Note: They usually say “엄마의손맛” to mean food made with a mother’s touch or taste made by mother’s hands. He took the “손맛” and added “금재” which means gold. 

Edit: Based from people receiving “Min Joonki’s” business card in their old restaurant.... his hyung changed his name to “Geumjae”. Thanks, anon! :D
