The last few minutes of The Legend of Korra are so emotional but at the same time they're so funny when you remember them and what you thought was gonna happen and how you

Like, at first you got Korra, Mako and Wu talking. Wu leaves and Mako and Korra are left alone and part of you is like, is this it? Really? It ends with Makorra again? But Mako just tells her that he'll always have her back and Korra smiling and they end that scene and you're like. Oh, so no Makorra ending. I had it wrong

Then they show her talking to Tenzin and you're like. Oh, so it ends with Tenzin and Korra. Yeah, it makes sense, Korra and her mentor.

And when you think it's gonna end like that and not with a romantic ending, you end up being wrong again. There is a romantic ending. Because Asami comes in with a steel-chair--

Like it's hilarious when you watch it again a few years later. Just as emotional though with the music, most of all with that bit of the OG Avatar's Love (Aang and Katara's ending theme) motif. But yeah also hilarious.
