I checked yesterday, I also checked today, and none of my cc or even my account appear to have been compromised, although it could happen as simfileshare doesn't have 2-step verification 🥲 One thing that you can do, to keep yourself safe when you download any of my cc, is to check when I last updated the file:

The only file I uploaded recently was my reshade preset (April 14, 2025, 4:33 a.m.), I didn't post, or update, anything else during this month!

I could provide an alternate download link, but I don't really know what other website to use 😅 I don't want to use curseforge, I also don't want to charge people so patreon is off the table, google has security issues (you can see the email of the person that is sharing the file), nexus requires an account for people to download files, and I don't know what else is out there. Mediafire? Doesn't it have ads/pop ups or is that a thing of the past?

If you have any other suggestions, please let me know 😩 Right now I'm leaning more towards using google drive, even if it would make my email public. I have already shared files there, so I could use that same account.

Well that was stressful. So I went to search for a capcut older version cuz mine VERY RUDELY turned on auto updates (that wasn't even an option before) and updated on its own-- Only for me to find out that there's searches in my search history that I DID NOT search for at all. So I went to my gmail and changed my password, signed it out on all devices it's on. The searches continued. So I went to check out its 2-step verification, added More to it. It STILL CONTINUED so I got so stressed out Aly switched with me to figure it out. And now I'm back. And the searches are still a mystery unsolved.

I hate the fucking Sisyphean task of logging into accounts.

I try to log into an account that requires two step verification through email

I go to log into that email but it ALSO requires its own 2 step verification from another email account.

I go to log into the second email but it asks me to put in a captcha.

I get the pin, I've finally logged into the first email account. I had to enter a captcha for this one as well.

I finally have the pin to log into the original account. However, as I was doing everything else the pin number timed out.

It was a GIFT card aka someone handed it to me and said Happy Birthday. No I don't have proof that I legally bought it because someone else bought it for me.
