Pokemon Sleep

S rank for the week. I knew that this week would be crazy hot and I I was going to have trouble sleeping so I sorta cheated. Tracking my sleep wasn't going to be really helpful since I knew it was just gonna be bad so I let my PoGo++ rest on my nightstand for a bit before putting it back on the bed.

Final Fantasy V

Just about at the end of my 3rd run. Trying to decide if I want to attempt the super bosses. I don't actually like the team composition that much (Dragoon, Mystic Knight, Black Mage, Red Mage) so I don't really want to.

The Land

Finished up the series. I think I enjoyed book 8 when I read it the first time but rereading it I found it was so boring.

Went to read other reviews on it and one resonated with me. It basically said this. They spent so much time building up to this huge battle. During/after the battle we get so many hints of boons for the village. And the main character gets thrown down a hole so we can't see any of the village growth. Instead, we literally get a whole chapter of diarrhea.

System Universe

Started reading a new series.

Seems pretty okay so far. The beginning was very much whiplash from reading the summary to reading the first chapter but it leveled out pretty quickly.

またまたキニピの話をします。

彼はアラフォーなのに今までピアスを開けたことも、髪を染めたことも無いそう。それを聞いた時私は心底びっくりした。私の周りにいた人間は皆、そう、皆と言い切れるほどに皆、髪を染め、色んなところにピアスを開け、なんならタトゥーを入れている人や耳の穴を拡張している人もちらほら。そんな中、一度もそんな行動をしたことがないという彼の発言に耳を疑いました。

　私なんて口下手でコミュ症で不平不満の全てを言い表す語彙力も表現力もないから、と、髪を脱色して、変な色を入れたり、ピアスの穴をたくさん開けて、学校に着けて行ったり、変な服を着ることで自己主張を社会への反抗心を露わにしてきたのに、そんなのしなくても生きて来れた彼を見ていると、なんだかコンプレックスを刺激された気持ちになる。でもその一方で、当時の自分では横に並ぶことすら許されなかった、いわゆる"正統派" "人気者"と呼ばれていたであろう人たちが　数年、十数年の時を経てて、型落ちしてこっちに落ちてきてくれるような、または私もそっちに遊びに行けるような、今の状況がとても楽しい。陽キャに劣等感を抱いて「ケッ、しょうもねぇ、大した信念もねぇくせに」って思ってた私にもやっと彼等から相手をしてもらえる番が回ってきたような気がして、大人になるのも案外楽しいなって思っている今日この頃。

【学生時代に恋愛が上手くいかないと（恋愛でコンプレックスを抱いてしまうと）高確率で成人期に人格を拗らせるので私が子供をこさえた時にはどんな大金と手間を注いででも、学生時代に爆モテする子に育ててあげたい。】
