I know this is a long post but bear with me.

I found out I was ace at 14, and once I accepted it I came up with this metaphor, I called it “Dragon Wings”. Here what I wrote about it at the time:

I have dragon wings.

Everyone around me (I think) has bird wings, like angels, with feathers.

You are meant to grow feathers as you get older. I didn't think I was old enough yet.

People can have different kinds of feathers in their wings, the more common kind, a slightly rarer kind, or another all together. You only find out what kind of feathers you have once you grow them. Most people need their feathers to fly.

In school we learnt about different types of feathers, and how you have to accept people’s feathers. How some people are born with wings that don’t belong to them, how that can be fixed.

People with rare kinds of feathers tend to band together at school, inseparable. Some people in the world think that only one kind of feathers is right. I don’t see why, everyone can fly and it doesn’t hurt you if they use wings that look different to yours.

But I have dragon wings.

I always thought I would grow feathers, even though I can’t imagine my wings looking different and I don’t really want to. People can be a bit annoying about their feathers, they can see things in other people that I can’t see or understand. Everyone in books grows feathers, and they end their stories flying. Feathers can hurt you though, really bad, but people need them to fly so we love them anyway.

Most people anyhow.

But that’s ok, I don’t care. I can fly anyway, high and fast and free. I was afraid that if I did grow feathers I would fly different, I love how I fly.

I thought that I was the only one with dragon wings, I didn’t mind, but I wasn’t sure if it existed. If there were words for dragon wings.

But once I tried to put it into words, I began to read. I read that other people have dragon wings too, that people feel similar to me about their wings. How they are just as powerful as bird wings, just different. I’m relieved, I really didn’t want my wings to change, I’m glad they don’t have to. No one should have to change their wings, or feel ashamed of their feathers. People should fly with the wings they love, with the feathers they have.

Ever since then I’ve referred to myself as “Dragon Wings”, mainly in my head.

“Feathers” can be sexual attraction, romantic attraction, or a combination of the two. It’s my fault that they’re kind of lumped together here, I didn’t know about aromantic as a label at the time. But it can mean whatever you need it to.

Love you guys, remember, we have dragon wings.

NEW REBOOT DESIGN!!!: YUGURE

LORE AHEAD!!!! (Please look at Yoake’s lore before continuing it because I promise it would make more sense that way)

Like Yoake, Yugure was also raised in a cultist family, him and Yoake used to get along when they were younger until they got a bit older and their mother became more abusive, Yoake thought her mother loved yugure more than her but his mother actually abuses him way more often than Yoake thinks so.

Yugure would usually get hit/cut/beaten and sometimes nearly killed if he didn’t do something right. Both of the twins adapted in two different ways.

Yoake became lifeless and cold and distant, always trying to figure out a way to escape her life meanwhile Yugure went insane and started acting just like his mother even if he hated it. At first Yugure felt uncomfortable with himself at first bit then realized his pain hurt less and forgot why he did it and just went berserk, he even took it out his pain on his own sister sometimes and would do the same his mother did to both of them.

Yugure eventually found out about suto and told the cult about it. His mother congratulated him and told him to execute Suto, Yugure had killed multiple people, he was in charge of executing captives if they ended up in that situation. He didn’t argue with his mother.

His mother told him and Yoake that Suto and Tsutsuji’s species were a threat to humans and would guide them to hell if they continue to exist. Yugure gaslighted himself into thinking that was true. Yoake tried believing it as well but she felt like it wasn’t just right. On the day Yugure was supposed to kill Suto he witnessed Yoake letting him free, Suto got away but Yugure managed to capture Yoake, he held her neck until she went unconscious.

Yoake was called a protester and a rebel to her own cult so her mother made a deal since they were blood related. That she had a week to survive from her brother. Yugure argued with her. He thought it was too far but only got hit hard in the head. He was forced to try to kill his own sister… Of course another cult member will be witnessing what happens so he can’t fake anything.

If you read Yoake’s story you know what happened next..

After torturing her for some days, Yugure thought Yoake was dying so that was the only reason he let her go, not because she killed Tsutsuji’s family. He actually tried not to break down but gaslighted himself into thinking she deserved it… later on his mother told him to find Yoake’s body or whatever remains but of course since yoake is in the mansion thats impossible.

Since Yugure lost the only person (yoake) he cared about he started breaking down more often his mother started abusing him way more often now to the point Yugure couldn’t bear to keep himself awake without feeling pain he even started harming himself… One night Yugure really messed up and ended up stabbing himself he almost black out until he met trickster… he later found out she knew where his sister was and he joined the mansion soon afterwards…..

I AM SO SORRY IF HIS LORE IS LONG LOL I MIGHT HAVE TO MAKE ANOTHER POST FOR THIS:,)

(Also he didn’t really get better at all, he actually went even more insane. He just became more of his mother but tried suppressing more often. The reason he hated tsutsuji because she looked too similar to Suto so he never really liked her. Since he uses Voodoo, he actually gave her nightmares (even sickness) by sneaking in charms in her room, torturing Tsutsuji even more. Yoake hated him ever since what he did and didnt even want to talk to him. Yugure pretended it didn’t matter but it did.)

I’ll talk about his feelings for the original members in another post im too tired :,)
