Aside from Alistair going and dying at the end of the game? :) No, not really. They're a very fluffy pairing up until /cough the dying thing; similar morals, considerate of feelings, fairly light-hearted and not afraid to be silly around each other. So there isn't really a lot of drama and no crying.
