I have only seen bits of the 2025 Brazilian non-replica, but in what I have seen so far, there are two Gelphie related heart-breaking additions/alterations:

The second half of Que Dia (Thank Goodness) still (mostly) takes place backstage as it did in 2023, but this time Glinda takes a broom and recreates the defying gravity duet choreography.

And it ends not with Elphaba walking away, but flying away behind Glinda while looking at her (until just before the lights go out).

Hopefully someone will share a full and clear recording at some point. Or just a better look at the songs. It looks fantastic, I would love to see more.
