Sorry, I have a question what kind of brush do you use to make sketches for your drawings?

Hi! Here I attached the brushes I use in procreate in a google file.

I use sketch brush for sketch(obv), lineart, then Gloaming 1 for coloring/filling in areas…. Mercury is a brush I’m gonna start using more for comics cuz I like how chunky it is. All of these are procreate preset brushes that I just adjusted slightly.

Lmk if there is issues with the file - I’ve never shared procreate brushes before.

What is genderbent spider and lo’ak relationship like. Are they best friend or act more siblings

What do they bond over

They are besties who get up to alot of trouble - mainly going to forbidden areas, especially anything related to sky people. They love learning about mysterious 'earth'. Lo'a is the more reckless and rebellious of the two - while Spider is pretty level headed. I think Spider ends up being the person Lo'a vents to whenever she feels insecure or annoyed that Neteya is the 'perfect daughter'. I think actually the Sully's should give Spider more credit for talking Lo'a out of doing plenty of stupid shit.

Spider doesn't talk about it alot - but the two do feel closer knowing that they each seem to be disliked by one parental figure. I think the fact that Lo'a seems to listen to Spider is a reason that Jane gets Neytir to go easy about them spending time together.

Yes baby, I know you don't like her, but our daughter's a dumbass and doesn't like listening to anyone else. Pick your battles.

would you say that in your au that the sully kids are closer to spider

Yes. The canon movie kind of skips over what the Sully kids actually feel after Spider is taken. We go straight from his abduction to the Metkayina arc, with almost no time spent on how his absence affects the family emotionally.

Obviously, the setup is meant to create tension—Spider is caught between Quaritch (who’s evil but, surprisingly, puts in the effort to actually care about him) and the Sullys (who do care… but didn’t go after him, and barely even talked about it afterward). Like—yeah, I get that they didn’t have the resources to launch a rescue, but come on, James. One little scene of someone breaking down? A single moment of fear, grief, or guilt? Just something to show they gave a shit?

In my AU, I really want to dive into that emotional gap. The Sully kids do miss Spider. They are worried. Even if they can't act on it, they feel it deeply—and when they’re finally reunited, there’s emotional weight. There are tears. There’s relief and confusion and guilt. Maybe there’s even a scene where K'ir or Lo’a try to sneak off and rescue her. (Of course, they don’t get far—because they’re idiot teenagers—and then get their asses beat by Jane and Neytir.)

Spider’s relationship with Quaritch still echoes canon: “Oh. This adult shows up. Spends time with me. Doesn’t lie to me. They’re literally the clone of the person I was told is a monster… but also my technical mother?”

It completely messes with her head. Because she genuinely loves the Sully kids. That’s her family. But how do you reconcile being abandoned by the people you love… and feeling seen by someone you’re supposed to hate?

Honestly? In canon, I completely understand why Spider might have felt more inclined to stay with Quaritch. Nobody—not even Jake—seemed particularly wrecked about his kidnapping. Jake literally just gives him a head pat like, “Oh look, the cat came home,” after months of torture and captivity.
