brooke's   brows   furrowed   as   haley   was   trying   to   gesture   to   her   to   be   quiet,   hands   settling   on   her   hips.   who   did   haley   think   she   was   ?   bossing   her   around   ?   brooke   davis   didn't   take   orders   from   anybody.   “   why   are   we   being   quiet   ?   ”   she   asked,   tone   barely   above   a   whisper.   “   did   i   miss   something   ?   are   we   spying   on   someone   ?   ”

belly loved the beach, and despite winding up in this place without her own say so, she happened to love that it was along the water. it reminded her of cousins in a way that she was loathe to admit with everything she had just been through. but the sand and salt water air it was the place she was happiest. she had music playing from her phone and she looked up when she heard noise, "sorry, i didn't think anybody else was out here at this hour. i can turn my music down. or off totally, if it's bothering you."

∿ 𝅄 ˚ patience  was  not  something  nathan  had  ever  been  a  master  of  .  however  ,  he  was  doing  his  best  when  it  came  to  the  circumstances  he  was  being  faced  with  .  this  wasn't  something  he  felt  like  he  was  equipped  to  handle  .  he  felt  like  he  was  falling  apart  every  day  he  woke  up  there  ,  just  trying  to  make  sense  of  all  of  it  .  he  didn't  want  to  lose  his  family  ,  hence  his  determination  to  get  them  back  .  he  wasn't  going  to  give  up  ,  even  if  things  looked  bleak  .  he  was  trying  to  do  that  in  a  respectful  way  ,  though  .  by  not  pushing  too  hard  and  keeping  his  distance  as  best  as  he  could  .  he  didn't  want  to  drive  her  away  .  it  was  upsetting  ,  seeing  her  like  this  .  he  wished  he  knew  what  to  do  ,  but  he  was  at  a  loss  .  all  he  could  think  of  doing  was  continue  to  be  honest  and  hope  something  would  click  .  “  haley  ,  i'm  not  lying  to  you  when  i  tell  you  that  you're  my  wife  .  i  know  you  don't  remember  ,  but  it's  true  .  ”  his  story  had  remained  consistent  from  the  start  .  he  didn't  know  what  he  needed  to  do  to  get  her  to  understrand  or  remember  ,  but  he  was  going  to  figure  it  out  eventually  .
