Much to the surprise of everyone AAP & Kejriwal decides to contest the Lok Sabha Polls. Everyone still wonders about why he went back on his word to not contest.

- Instead of supporting the country in their struggle against "Sonia Gandhi & UPA", Arvind Kejriwal decides to contest "against" Narendra Modi & BJP from Varanasi. He now says Modi is an "Ambani - Adani" man.

- Kejriwal loses miserably against Modi although he cited internal polls that Modi was losing from Varanasi. AAP fares pretty badly in the Lok Sabha Elections.

2015

- Kejriwal decides to contest Delhi elections again and wins the assembly elections by a huge majority and becomes CM again. Contrary to the previous govt, the AAP Members opt for opulent houses and cars after winning.

- Kejriwal appoints Rajender Kumar as Principal Secretary again and even picks up a fight with "Najeeb Jung" again for Rajender Kumar, who he terms as "BJP Stooge".

- Kejriwal throws his weight behind Nitish Kumar, "Rahul Gandhi" & "Laloo Yadav" in the Bihar Elections and does not even contest.

- Even when major corruption cases open against the "Gandhis" and "Congress", Kejriwal does a U-turn and asks people to provide "Proof" against "Sheila Dikshit", when questioned. And does not utter one word against Sonia or Rahul in the "National Herald" and other cases.

- Aam Aadmi Party comes up with a ridiculous “Lokpal Bill” that is way different from the previous version and almost looks like the Bill that broke up the Lokpal movement in the first place. Laughably it also brings the “Prime Minister’s Office” under the jurisdiction of the “Delhi – State Government”.

- Ashish Joshi a member-secretary of the Delhi Dialogue Commission who was investigating Rajender Kumar's corrupt Tender practices is “Sacked by Kejriwal”!!!

- Ashish Joshi files 4 complaints with Anti-Corruption Bureau. ACB forwards complaints to CBI. CBI Raids Rajender Kumar's Office in the Delhi Secretariat based on Ashish Joshi's complaint.

- Kejriwal vociferously defends Rajender Kumar after CBI finds huge amount of Cash from his home. Calls Modi a "Coward & Psychopath".

A Sinister Pattern In The Viciousness

A year has passed since the Narendra Modi government came into power and there have been a few major controversies that have come into play during this period. They have been played up with high decibels in the media and have found resonance within the parliament. 

Let us look at them and try and make sense of these.

1. The Smriti Irani Saffronization of Education & Degree Issue.

Was there any merit in the degree issue; we will know soon as a PIL has been filed in the court and the minister herself had asked the doubters to file a PIL. What is with the viciousness; did the issue mandate the intensity of the attack against her? The answer is - ABSOLUTELY NO!!

Now why do I draw this conclusion? The Congress hardly has any moral right to question Smriti Irani as both it’s top 2 leaders Sonia and Rahul are known to have fudged their academic records in the past. This is a fact and not merely an allegation. Sonia’s misdoings were also proved in court and the judge had famously asked Subramaniam Swamy to forgive and forget. 

Then what was the motive behind the attack on her? 

Smriti Irani had contested from Amethi and established an immediate rapport with the people from the constituency, though she lost the election. Subsequently she has solved many a problem in the constituency through one on one people interaction. This has made the Gandhis look silly. On top of it she is performing exceedingly well as an HRD Minister in demolishing the extremist left ideology embedded into our education system. Hence the desperation to damage her reputation and bring her down from the pedestal she is on. Also it will serve the purpose of punching a hole in Modi’s impeccable record of selecting the right people for the right job.

2. The Sushma Swaraj - Lalit Modi Issue

The Lalit Modi issue is abundantly clear from Jaitley’s speech in parliament on the same, where he laid the facts bare. (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2rixwWmmdcs). There were no facts presented by the Congress either in Parliament or in a Court. This issue had it’s roots during UPA -1 and the Congress did nothing for 10 years when they were in power.

What was the motive behind this Issue being blown up by the Media and Congress in Parliament when there was no merit behind it?

The motive was two fold. One was to embarrass a top performing minister. Any one who has been following Sushma Swaraj honestly will vouch for the fact that she is hands on and probably the best ever external affairs minister. She was also one of the contenders to the PM position within BJP. 

The first motive was to somehow taint Sushma with the brush of corruption and to corner her with the hope that this would force Modi’s hand to sideline Sushma to an irrelevant role, causing a rift within the BJP (with Advani, Jaswant etc. standing with Sushma) and create a power struggle within. 

The second motive was a scorched earth policy by the Congress to scuttle the GST Bill thus stonewalling any kind of financial reforms that would hasten the progress of the country during Modi’s Tenure and also bring down inflation significantly. This is a very important strategy from the Soviet Playbook, quite popular with the leftists and anarchists. 

With UPA being in a majority in the RS and the speaker being a Congress member, they used this ploy successfully to block the GST bill which has hurt the common man and our economy tremendously.

3. The Beef-Ban-Lynching Conspiracy

The Cow Slaughter bans in the country have mostly been passed as laws by the Congress and it’s allies (NC, Congress, NCP & SP). This was also publicly accepted by Digvijaya Singh. Never mind that the only reason they passed it was to take away at least one electoral issue from the BJP. The lynching which was a crime committed by a mob over the stealing of a calf in an SP Constituency was desperately attributed to the BJP & RSS, never mind the fact that investigations so far prove it to be a personal feud taken over by a mob.

Then why is the media painting this to be a BJP Alone Policy - Ref Rajdeep’s Open Letter to Phadnavis.

Again two fold motive. 

One to continuously paint the Modi government as communal and to foist any and every crime in this country somehow on the Right Wing Organizations and to wean away the meat eating Hindus away from Modi and to split the progressive vote bank among Hindus and other religions. 

The fact is that, though SP has banned beef in UP to counter BJP, they have turned a blind eye to the cattle stealing & smuggling mafia in the state.

Secondly the Samajwadi Party will now be reluctant to side with the BJP on the GST Bill in Rajya Sabha, which it was totally prepared to do in the next Parliamentary Session. Now siding with the BJP will be seen as a betrayal by SP’s core vote-bank. Make no mistake, this issue will be raised again in the parliament to hold up key bills. Secularism is a pet topic among most Non-BJP parties and they will be suckered into this play.

Conclusion:

These are not random issues or acts of blatant corruption / communalism from the BJP. These are part of an orchestrated strategy to filibuster every right move from Narendra Modi’s government. There is a vicious pattern to it with the paid-media initiating it by blowing up some random issues and somehow trying to link BJP to these otherwise nonsensical issues. Also remember that the Congress has not produced a shred of evidence in Parliament and have only resorted to attacks outside of it. Till now all their Machiavellian ploys have only backfired as Sushma & Smriti countered with fire in the Parliament and made Rahul & Sonia look silly. Remember Sonia exhorting her party men to create a ruckus in parliament and obstruct it when Sushma was taking them to the cleaners!! 

The motive is a desperate hope that; if they throw enough muck at the BJP, something might stick. Some of the media & so called liberals have now gone overboard in their hate and have started abusing PM - Narendra Modi.  E.G. TOI’s Headline- Divisive Modi returns from a successful Overseas Trip.

This is bound to continue till we call their bluff and the social media is a boon to us citizens to take control of our destiny and to counter these hit-men & women who are sinking our future to keep their illegal perks coming to them.

Why is the word "Hindu" being demonized?

Imagine an Israel where being a Jew or saying that you are proud to be a Jew is called communal!! Imagine USA or the UK where Christians have laws that are discriminatory against them and prevent them from having a fair opportunity as an Asian immigrant. 

If the above sounds ridiculous the why is the only country in the world that is a majority Hindu is made to feel guilty about it everyday?

What is Hinduism?

The concept is older than the actual religion itself and the basis of the religions is believed to be timeless, having always existed. Its practices have evolved over centuries and Indeed, its collection of sacred texts is known, as a whole, as "Sanatana Dharma", "The Eternal Teaching." It is thus a complex tradition that encompasses numerous interrelated religious doctrines and practices that have some common characteristics but which lack any unified system of beliefs and practices.

The religion is one of the oldest and has been around since thousands of years and has embraced everything that time has thrown at it, be it invasions, conversions, cultural transgressions, radical new concepts, technology etc. It does not follow formalized conversions and has still thrived. Why? Simple - because it is not rigid, has evolved with the times to suit situations and needs and propagated mostly through debates. 

Ok, the purpose is not to preach about Hinduism, but to ask more important questions!!!

To convert Hindus to a Muslim or Buddhist or Christian is Ok, but vice versa is communal. Organized conversion is still prevalent in this country and is the most perverse act. Look what it has done in Africa. No other arguments needed.

We were ruled by Mughals for 300 years and by the British for 200 years and by the so called secular Congress for 65 years. Which essentially means that India was ruled for the last 600 years by Non-Hindu forces and yet these so called backward minorities require special consideration while the Hindus who were persecuted under these rulers are advanced or forward!!

Why is it that all major Non-Hindu religions have a war based history in the last 200 years and are still fighting among themselves?

What went wrong?

Putting it rather simplistically, these religions are organized religions and are driven and controlled by entities / individuals who tell their members how to lead their lives, where and what they have to educate in, who they need to elect and what policies or principles, their families and progeny need to follow.

They remained rooted to their original texts that has failed to evolve over time, that still preach medieval rules of society which have no time and place in the modern world or society. How can you move forward when the doctrines that rule you are based in 600 BC and are being interpreted more radically by the day?

So will bending the wrong way improve the concept of India? Why is our concept or experiment of having separate laws based on religion and an education system based on similar line not working in spite of trying it for the last 75 years? I would have agreed that it is the right way to move forward even if we had seen improvements in the last 75 years, but it seems to be getting worse with each passing day.

The UNIFORM CIVIL CODE is the way forward. Period.
