Good evening everyone. I have a feeling few here would remember me as it has been quite a long time.

I am an inventor of sorts, You figure the way to me anonymously, and you either get the blueprints or the invention you wish for. I have been offering this for years now on and off, and while I am active, I may even take commissions.

📝Writing Style

I am the One-shot Onceler. Majority of my work is one-shots.

For years, I've always wrote the reader as a female. That will not change.

I use Y/n too.

For smut, I'll try to stop being shy and write more spicy shit other than simple sex.

They'll mostly be Nightwolf and Fujin since I'm too down bad astronomically for them.

Like stated earlier, not all the time will my plots be accurate to the canon.

I haven't touched MK1's story and I don't like MKX, so everything is MK11.

hey dude, I say this with no ill intent but genuinely what is the point of making a blog just to hate a ship? Wouldn't it be better for your peace of mind to just ignore all us wincesties?

i made this blog when i was 16 and much more interested in arguing with people online. i am now 24 years old and have not been posted anything on here for three years, and was barely active for years before that. i have a blocklist that probably numbers into the thousands, many of which are wincesties, and yes, its more peaceful for me like that. i run a supernatural blog that focuses on everything i do like about the show--destiel, cas, etc, and i just generally dont think about wincest anymore. i guess i could delete this blog, but tbh i have an aversion to deleting most things. its up for archival purposes mostly.

it is working to fix my brain lmao. for like... over a month, i've just had no creative drive, no urge to read new stuff, just in a state of Extreme Blah, right

but i'm getting to the point where i'm in i think the last 10 to 15 hours of P3P and my brain is FINALLY like "hrm..... maybe..... we wanna write again?"

so like. i picked a long intense JRPG on purpose, like..... people say that to be a writer you have to read voraciously.

i don't. i'm a bad person. i just don't read many books. it's the ADHD mostly, I have a lot of trouble focusing on them. i had some success with audiobooks but even then i get distracted. (i'm much better at narrative podcasts, i think because the serialized nature.)

ANYWAY my point is, i voraciously consume OTHER media instead. and no joke i have... learned a trick or two from P3P, which is a nice bonus.

but yeah i dunno if I'll be able to continue into another persona game after this but I'm hoping it fixes my brain so i can write again. 8)

(also if i do continue into another persona game, i may do The Unthinkable and make a sideblog. though I personally hate sideblogs bc my blocklist on this account is thousands of accounts long and I don't have an easy way to mirror that to a side blog. 8C )

There are many applications, but the most important is probably your INSTANT MESSENGER. You should check your tabs and remind yourself where you were on your search.

Look at your desk>

Your desk is large, but quite cluttered. Atop your wide and previously spacious desktop lies your computer, as well as the essential interfacing tools, namely a KEYBOARD AND MOUSE. A HAM RADIO TRANSCEIVER sits to the side. Just above your computer monitor is another shelf, upon which sit several ANALOG TELEVISIONS. To the left is a shelf that would normally house an external PC, but you needed far more power than just one. To the right sits several DRAWERS. The computer hums.

Look at your keyboard and mouse>

These interfacing tools are hardly the first you’ve owned. The originals were worn down quite quickly, and you have replaced them many times. It’s hard to remember what number these are.

Look at your radio transceiver>

The transceiver sits to the side, a set of headphones and a microphone nearby. HAM radio is normally a short-range method of communication, but by equipping it to an external antenna and extending its range, one can communicate with people all across the planet. At night, the planet’s electromagnetic field gets closer to the surface, allowing you to listen to ever more. It’s as if the very Earth was made for this purpose. 

Look at televisions>

You are hardly a fan of TV, but television receivers are good for more than watching whatever trash is on these days. The monitors, although currently off, are useful for capturing broadcasts; things that, although many people cannot see, you can, and must.

Look at your drawers>

Although what is inside your drawers is important, it isn’t important right now. After all, even if it was more important than your hunt, you would need to unlock it first. 

Examine your desktop>

Your desktop is cluttered. You used to have all of your files sorted neatly, but much like the notes on your wall the sheer volume of important information has necessitated a certain amount of disarray. FILES of all kinds are strewn about, mostly of images and short notepad notes.

Look at your files>

You peruse a number of the files present on your desktop, sifting through images. Most are photos you have gathered from less than savory sources, deep within the underbelly of the Web. They can be gruesome, but carry valuable intel. 

You likewise skim through short notes you have left yourself or copied from others. It can be hard to be sure if what your contacts say is true, but what you have verified so far seems to align. After all, would a servant of God lie to you?

You double-click your instant messenger application, and after a short boot-up sequence it opens, displaying your chat history and various CONTACTS. Your BLOCKLIST is also available to the side.

You have several friends on this messenger, and all are valuable people you have met online, in the dark web. These people share your vision, and understand what it is you are searching for. They have provided you with a fair share of information to help you along your way. They are invaluable resources.

You would rather not. After all, you blocked them for a reason. And to think they claimed to be your friends and family, after denying the virtuosity of your mission, and the undeniability of the truth!

You sift through your tabs, reminding yourself where you were last. You see dozens of dark web sites with shady, impossible-to-remember URLs, most likely all made by individual people, some of whom you were lucky enough to make contact with. The sites are poorly made, with only the most rudimentary of HTML knowledge powering them. You don’t judge, however. The poorly-constructed nature of these websites only serves to show the dedication people have to their shared purpose, such that they sought to spread the word even without the means to do so properly. You can’t help but smile. As you finish sifting through the dozens of webpages you have open, the FINAL ONE catches your eye.

This website is one you found upon recommendation of a contact in your instant messenger. It contains the first-person accounts of someone much like yourself, digging through the invisible world for inklings of something greater. They call themselves SiderealPeon. You scan through the website, an eye-melting blend of neon blue text on a black background through their latest post.

“Eden is real. It took me months to verify, but I finally found it today. The page is locked, though. It may be possible to access it, but at the moment I lack the tools. It isn’t my place to say where to find it, but if you’re worthy then I’m sure you can solve the puzzle too. All I can say is that the key lies in Genesis.”

At that very moment, a light tone plays and one of your tabs flashes. It would seem one of your friends has left you a message.

Problem with saltdom, whoever they salting or staning, is at their mindset to project their own insecurity or issue to the character they stanning. Like for the toxic mari Stan it's clear that they don't see problem from Mari view but from their own view. "Oh look Ayla isn't believing on mari what kind of friends is that??' or "how dare he told Mari to do high road, bully need to be fight back!" And while we as normal audience can see that Mari is FINE and Adrien advice is WORKED they don't want to care about it, they only care for the feeling they project into mari the hurt and betrayal...even though there's none of that.

I rarely see Mari salters though because most of the time I see Mari salt it's mostly centered on a little complain of what she did that even Tikki already called Mari out in universe, her pushing chat away in s4, call her a stalker or groupies, her throwing chat to the bin, etc. All in all most of the salt is pretty reasonable, none of that demonize her. I never even see people or blog dedicating themselves to list out Mari Stan blog to block or entire section of story being created in responses to what Mari did to Alya or adrien.

As much as it's good to have less salt it's also scream a dual standard. Like "Mari tell Alya her identity is fine she need it" but when Ayla tell Nino it's "instant betrayal, she doesn't desever her miraculous!!" And it's shown their bias and everything.

Yep, pretty much. And to some extent, I get the whole "looking at it from your own outside point of view, not considering how the character themselves view the situation" approach. That is normal and fine... to an extent. It's when it gets into endless revenge fantasies and the actual concept of what happened gets distorted and lost, that it goes beyond any sense of reason or sanity. And yeah most of it seems to be feeding this sense of betrayal and persecution, while ignoring the actual circumstances in the show.

I've noticed the difference between Marinette salt and Alya/Adrien salt, yeah. Marinette gets salt, no doubt, but it's usually people complaining about stuff that actually happened in the show at least, and IS mostly just complaints. And people aren't as dedicated towards their hate towards Marinette, in general. Like you said, there aren't entire sub-fandoms dedicated to revenge fics towards her - I've been reading through the ML AO3 page daily for years now, I can count on one hand the number of fics I've seen that portray her as a monster who deserves to purposely have suffering and harm inflicted on her - and I've never seen or even heard about people circulating blocklists for people who simply "like Marinette", unlike what's happened with Adrien (haven't heard about it happening with Alya, but it wouldn't surprise me).

And yeah, it's good overall that the salt is less nasty towards Marinette than it is towards Alya and Adrien, since that nastiness is awful regardless, but it does still rankle pretty badly, and builds resentment towards Marinette.

Let me clarify a few things:

I did not make the server out of hate. I was tired of posting about remrom on my blog and needed a better place to vent my feelings, both because I didn't want to have to defend myself from pro-shippers and because I know it made some people who follow me uncomfortable.

The server is not a place where we hate on pro-shippers. We use it to make blocklists and vent without bothering pro-shippers or people who don't want to see it. It's a positive space and the only negative stuff that's happened in it is because a pro-shipper purposely joined to "see if we were harassing people" (we weren't but they didn't leave even afterwards, I had to ban them).

It's a safe space for people to vent, mostly, so it's really upsetting to see people upset about it's existence. You complain about antis harassing pro-shippers, then when I make a place for them to express those negative feelings without hurting anyone, you criticize and make fun of it.

I don't like anyone getting harassed regardless of their stance on things, but I definitely don't want anyone being harassed over a ship.

However, you've got to understand why it's upsetting to hear that people are upset that this server exists.

Please understand that I didn't make a server to make fun of you, I made a server for people to vent and make blocklists.

—How I Run My Blog!

since literally EVERYONE is doing this, I’m gonna do it too.

Speed It depends on my mood! I’d say I’m a pretty quick roleplayer, usually with in say 2-4 days ( or within the very same day if I’m on a roll ) of a reply but sometimes I forget or I’m not feeling too good and then I feel bad. Of course I know I literally cannot be on tumblr 24/7 or sometimes don’t have muse but y’know.

I do it all. One liners, multi para, novella! And it’s totally alright if I write A Big Thing and my partner’s reply as shorter. As long as I have enough to work with, it’s not a problem in the slightest. I usually write crack, action, fluff and angst. I don’t touch smut ever. I am a legal adult, yeah, but that kinda crud is nasty to me and I never wanna have it in a thread.

I only format w/ small text and ocassional bold & italics. I don’t make my text extra tiny and whatever else aesthetic stuff people use. I get it, it looks nice, and I’m not gonna hate on your blog’s aesthetics  but that can do some eyestrain. I don’t want people to get migraines or have to get extensions to read what I’ve slapped on the table, because roleplaying is ALL ABOUT reading.

How to???? No seriously, how???? I do post starter calls but I have a hard time setting scenes. I mean, I still post starters and I assume they work fine for most people but I always worry if what I’ve thrown out there makes no sense.  I can imagine two characters getting along and whatnot, but WHY would they meet? The Blocklist: A essay (this is very long)

I know everyones sick of it at this point but I got shit to say so feel free to not read this absolute unit of a poorly written essay. The jjbablocklist divided their list into two different list now. One for creators and one for consumers/rebloggers and I cannot stress enough about how dumb that is since it shouldve been done since the beggining. Also, following alot of these artist and “consumers” of these medias, I noticed some of them are falsely accused, others while being minors. here’s why:

1. A lot of teens and young adults in the community like ships like GioMis, FuMis, NaraGio, MisTrish and plenty more and I know your singular shared braincell cannot handle the idea of 2-3 year age gaps not being pedophilia, but uh, newsflash for ya, THEY AINT. Legally, it is not a crime and that in america where the age of consent is 18, not in Italy where its 15 and not in Japan where its even less. Under the general United States Law, which is where I assume the list makers/defenders are mostly from, these ships are not classified as pedophilia or should be problematic and the ages of consent change to lower ages depending on state. The only way you can add these shippers for their “crimes” is if they promoted or created the interactions of these characters in a sexual or intimate manner whether they are aged up or not, which is still wack if their age is above that of the age of consent in writing/art and the fact that minors, in this case teenagers with the VA cast, are allowed to express themselves with people of their own age group in a sexual manner, real life kids do it all the time amongst themselves so why shouldnt people be able to create it, the whole ordeal is ridiculous imo BUT I can see how it makes a lot of people uncomfortable, a lot of it makes me uncomfortable too so we gotta make compromises somehow so absolutely no lewding the mafia lolis/ jojo lolis in general and if you do, tag it properly so it doesnt spread onto the basic hastags of characters and the show. If you dont you on the list.

2. Claim genderswapping/r63 is transphobic all you want but until I see clear and definitive proof of it being purposely made for that purpose then it’s absolutely ok. If someone makes it to offend someone then its wrong and they should be called out for it (which has never been the case in this fanbase as far as I cant tell) It’s creative, it allows people create new desings for characters or adjust current ones for cosplayers or other artist. Im sure one of your mods can relate, since the do the exact same thing as we do while not addressing a certaint character properly by their canon pronouns. Genderbending does not promote the attack or harrasement of the trans community and that is a fact unless its done by actual problematic artist like Sh*dbase and others, which is still a stretch because I dont think they’ve done it to target people or make fun of them but they are the popular problem icons. So get the actual transphobes on the list, aka those who created the content specifically to harras a specific person, or remove the catergory entirely. Its unnecessary and hypocritical.

Tumblr is infamously known to be a shitshow of a site where all you can find is problematic content. If you dont like this kind of content, why the hell are you here in the first place? There’s a lot of safer websites to use where like instagram, twitter, amino, facebook, and more. They have actual filters unlike tumblr and finding content you dont like is a lot harder unless you are purposefully looking for it, and even then it could be a challenge due to shadow bans or privatized accounts. Tumblr has none of that, everyone knows it, all of those who dont like it try to stay away from it or use it very scarcely. Why do you think that most of these “problematic” artist/creators/consumers are here? Tumblr has always been its own weird realm, trying to make it anything else goes against what it stand for.

You’re crimes make are literal nonsense sometimes because you include such obvious personal attacks like “Made a literal essay defending GioMis” and “All kinds of awful stuff” as crimes. You added a few account because they message you about how ridiculous the whole ordeal is and you take to findind the slightest bit of “evidence” that can aid you into making them look bad. Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure is a wonderful and yet problematic series, guess who’s fault it is... its Araki’s. Created a hilarious nazi character, nah its the fanbases fault for roleplaying such a funny character. Pedophilia and rape represented in Jojo and not treated seriously, nah its the fandoms fault for romanticizing it. Homophobia as character traits and degradation of women in Jojo, pfft nah f a n d o m s f a u l t for painting such “false” representations of the characters. Ah, but yall wont drop Jojo cuz that kid your trying to control media for wont drop it either. It is not your responsibility to create a childproof community when the show already has heavy themes. Its their caretakers/parents or the childs own responsibility.

I despise the argument “well Jojo is a 17+ only show so no kids allowed!” you might be right, but has that really ever stopped kids from doing anything?? It does the opposite, it creates a sense of overwhelming curiosity which leads to venturing unkown territory which they may or may not end up enjoying. The problem lies wether young teens are mature enough to watch it or not and judging by this whole fiasco, alot of the people, teens and adults, involved are not.

a critique of lesbian discourse from a nonbinary perspective

(saw something that upset me enough to want to get my opinion out there, so here i am, turning to my tum blur dot com poe eh tree blog to engage in lgbt discourse. happy pride)

I am an agender person designated male at birth. I consider myself pansexual with asexual characteristics, but historically, I have mostly been romantically involved with people who could be painted broadly as transfeminine. Because of this, binarism that tries to divide me from the lesbian community has always stuck out to me more. I hope to illustrate to people who will keep an open mind how the dismissal of individuals identifying themselves as bi lesbians is rooted in binarism.

This carrd seems like the most comprehensive and mainstream formulation of the argument I could find, so I'll go down it point by point. Before diving in, though, I want to point out that the author, an asexual and nonbinary dfab lesbian, feels so strongly about this issue that they operate a blocklist of people who identify as bisexual lesbians on Twitter. Bear the fact that people feel strongly enough about the issue to draw lines in the sand through the community in mind, as we dissect the causes, effects, and purposes of this issue's hot button status.

tl;dr: There is no antagonistic conflict of interest between bisexual women and lesbian women.

"Lesbian is not an umbrella term." It's not surprising to me that the carrd opens like this, since the entire argument requires this prior, but the formulation here is actually very weak and even concedes things that weaken it further. "These simplifications of people's sexuality were grown out of as queer people started to create labels and spaces that more accurately described them." Buckle up, because most of the rest of this post rests on this very loaded throwaway sentence. This is a simplification of the truth and overlooks some pretty unfortunate history. The fact of the matter is that bisexual and asexual people were included in the discourse of the gay rights movement from the very beginning. The Asexual Manifesto was written in 1972, and Donny the Punk, founder of the first LGBT student movement, identified as bisexual (recorded in writing earliest in 1972- incidentally, when he discusses his break with elements of the gay liberation movement, due to his treatment after falling in love with a woman in 1970). Therefore, the argument that people simply used weak terminology like "homophile" in the early days because there was not more specific terminology available to people lacks something. The cruder truth is that it was all people needed for compatibility, to go to gay hookup spots, make friends, have sex, and maybe find a long term relationship. Bisexual, transgender, intersex, asexual, and further subcommunities arose with the rise of gay identity politics, and conflicts of interest within it. Who would these conflicts of interest be revised out of our community's history? The answer is simple and unfortunate- sexism. Donny was far from the only individual met with the sentiment that he was a gender traitor- lesbian separatism, an unfortunate reaction to real issues the early gay movement had with representing lesbians, swept through lesbian spaces in the 70s, devastating bisexual and transgender women and bolstering the nascent bisexual and transgender movements. By the end of the decade, TERF queen Janice Raymonds included "testimony" from other bigots against two named trans women existing peacefully in lesbian spaces, in her hate screed The Transsexual Empire, quoting another TERF's writing as saying "I feel raped when Olivia passes off Sandy ... as a real woman." This is an obvious appropriation of the language of personal rights to justify bigotry, judgment, hate, and exclusion. All manner of feminists and lesbians have attempted to whitewash the darker sentiments of this period by dismissing the proponents of radical, genocidal propositions like Valerie Solanas' SCUM Manifesto as "just venting" or "fringe lunatics". (To not get too into it, Solanas went back and forth on whether or not her work was satire, in a manner I find eerily similar to what reactionaries do when they put 'this account is satire' on their Twitters.) This is easy to prove incorrect; non-buzzword, actual, political misandry had reached the highest levels of feminist leadership and academia. Observe what one of the first professors of women's studies in the world, Sally Miller Gearhart, had to say on "the male question": I) Every culture must begin to affirm a female future. "The future is female" is a phrase that has been effectively neutralized and recuperated by less radical elements, which I am all for. It is vague enough to work to better ends than the next two points by itself. II) Species responsibility must be returned to women in every culture. Here it becomes more clear that, in the minds of many prominent feminists of the 1970s, women would have to be supreme over men. There isn't much of another way to interpret the statement that women must bear all responsibility for humanity. III) The proportion of men must be reduced to and maintained at approximately 10% of the human race. How would this be done? The only answer is eugenics through selective abortion imposed by the state, and genocide. Clearly, even from just a perspective of women's rights, this is inadmissible to anyone who is genuinely pro-choice on the

subject of women's bodies, even though this is not a situation we usually think of. The very suggestion of this is fascistic. Make no mistake that the modern sentiment against bi lesbians is not rooted in the same fascist gender essentialism. One denies that "benign" anti-bisexual and anti-transgender sentiments still predominate in lesbian and gay communities at your own risk. Not only are you speaking over the lived experiences of people like me, you are speaking against the statistics. Not only do incredible majorities of 88.5% of gay men and 71% of lesbian women, compared to 48% of bisexual and similar people, still exclude trans people from romantic and sexual considerations due to the subliminal sexism they learn from both mainstream society and their LGBT communities, but surveys show that gay men and lesbian women respectively distrust bisexual men and bisexual women's attraction to them and affiliation with their communities. (Also widely*... couldn't resist pointing out the common eggcorn.) "Lesbian used to be the term that described all sapphics, but isn't anymore, and that's a positive thing. Having more specific labels has allowed for people's bisexuality and pansexuality to not be erased in common language, and was a step towards getting rid of the pressure for people attracted to multiple genders to 'pick a side'. The emergence of terms like 'bi/pan lesbian' and 'bi/pan hetero' reinforces the notion of needing to 'pick a side', and obscures the common definitions of all the sexualities involved" This is that concession that I mentioned earlier. Credit where it's due, it's an elevation of the discourse to actually admit this when other people won't even do that. But it again ignores why these pressures exist, and incorrectly presupposes a demand for terminology that could be argued to be divisive without looking into why such a demand exists in reality. In a world without these terrible and stupid issues of sexism, people would simply say "I am both gay and straight" and everything would be dandy. Nobody has ever called themselves "bi/pan hetero" and I'm almost not even being hyperbolic. It's not an identity community. Proposing this just sets up the writer's argument that the terminology of "bi/pan lesbian" (and its more accurate parallel, "bi/pan mlm", which I have seen- putting aside my qualms with the limitations and binarism of xlx terminology even when the left operator is nb) divides the bi/pan community. This is the same logic battleaxe bisexuals who view the pansexual label as biphobic and attack people they see as bi (and yes, pan people are also bi by definition) use for their argument that the pansexual label divides bi people, when the only people that I see it "dividing" are the same people getting pissy about trifling points of queer theory that nobody else cares about for no proven reason. In real spaces, nobody tries to get bisexual people to line up on one wall and pansexual people to line up on the other. Pan people do not engage in biphobic discourse. The issue is empty; a non-issue. This it shares in common with the bi lesbian discourse, where the issues are not directly with the communities under fire, but instead vague, abstract, unsubstantiated and unfalsifiable notions of "omg you'll make the straights think [blank]!!" It seems like a theme where, even within LGBT, majorities attack their negations and accuse them of being divisive for asserting themselves and asking for some solidarity in return for the solidarity they provide in the community; you see this with asexual and trans people as well, but that's not what this post is about. Since the entire argument is built on this first point, I could honestly stop here, from a logical perspective. But people have strong emotional responses to the subsequent points, and without going through those, people will change "is not" to "ought not to be" and carry on.

"Making Distinct Spaces for Different Sexuality's Unique Experiences is Important." Around here is where the carrd really starts to resort to trying to twist truisms against their opponents, and on the briefest reflection this doesn't work. The idea that the term "bi lesbian" erases the distinction in between bi women and lesbian women seems to me to commit a category error by defining lesbian women as exclusively homosexual women and then pointing out the obvious truth that these women are distinct from bisexual women. The truth is, bisexual women and lesbian women are not categorically different in really any way other than their relationship to heterosexuality, a distinction easily expressed by- you guessed it- the label "bi lesbian". To reiterate and combine into earlier points: There is no antagonistic conflict of interest between bisexual women and lesbian women.

"Woman Aligned Nonbinary People are Included in Lesbian Attraction". Another truism. Let's move on to the single clause of the single sentence that contains the actual argument- "implying otherwise by wanting to separate that attraction into a new label is enbyphobic invalidating lesbian attraction" So, hi! As a woman aligned nonbinary person, I am here to tell you that this is not correct! I think this is a lot easier for dfab nonbinary people and dmab binary trans women to say than is it for dmab nonbinary people like myself to say. When your identity is as arcane as "I am not a woman but I identify with women because I am of a marginalized neutral gender", a lot more people decide not to take you seriously. If you take out the bolded words, this statement becomes correct, so we're going to focus on them. The only people saying anything about non-binary people not being included in lesbianism by default are the antis and the radfems they unwittingly serve, who actually do believe that point and see it as a good thing. But unfortunately, as a dmab nonbinary person who does not get sorted as a woman under binarism, my experience has been that I am already excluded from lesbianism in practice. If you get sorted as a woman under binarism, good for you! But to say that all lesbians do is obviously incorrect, when you consider all the budding trans women who still have beards and face largely similar issues in the lesbian community. To say that this state of affairs is fine is harmful to trans people; to say that this is different from what people like me face is arbitrary, and arguably binarist. Sapphism needs to look deeper than the surface and accept a foundation built on ties of solidarity and identity with no tests of purity.

"Having a Lean or Strong Prefrence Does Not Make You Any Less Bisexual". (Preference*, firstly.) I am not sure what this truism is doing here. Even many bi lesbians would agree that preferring other women is not what makes them lesbians, their membership in the lesbian community is what makes them lesbians. Refer to the above point; each community should be built on nothing more than solidarity and identity.

"Lesbians Don't Have Attraction to Men or Men-Aligned Nonbinary People, Even When on the Split Attraction Model". Here it is, the Big Chungus of arguments in the bi lesbian discourse. This is one that is seen often that people feel very strongly about, and probably the most contentious, since the implication that bi lesbians facilitate abuse of lesbians seems to motivate how a lot of people feel on the subject. Who has the power here? The insinuation that bi women have more privilege than lesbians is silly and biphobic. Clearly, it's the abusive men who have all the power in this arrangement. So how is the presence or absence of bi lesbians going to change what abusive men, who don't believe in sexual orientation, let alone care about it, decide to do? It can only change the excuses they use, which are chosen at convenience. This is a trick that patriarchy has played on us to get us to attack each-other instead of the enemy. For such a common and spicy point of rhetoric, I'm surprised I didn't write more against it here, but I really feel that the argument against it is that simple. I'll add a personal note here, and say that the dismissal of the divergent opinions of people sorted as males under binarism, alleging that we're "rapey" and want to appropriate things that aren't ours rather than participate in solidarity, is incredibly harmful to those of us who happen to be lesbians, even by the strictest trans-inclusive definition.

"Trans Women are Women". Truism. This is by far the weakest point. Nobody is advancing "bi lesbian" as a trans-inclusive label, though as I said above, it's a statistical fact that bisexual people are much more trans-positive than homosexual people, and therefore, as a transgender person, I tend to feel more welcomed around them. Of course, that's not a categorical distinction, but an unfortunate tendency.

"A Lesbian isn't Less of a Lesbian for Previously Dating Men". Truism. This is a stronger point, but only because it is closer to real rhetoric supporting the idea that bi lesbians are "real". Bisexual women will answer the question of "would you be open to dating a man again?" in the affirmative, and homosexual women will answer in the negative. Some members of the lesbian community do not completely rule out the prospect of dating men, even though it is not something they currently pursue.

The above are the reasons why the community should not fall into the bi lesbian discourse, and the refutations to its arguments. In order to be in full solidarity with fringe members of our sub-communities against bigotry, we must not fall into needless categorical division of groups when our interests are the same. There is no antagonistic conflict of interest between bisexual women and lesbian women.

Fiction doesn’t exist in a vacuum. If pedophilia is bad in real life, it’s just as bad in fiction. Also, maybe you should take your own advice when it comes to this blog: if you don’t like it, block us. At this point we’re mostly focusing on our blocklist and not calling out blogs because you’re right, it doesn’t really help.

Wouldn't it help if you asked for unblocking via mutual mutual? I blocked some Larries last year I went into fight about Freddie and one of them stopped tinhatting later and we have mutual friend and they asked her to ask me if I could unblock them since I make edits they wanted to reblog and I unblocked them.

I mean sure, like I could ask a mutual friend to ask them about me...

But I’m uncomfortable with putting my friends in the position to go talk to their friends about me. Like... It just feels like getting someone else involved in something that doesn’t involve them and that feels really rude and presumptuous of me. 

Furthermore, that doesn’t address the actual issues of the overuse of the block feature that tumblr culture has.

Personally, I go through my blocklist every few weeks to make sure that people who are blocked need to be blocked. I’ve unblocked a lot of ex larries I blocked when they were larries that way. I just mostly unblock everyone I ever block after a few weeks because the immediate threat to me is over... which I personally think is the most responsible way to handle using the block feature for fandom purposes.

But I mean like I’ve said... the overuse of block and the way people are so uncritical of it, the way people get blocked on tumblr frequently without ever speaking to each other... Like that’s unhealthy and it’s scary because it’s unregulated censorship based on fear-mongering. And sending a mutual mutual to talk to someone on your behalf doesn’t change that.
