眠りの気持ちよさ

睡眠といえば質と時間が重要な要素だろう。

それに加えて気持ちよさという要素があるのではないか。

私は基本的に眠ることが好きだが、

昼寝は「絶対にすぐ寝たい」と思うのに対して

夜は「眠くても今寝るのはもったいない」という気持ちになる。

眠さがそもそも違うのかもしれないが

すぐに寝たい時と、寝たくない時があり

その二つの状態から眠った場合を比較すると

気持ちよさ

の差があるような気がする。

自分のリズムに合った睡眠は気持ちよく

リズムに合っていないと満足感が減る…

のではないだろうか。

結果として、睡眠リズムが一定化していく…

のかも。

Ahhhh okok, so a paranoid reader, perfect i wanted to write this

Title: Best take my own advice

You don't know what to do, the constant terrifying rounds, nightmares, your own thoughts, everything. You don't even trust yourself anymore.

What to do? You're not sure yourself, why must this happen to you? Why can't you die peacfully without getting sent here? Why can't you be free? Why must you suffer? Why why WHY? You're stuck with those thought, you can't escape.

You don't trust the survivors either, always scuring past them and avoiding eye contact even for just a milesecond. What will they do?. You were an outcast like 007n7, except they always try to find ways to make you open up... You just don't.

It's a huge problem for them since of course they need teamwork and your ability is very useful to them, but the problem is that you keep bottling up your problems and causing problems for yourself and the others.

They tried everything, giving heals, putting food at your doorstep, welcoming nice gestures, anything. But nothing could cause you open up, and they were starting to give up.

But builderman had other ideas.

It was slow at first, like offering bloxy colas or so. You looked at him werid before taking them, you didn't know why he was being this nice to you.

Then he offered small pep talks at the lobby. Knowing you would refuse, he ask once per week. Eventually, you did talk to his, even if its for a few minutes.

You were in a round where you got his by 1x's projetiles, Builderman had quickly carried you to a safe place while Two Time is getting their body teared down (srry two time fan ^^)

Blood gushing out your leg while builderman quickly build a dispenser to heal, and oh so gradually, you saw his kindness; he wasn't those mean people who act kind to you just for attention, he isn't those people who would use you, he isn't like those bullies who would toss you away like a used doll.

A gun shot, probably from Chance. You heard his screams as you slowly gaind your health back. Cuiroused, you went to look. Your face twisted with horrified expression as you saw his body parts splatterd across the map, blood everywhere.

"Stay here," Builderman spoke while reasurring you, he was surpirsingly very gentle despite probably still being a CEO of roblox "Stay here and heal, I don't want you getting killed"

You nodded as you watch him ran, you looked at the timer as it been extended for one minute. You silently pray that you won't get killed despite being here for so long.

The round finally ended, you and the other has been sent back into the lobby. A relief washed over to you as you walked towards Builderman.

"Thank you..." you spoke silently, thanking him before walking away. He looked at you, a smile forming in his face as you walked back into your cabin. He'll try and find more ways to make

タルコフスキーの映画ではいつも水がゆっくりと流れ、 水面を反射した光が波紋となってゆらゆらと揺れています。 その様は心地よく、ついうとうととしてしまいます。 ワンシーンだけでなく、全編波紋でも良いのではと思い、 波紋だけの動画を作ろうと思い立ったのですが、 どこへ行けば波紋が見られるのかわかりません。 ネットで調べてみてもこれはという場所がヒットしないのです。 波紋を見にわざわざ出かける酔狂な人などいないのでしょう。 ですが、願いはかなうものですね。 たまたま別件で出かけた場所で、見事な波紋の数々が揺れていました。 見つめていると、やはり眠くなります。 この映像と音で、あなたもうつらうつらしてください。

In Tarkovsky's films, water always flows slowly, and the light reflected off the surface of the water creates ripples and shimmers. It is so comfortable that I doze off. I thought it would be nice to have not only one scene but the whole movie with ripples, so I decided to make a movie with only ripples, but I don't know where to go to see ripples. I looked on the Internet, but could not find any good places to see ripples. I guess no one goes out to see ripples. But my wish was granted. I happened to go to a different place where I saw many beautiful ripples swaying. Staring at them made me sleepy. You will also be put to sleep by these images and sounds.
