For me, I imagine Milton grew up in a wealthy household, so good penmanship was part of his education. It still holds that sleek, smooth penmanship he inherited when he was young, but through the years, Andrew has grown a bit lazy with it. With all of the responsibilities with his job (especially when it comes to Dutch van der Linde), the last thing he wants to do is sign paperwork. So, with his busy schedule, he divides his time into what's important to him. His signature and his sign-offs on documents aren't as important to him as scouting areas, tracking Dutch and his movements, and always being on his feet. As a result, Milton's handwriting tends to look more like chicken scratch over time. It's still readable, but he rushes through writing these days. Mostly, uppercase letters tend to be the easiest to read when it comes to his handwriting.

Small mobile headcanon but I feel like the gang robbing the bank of Saint Denis was the last straw for Milton. (I don't see his offers as genuine but a false sense of civility and that to paint himself as a "upstanding" citizen, just all for his pride and ego, he wanted to go against the violence and recklessness that was always tied to Dutch). Yes, he already gave them two chances already, but now they were in his city. His home. They took over his work environment once before when he was in Blackwater, and now they are in his home territory (whether the gang knew this or not), shaking what was labeled "modernized" about Saint Denis? Pinkerton man is furious.

Who is the most affectionate? Probably Simone? Milton isn’t non-affectionate, but I think with the standards for men at the time and wanting to keep a certain air to his authority, he usually doesn’t initiate affection unless in private.

Who initiates the handholding? Simone, but I can see times when they are on a stroll and Milton grabs her hand.

Who worries more for the other? Simone more, but I can also see Milton worrying about her. With Milton’s job and hunting for Dutch van der Linde, I can see where Simone would worry and Milton usually has an ego on him to where he thinks he’s basically untouchable from disaster despite the stuff he’s likely seen and heard about. But with Dutch, he is worried he may target Simone at some point with her part in the whole thing with Johann, but I think Simone would worry more. 

Who is more likely to ask for help? I’m not sure? Both of them strike me as independent people. Maybe Milton asks more towards Simone because of her connections and with Johann?

Who is the one always losing the keys? I’m not sure? Milton? Because he travels a lot?

Who leaves little love notes for the other? Simone, I can definitely see this happening.

Who can’t sleep unless the other is there? I think maybe both are affected? I don’t think Milton sleeps too well when traveling anyways, like in hotels and stuff because it’s not his bed, so maybe Milton.

Who is more likely to propose to the other? Milton, just with the expectations of the time period.

Who introduced the other to their family first? I’m not sure if Simone has a surviving family, but if Simone was to meet Milton’s family, it would likely be after the VDLG case. I imagined he took a bit of a break anyways after that in an alive au and he spent time with his sister and mother. I don’t think Milton would have as much time to visit family and arrange that in the events of rdr2 with such a high-profile case on his hands.

Who is more likely to play with the other’s hair? This is a guilty pleasure of Milton’s, so probably Simone.

Who makes sure the other has meals/stays hydrated? Both, I think? Milton tries to keep a balanced diet, but he does tend to drink more alcohol than water especially when he’s stressed, or he just doesn’t really eat). Milton looks after Simone’s well-being because of how his sister and mother were like growing up with checking in on him.

Who is more likely to stand up to anyone for the other? I would say both, but Milton more so.

Who is the most likely to prepare a surprise for the other? Simone, maybe? I can see her doing that after a busy week fro Milton, but I can see Milton arranging a secret dinner that he tells Simone the day of.

Who makes the other pinky promise not to do certain things? I’m not sure. Milton doesn’t believe in pinky promises, he just expects everyone to listen to his orders. Simone?

Who puts a blanket over the other when they fall asleep on the couch? Milton?

        To contrast the last post, Milton is my only muse that will never be a sub as much as Robert F will never be in a dom role. They just don’t fit in those categories and wouldn’t be able to get as much satisfaction as they do usually from s.ex.

       For Milton, unlike Lydia, he doesn’t feel like he needs a break from control. Milton likes to have a feeling of control in all aspects of his life, that extends to the bedroom. It helps him feel secure in his positioning as a high up Pinkerton Detective. If he doesn’t have that control, he doesn’t feel like himself. I would say his whole b.rat t.aming thing also comes into play here because he’s giving an impression of authority, but it helps his ego and confidence when he’s in control. (To some extent, Astrid also fits this category but she’s more flexible than Milton is regarding control. He’s a strong dom through and through).

       Andrew doesn’t smoke surprisingly! But yes some aftershave tho, but it shouldn’t be too strong? All Milton can really grow is a peachfuzz mustache lmao. You can smell smoke from him, but often it’s from being around Edgar, but not from himself smoking. Horse hair works! Or I always imagined he always had some cologne smell on him, sometimes blood, but mostly either cologne or alcohol is the strongest smell on him.
