youre really good at capturing people’s likeness, i still remember your ken art and being astounded at how much it looked like him. do you have any tips on how to stylize? what stands out to you when you look at someone’s face/what do you emphasize?

hiiiii, I don't think I'm good at capturing likeness at all.... you must understand that the Summer 2023 Ken Incident was an event of mass severe obsession. The only reason Talon is even fully present today is because I had to force myself to draw him after ignoring him for months, so that we wouldn't be sent into a Ken fueled cheye art extinction event and ice age.

Idk how I did it because I suck at likeness and even mixed around some of his features and it still kind of looked like him... which is how it's meant to be right but I'd never pulled it off before and idk how I did it...! so I don't really have any answer other than the usual "be obsessed with something" quip. bc it was obsession. I would not be able to capture anyone else's likeness I don't think.

If you cast Emily Blunt and Ryan Gosling as a couple, you know two of the most charming and funny working actors, you can't shift your focus to anything else. They had me giggling and kicking my feet.

I get they wanted to honor stun actors, which they totally deserve btw, but there were too many things happening at once.

The movie was fun but it was too convoluted. They should have committed to a rom-com or an action movie. It felt like they were doing too much, but again it's a David Litch movie why would I expect anything different than a mess

Granted that I had fun and I love that everybody got an action sequence to shine. I can't stop thinking about these characters.

I'll give it 3,5/5 because Ryan and Emily, Emily action sequence, Emily singing, Emily's wardrobe, just Emily Blunt.

She is so badass and funny.

And usually, as I finish a Emily Blunt movie I'm asking John Krasinki Can you fight?
