Vagabond is 11 years old this year! 

To celebrate, I have decided to release the original demo versions of a bunch of the songs which we recorded at Big Sister Studio with Mark Myers in Cairns back in November 2012 with @tim.hartmusic on drums and other things, @natsukikurai on harmonica and Mark engineering and playing a few instruments here and there.

This paradise has been my home for December 2024. This is the final month and final location of this year-long Solitude project and it could not have been more perfect. 

The landscape here is without a doubt the most breathtaking view I have had all year and it has felt like some kind of eden to me. With this big open sky and 360º panorama, sunrise and sunset were just magical every single day. The wild horses came to visit many times as well as a fox or two and hundreds majestic of birds. 

This has been ultimate place to end this project and experience absolute solitude.

definitely feeling mixed emotions but i am forever thankful for this life.

Hello from Argentina 🇦🇷

I think I found the perfect place to spend the final month of this epic year-long project. This is ultimate solitude.

With the end of another month comes another new demo accompanied by a bunch of footage taken during my time here in California. This one's called 'If I'm Honest' - you can read the lyrics below if you want.

I landed in Los Angeles during election week here and quietly drove north via some of my favourite places on my way to Nevada City, a very cute little town somewhere between Sacramento and Lake Tahoe. I loooove California so much and am very happy to have spent this month here.

But.. I have also had constant internet access this month and have watched the world with all its craziness again and I don’t know what to think of it anymore. Of politicians, celebrities, fame, money, power and all the things that seem to go along with it. The more I live this quiet way, the more I love it. It’s not for everyone, I am sure, but I think it is exactly what is calling me.
