Let’s Break the Stigma – Mental Health Awareness Month

May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and it’s time to talk about it.
So many of us are carrying invisible battles—anxiety, depression, burnout, trauma. It’s okay if you’re not okay. It’s okay to rest. It’s okay to ask for help.
Let’s make this month about:
Speaking openly about mental health
Sharing our stories without shame
Uplifting each other through the hard days
Pushing for better access to care
I challenge you: check in with a friend. Share a resource. Post your story. Be kind to yourself. Every small act helps break the stigma.
