📖 (Sol the purple blood who Still Hates Clowns TM)

((It's a misconception that every purpleblood is part of the subjuggulator. Oh sure they overwhelmingly are, but it's not as if you're born with the face paint on. Someone or something has to start the indoctrination, and while it almost always succeeds with all the societal pressure behind it that doesn't make it automatic.

A purple Sollux, somehow still having to put up with voices in his head, goes unconvinced to even do it just for appearances sake. As a yellow this lack of social climbing was ordinary and acceptable for a battery-to-be. As technically nobility and one with devastating capacity for chucklevoodoos it is a consternation for the cult, stuck between wasting such a potent resource down the line or just culling him to save face on the apparent dissidence. If he were more of a public figure instead of a recluse it might have been an easier decision.

At least he still seems to go through copious amounts of Moon Mist, maybe they can work with that. The deliverytrolls and packaging always proselytizing))
