ここ最近（ここ数ヶ月）、自己愛と自己否定が強くてしんどいなって思ってたんやけど、なんでか今日、その理由というか、それについてちょっと判明した部分があるので、ストレス解消というか心情吐露も兼ねてここに吐き出そうと思う。

　昨日一昨日と彼氏に会ってたんやけど（そう、元キニピである）どことなく態度が冷たいような…と思ってたら、解散間際には何を話しかけてもほとんど返事が返ってこなくなって（リアル既読無視）うわ、癪に触ること言ったな私。やらかした（身に覚えあり）でも言わずにはいられなかったんだよ…私も私で限界だったんだよ…なるべく冷静に、落ち着いて話したのに。本当は「ねぇ！！もっと！！わかりやすく！！愛して！！私以外の女と飲みになんていかないで！！仕事とか知らんやん！！！彼女は私だけでしょ？？」とか言いたいところをグッと抑えて、落ち着いて気持ちだけを伝えたのに（改善してくれなんて言っていない。不安だな…って溢しただけ）その辺りから既読無視が増えたので今日一日中病んでたわけなんですよ。【嫌われた？いや、でも別れ際に次会う時は…とか言ってたし、私がその話題出す前にはさ、今年の冬にはみたいな話もしてたし、まさか、嫌われるなんてないよね】なんて超絶無意味な（なんの進展もない）脳内会議をしていたわけよ。そしたら今日の昼��めっっっっずらしく彼氏から連絡が来てて（職場は電波激悪なので連絡に気づいたのは終業後、すなわち終業終了までラインには気付かず無意味な脳内反省会開催中）体調どう？って聞かれたのね　まずまずだよみたいに返したらどうやら彼氏は昨日の夜がピークに体調が悪かったらしい。確かにしんどいとは言っていたけれど、自己否定の強い私はめんどくさい話をされて頭が痛い、やめろその話題みたいに言われているもんだと思ってたんですが、熱も出てるみたいでどうやら私の考えは思い違いだったみたい。ここまではまぁ前置きとして、

　私がびっくりしちゃったのは、昨日の夜がピークに体調が悪かった話を聞いた時、ホッとした自分がいたことです。私のこと嫌いになったから態度が冷たかったんじゃなくて、体調が優れなかったからだったんだ。って、だとしたらあれだな、体調悪い時にそんなだるい話題を出したのは失敗だな。って、彼氏の体調不良を聞いて真っ先に心配ではなく、安心してしまうこと、コミュニケーショの反省点を発見し、今後はこの点を留意して嫌われないように注意しなきゃと思ってしまう、自分の浅ましさと空虚さに悲しくなってしまった。それで気づいたの。ここ数ヶ月悩んでいた自己愛と自己否定は言い換えるならばプライドとネガティブなのではないか。と、自信がないから、自信のあるふりをする。自分自身を守るために、攻撃されないために、攻撃されたとき喰らってないフリをするために、でも根は暗いし、自分自身を愛せるようになったわけではないから、他者からの評価を全ての頼りにしてしまう。ずっと、元彼のこと軽蔑してたけどさ、自信家の元彼になんでそんなに自信があるの？って聞いた時、元彼も同じようなこと言ってたなって思い出してしまったんです。私、人のこと言える立場じゃないなって。恋人への不満や不安は結局は自分の足りないところを映し出す鏡とはよく言ったもので、一人でも満たされている女だったら彼の対応にも文句は一つも零さず笑顔でいられるんだろうな。自信のない私は不安になってしまうけど、と。他人は変えられない。彼氏であっても、旦那であっても。でも自分自身の認知の歪みは治すことができる、何事も認めることから始まるよね、きっと。
