美味しいものを食べる幸せ

昨日の夜は少しだけ仕事をして、その���池袋のいつものところへ♪ 美味しいものが食べられるからいつも最高の気分。 右はとりわさ、左は牛すき丼、とりわさは美味しいのはもちろんのこと懐かしさもあってエモいし、牛すき丼は美味しすぎた！ さらに美味しいもの♪ マンドゥ、これもまためっちゃ美味しくて、手作りのタレがこれに合いすぎた、美味しすぎた！ 昨夜はDa-iCE？のスターマインという曲をサビしか知らない状態から二人でカラオケDAMのAI採点で90点以上を狙うという突発的なチャレンジが発生して、2〜3時間かかったけどなんとか90点以上出せた、二人で90点以上出せたのは正直すごいことだと感じるし、スッキリ達成感があってめっちゃ楽しかった！ また突発的に課題曲が発生するかもしれないから常にワクワクですね。笑 そんな感じ♪ JAMた！(じゃむた！)@ドラム好き → @jamta_love

3連休の最終日。「うだつの上がる町並み」として歴史的家屋が残る美濃市へ行ってきた。

福井北ICから九頭竜ICまで開通している中部縦貫自動車道を利用し、158号線に入り岐阜県白鳥（sirotori）町へ。

国道沿いでは、令和8年供用予定の九頭竜ICから油坂出入口までの複数の工事現場が、祝日にも関わらず作業中であった。ここが供用されると岐阜の方の自動車道と繋がり、より一層便利になる。福井区間は無料で利用できるのもいい。

白鳥から国道156号線で山間の道を目的地の美濃市へ向かった。

天気は曇天で傘の心配はなかったが、蒸し暑さには参った。帰りに郡上市美並町にある「日本まん真ん中温泉 子宝の湯」で、汗を流し、郡上八幡で遅めの昼食をいただき、帰路に就いた。

生きる手ごたえかぁ、だらだら生きてますわ。

・だらだらと、ただただただ、だらだらと。

変われないよ自分は、このままだよ。

沢山本屋さんに訪れて、楽しい本と、その本屋さんの雰囲気と、日常を楽しみたいと思った本でした。沢山本を読みたいと思います。

Read the old AMA from the "Yakuza localization pros" recently and thought Scott Strichart's comments about localization were interesting -- that the localization team "strives to find the perfect balance between authenticity and clarity" after being given the direct translation of every line in particular. A one-to-one translation is always going to lack so much in terms of nuance and style. One criticism I've seen for various plot beats etc has been "that isn't what the character said in Japanese," as though the localization team was coming in to impose their personal interpretation of the games onto the unsuspecting English-language audience, so it was also good to see Strichart mention that the team confers with the writers for "confirmation on anything we're even lightly confused about." From that, it seems fair to say that even when a line of dialogue deviates in word choice it still carries the same overall meaning and intent.

However, none of this assuages my distress from going to the Yakuza 0 "game movie" in Japanese in order to figure out exactly what Nishitani was saying that corresponded to his "blood chub" line when he first meets Majima and finding out it was boring.
