It has been an amazing journey of healing myself. Shit happens and here I am today as a different person than before. I’ve transform into a beautiful butterfly ready to explore the sky and the greens. But it’s not cheap. It took me 1,5 year to process everything and to finally reach this point. I’m gonna share with you the companion of my healing journey that is available online. Here it goes.

This websites has A LOT of personal topics and it gives me enlightenment about what i was gong through. The writers aren’t always the experts but that’s what makes it feels so relatable. They’re being human here, just like us, the readers. They show their human side in facing their own problem. They show their perspective. That’s what makes it valuable. We can enrich ourselves by having a lot of perspective so we can create more options. And that’s the beginning to move on, create the first attempt to break free, and make your first baby step towards a better change. You can go to their website or download the app which already available on apple and androids. Recommended!
2. WikiHow (wikihow.com)

This website almost literally covers everything that you need to know about how-to-do something. And what really impress me is that it has a lot of behavioral tutorials and approved by experts! Like psychiatric or psychologist, and they also provide experts to answer the questions on the comment sections of the related post. That is so satisfying and you can feel secure to digest all the information. Not just because of those meme-able illustrations, wikihow also shows a very neat and easy to read information delivery and layouts so our brain can understand the concept and the message more effectively. You can easily see the separation of each section so you can skip, skimming, or find what you need to re-read so easily. The steps and other information are wrote in details and it’s  like they can read our mind to know what the readers need. You also can get the app on your gadgets, it’s available both in apple and androids. Just try it and you’ll love it!
3. Instagram

Phew! I’ve never find instagram this useful until I started to make it one tool to help me heal. Especially those several account that really inspire me and help me to think clear and wise. Go to these accounts on instagram: @thegoodquote, @journey_to_wellness, @rainbowsalt, @sonyateclai, @stephanspeaks, @steven, @garyvee, @misszebian, @ranianaim, etc just start from those accounts and explore wider to their circle. You’ll get tons of motivation-boost, self-acceptance-boost, self-love-boost, and just everything you need! :’) ofcourse it’s not the only way. But those people are the ones showed up along my process. You should find the best help you could find and use too!  You can get the app at Google play or Apple store. Happy trying!

This place has a wider topics covered from technology, lifestyle, food, travelling, to psychological issues. You can get more knowledge in general perspective than personallized one. But it can open your mind and become the main or side perspective when you need more consideration about a thing. Medium has more simple layout and appearance yet still classy. Some articles are heavier than the others so you better know what you wanna know and find the right level of articles. But after all, it’s still one of the best place to read. You can get the app too on Google play and Apple store.
5. Psychology Today (psychologytoday.com)

Of course! It’s a mandatory refference to get the scientific perspective about what is happening in our life. Psychology is basically the science to explain human’s mind and behavior. And this website have become one of the most complete and reliable website for people in general who wants to know about psychology and find some enlightenment psychologically. It has a simple color and appearance tho it looks a little bit classic. They don’t provide any app so you should go to their website to get access. There are other similar websites like PT which also reliable and cool like: psychcentral.com. No need more talk just go and prove it yourself!

How cluless people are. They think when they feel uncomfortable about their life and making mistakes is because something new that was just happen a few minutes, a few ahours, ora few days ago. Meanwhile the truth is our mistakes happen because of so many unconcious burdens, trauma, and the other unresolved problem which are manifested in everything that is attach to us. I also experience this too and it's no easy at all. It's no simple at all. It's hard and complicated it only can be resolved one by one with patience. Oh, life. Why why why. You are such an amazing, mysterious, yet complicated event happening at once.

Astaghfirullah.. Baru abis liat video ustadz di Malaysia yg meninggal dunia saat ceramah sholat Jumat di atas mimbar di Jumat pertama bulan syawal! Masyaallah! Mau nangis! Huhuhuhuuuu takuut 😭 aku gimana nanti........ What a beautiful way to die 😭 amalku ga setinggi itu to deserve that way to die.... However...... I did the best I can. And from now on I want to make my life better.... But I need to prepare cause I need to go the extra miles, through the uncomfort zones...... I dunno.... I'll try.... I need to understand that trying is hard, and I probably won't get success at the first trial. I need to prepare my first failure, mistakes, and unawareness.... I really don't want to do this! But I need this! Ugh, I'm in a battle with myself right now!

I feel bored. A little bit numb. A little bit stuck. A little bit of shame. A little bit of doubt. A little bit sad. But kind of happy. But a little bit empty. A little anxious. Somewhat tired. And somewhat confused. Kind of missing someone. Kind of thinking about someone in particular. Kind of hungry. Kind of lazy. But only want to chill. And make some talk. Kind of want to make a connection with someone out there but I don't know who. I feel so random but want to be loved. So here I am, loving myself through self talk, and still thinking about that someone in particular.
