Why? Curiosity, she supposes. 

She has never witnessed an Ooman up close or let alone interacted with one, but there couldn't be any harm in just observing from a safe distance. With the cloak activated combined with her natural stealth, she was quiet as a shadow, jumping from tree to tree to follow closely from above. 

She knew this one would never make a worthy prey should she pursue it. It was tiny in stature, a harmless female, with a pale, squishy hide that didn't seem to offer any sort of protection against the elements and with that body mass, it wouldn't be able to run far from her before she catched it. 

Since it was carrying that many sticks onto its back, it might imply it did possess some commode of strength but not by much. Its way of walking was perplexing as well. That's not even mentioning the total lack of dreads, which were replaced by a ‘mane’ of sorts that blew in the wind, its colors a red bright as ‘fire’ that slowly faded into a ‘gold’ shimmer of sorts. 

These were supposed to be the dominant species of the planet? Unbelievable. Yet amusing in its own twisted way." (...)
