My plan rn is to just avoid food as long as I can without thinking about it, because when I track how long ive fasted it make me want to eat more

When I can't fast anymore, I'll have a small 500 calorie meal then avoid food as long as possible again

I'm also going to start walking to the store and back everyday or every other day, getting an ultra monster to reward myself
