It's happening i have offically posted the prologue on ao3 and im currently working on chapter 1 which may be a long chapter but yay :D

Resident Evil 2&3: The Downfall of Racoon City

Racoon City Home of Umbrella...Home to the undead.

It's been nearly a month since Jill and the others made it out of Spencer Mansion. And every night since Jill has suffered from horrible nightmares from the ordeal, and to make matters worse she can't even rely on her best friend Lyrabeth Rosethorn. A fellow S.T.A.R.S. Officer who hadn't been present during the Tragedy and Betrayal due to a family emergency. The only comfort and reassurance from her Best friend is through the careful and few letters they exchange.

Of course however it was just her luck that when she's close to leaving the city it becomes overrun with the dead. Now Jill must survive this never ending nightmare and save as many people as she can along the way. Of course that's hard when your constantly getting distracted by a pretty U.B.C.S. Corporal named Karin Sanders.

So i'm rewriting a resident evil fic series i have on ao3 and i was thinking, would you guys prefer to see a RE 2 fic that combines re2 and 3 but with some new additions like Luis Serra being present during that chaos First before an re4 fic?

i mostly got inspired by some lovely fanart by @skelesass, so my idea was that at some point Claire and Leon end up running into Jill and Carlos as they all figure out their issues during the chaos in racoon city. At some point Leon finds Luis and ends up befriending him. It could also have some hints to some stuff i had in mind for the series like Jill getting a girlfriend 👀.

so what do you guys think?

thanks to some discord friends i find myself writing two fanfics one for Sandman and one for Miside, i've gone down a rabbit hole and it's caused a new hyperfixation i love mita to bits and have the urge to write little one-shots for her with my oc

do you ever just randomly get back into a certain interest and suddenly make a new tumblr account and like you just wanna make a horror game for your little blorbo.

yes yes i did do that i've somehow found myself making a new tumblr account soley for infodumps on my Creepypasta Oc Mavira who just randomly kidnaps people and turns them into her little demons and basically making her own Slenderman mansion essentially.

IT'S HAPPENED AGAIN man i just wanted to go to bed instead it's 5am and i'm telling myself dialogue is my enemy because i was suddenly in the right mindset apparently to scrap my znation fanfic and redo it and now i have a word count of 2,406 and it's only chapter 1

i somehow fell down a zombie rabbit hole and it's slowly looking like it's gonna be a zombie may for me, like i somehow started a znation fanfic and now i want to write a TWD fanfic series as well with the same MC

i've been thinking lately that maybe i should try writing small blurbs to bring back my motivation for certain fanfics i really want to write, so i was just curious.

p.s. Remember to thrift things for sandman universe & other things by NG whether it's books, comics, or the dvd sets for sandman :D

also because i'm only watching it on netflix for the subtitles until i can find the DVDs on like ebay

So this is very spontaneous and i just really really reallllly wanted to write this out. So i'm on substack scrolling and i come across this publishment? post? about pomegranates and modern poets and it was eye opening really. Now pair that with watching loaddds of Dakota Warren Video's even having one play in the background you get ideas.

While reading the post i couldn't help put think of two of my favorite characters and specifically their relationships, the main thing was the different meanings of pomegranates and me discovering the existence and meaning of Laurel Wreaths. And it was like for once my brain brained if that makes sense?

Moving onto my husband , ahem Aegon reminded me strongly of another meaning or symbolization of Pomegranates and i just i don't know what it was but it clicked.

Plutarch’s Moralia → Links pomegranates to beauty, sensuality, and indulgence in Greek and Roman culture—so, more hedonistic pleasure, less tragic metaphor. -- Directly from the post

Just the comparison of this meaning Aegon just reminded me of how he is despite his tragedy and the comparisons of him to the god Dionysus. And it just makes me think of something of Aegon being in this meaning in a romance that just in a way i guess makes me think of him being with someone who just understands him completely and doesn't just see the monster but the boy who's been put in a role he never asked for and turned to horrible coping mechanisms and causing pain. They just see him. They see Aegon and his Beauty and just his whole being.

Now one thing to know about me is that i LOVE Tolkien's works and watching the show recently (which i still have to finish due to being hyperfixated on something that i never got to finish) and I absolutely adore Haladriel so when i came across the text about the Laurel Wreaths it just clicked.

Laurel Wreaths just so heartbreakingly remind me of these two, and the hardships and tragedy's they've experienced and their similar situations and I just kept thinking about how they both in a way wear Laurel Wreaths they both had ambition and experienced glory but like the laurel leaves it withered and they suffered from the devastation from it. Whether it was Sauron becoming who he was or Galadriel having her company mutiny against her, or about how Galadriel rejected Sauron twice. They both wore temporary victories on their heads and still the wreath withered away and they were left heartbroken or deformed in one way or another.

and finally Dakota. There's nothing i can really say lol just that she is just a gloomy ray of sunshine and i adore her and her content which has inspired me so much and in recent stress she has gotten me through some tough times when my brain has turned against me. And she's also rekindled my curiosity in poetry so there's that :D

So i'm a bit nervous about this but i wanted to share something i'm really proud of..

I am Writing a Novel! and for awhile now i've had this separate account here on tumblr where i occasionally talk about my Novel that i'm currently calling Project Hazelburn Woods. It's a Dark Romance/Horror retelling of Fairytales such as red riding hood, which are also inspired by some of my favorite horror movies like Jennifer's body and the 2011 film Red Riding Hood.

As for why i was so nervous is because i'm well aware not a lot of people are fond of things such as "Dead Dove: Do Not Eat" content which i read and plan to write for. And to some that's not okay and it's not the content they wanna read and that's totally fine! but i just wanted to state that now before people get mad.

Now moving on to more exciting news, Yes i am starting a novel! It's about a trio of friends who discover the dark world of the supernatural when one their classmates is murdered. It's a tale of mystery, murder, and romance and i really hope everyone will enjoy it! I've also decided to make a new ao3 account where i will share my novel "The Hazelburn Woods of Blood & Bone" before i figure out how to self-publish it. :D

I have finally finished writing my idea and i'm currently trying to finish the clone wars series before i finish the sequels but for now i give you this.
