I’ve been thinking about randomness a lot lately. Why we love to ignore or regret that much of what we see in life is random, why we tend to look for explanations, concepts, meanings and why there is no country for intuitive actions or for accidents. 

These photos are neither planned, nor expected, they are accidental - nothing in between. I have never edited them. Even though photos are random and images are not planned or edited - they follow time: if put together in a row, they create one, endless image, timeline. Photos are half-transparent and the whole image is visible only from distance; like most of things in life: one needs to take a step back to analyse the happenings. I am taking this step back to look at my art, which made a big turn last year when I started using photos in my installations.

And if I don’t remember much about being 13, then this is how I would love to remember 26.
