中國有很多我們可以學習與思考的地方 這點再重新討論台灣的經濟發展與文化法治面時都適用

看這篇有點在看台北當時的中正橋引導工程的放大感 或者前幾年長沙十來天蓋好一棟大廈的特別版 其中的前期規劃到執行、問題發現、問題改善其實都值得很多職務的朋友一起來做討論與思考
