Today is day 23 as a non smoker. I'm very proud of myself that I have survived so far. Even though the symptoms of the nicotine deprival brought me to the edge sometimes. I'm still not over it. Right now I feel weak and sleepy all day. But my motto is to keep fighting it and destroy the demon of smoking completely and never look back. Just crossing my fingers that the poison will be out of my body soon completely
