I'm only a student midwife so i haven't seen nearly a much as actual midwives, but we legit don't even care about what your labia looks like, whether you shaved/waxed, how "groomed" you are, and we legit get excited if you do a shit because it means you're pushing well and baby is nearly out!
Please don't let any worries about your appearance have an impact on your labour/ birth
