Bloody Altars, Flowery Knives

Headcanons for Luce's and Ronin's wedding because I'm too tired to write a full fic and I want to post something and I love those sillies please god why are they so amazing...

Cws: idk some spoilers, mentions of murder, blood etc

The Place :

A flower field, one that would be filled with Luce's favourite flowers with bodies all around the place creating a whole circle around them. It'd be mix of their gory kills and sweet love (as sweet as love between two serial killers may be), but it could also be a symbol for Ronin and Luce as people. the blood and gore being his corruption and rebellion while the flowers would be Luce's femininity and light.

How it'd go :

The wedding would take place at night, when no one other than the people invited could witness the ceremony. it wouldn't be anything big compared to how people imagine weddings to be, just Luce and Ronin share vows while the rest of the server's members are gathered around them. They'd for sure spend most of the time in the flower field, dancing, singing, spending time together. It's a day meant for them and no one else, they'd do whatever they want to be happy.

(I have an art made by @sincerelyyourslilly and i'll use it :3 (Luce is a lil darker as showed on one of the previous arts I showed but this one is much older and I didn't have a proper skin tone ref then))

You see, you have to get a goooood fluffyyy blush brush for this, because we need to use only the gentlest of tools for such divine soft amazingggg skin ~ and the shape really lends itself to these circliessss round and round we gooo from the rim and down and contour alll the lovely curves in these pittiesss ~ gotta make sure get it alll mhmmmm gonna paint a portrait of your pittyyyyy. This is how you dust an armpit ~ round and round and back and forthhhh and ooh yes we teease we teeeease the pittttyyy ~ but that's not enough and I'm not talking about this but we have to get the feather out and do the detail work now. Trace that stifffff yet supple tip and I like to dive right into the center first. There's notttthing like a feather, is there? You get this rigid stem and then a little softness, and the artful curve. It realllyyyy works well on such divine pitties like yours. These are like, heavenly tickles, aren't they? We have to take all the proper care of such amazing armpitsssss ~

How do you find the courage to post your amazing arts?! I have an AU idea that's been clawing at my brain so hard but I don' think anyone would like it cuz it strays pretty far from canon and I don't even know if anyone would even like it... i think the key to it is to not focus on what others will think about it, focus on how it makes you feel and if drawing yoir srt and psotinf it makes you happy, then you shpuld. there will be people who enjoy it and will interact with it becwhse they like whay you make abd thats wjat you shpuld focus on. also all aus fuck okay ? tjey are all amaizng and are so interesting and creative and the point of an au is to be out ther and not close to canon at alll !!! do you like your au ? then boom draw it and post it and i just knkw other people woll like it too !! i hope you get tjat confidence you need to draw and psot your art because as long as you like it tjatd al yhat matyers 👍

Nori Needs a Burglar - SunnyRose - The Hobbit @sunnyrosewritesstuff (Bagginshield, this is so clever and Bilbo getting caught in shennanigans accidently is *chef'f kiss*)

Summary: In charge of distracting Bilbo from their party plans, Nori tells the hobbit about a problem they've been having in the treasury. Of course, Bilbo being Bilbo, he managed to stumble upon a conspiracy against the Crown.

Unbreakable - Fantasyinallforms - The Hobbit @fantasyinallforms (Bagginshield, ngl, im not usually fond of the sex pollen trope as a personal prefrence, but this one is done so well and its all about the feels, its wonderfuly written)

Summary: Bilbo and Thorin are captured coming back from a diplomatic mission to the elf king's halls. Their captures have no intention of killing the great Thorin Oakenshield outright; instead, they seek to break him and attempt to use Bilbo to do it.

Bruises on the Heart - thehufflepuffhobbit - The Hobbit (Bagginshield, oblivious idiots, i'm looking at you Thorin, is always such a delicious plotline)

Summary: 5 times Thorin noticed his soulmate’s bruises and 1 time he gave them one.

With a tie not easy to break - MiraHerondale - The Hobbit (Bagginshied woth alternate first meeting, this amount of sweetness isnt good for my heart)

Summary:

“Finally”, said the hobbit, frowning despite his rushing heart. “I was worried.”

The smial was deadly silent behind him, which was surprising, considering how loud the dwarfs had been moments prior. Yet he refused to turn around and check.

“Worried? I thought we were angry.”

Fic for Thauc with the prompts "Bilbo and Thorin met before the Quest, fell in love and got married (in secret or not). How does that affect the Quest?" and "Thorin and Bilbo having an awkward and terrible hookup in Bree several months before the quest and then meeting at the quest."

Summary: Bilbo originally asked to meet with Balin to discuss what he could do to help restore Erebor. He had no idea Balin would turn it around and talk about dwarven courting customs.

Huh, it ended up being all Bagignshield this week. Not that thats a bad thign of course, hopefully at least one person finds something to read <3

Fili and Kili are the highlight of Thorin's life. Everyhting he does is so they and the other Ereborians can have a better life.

Honestly I have trouble choosing just ONE fandom ocs to gush about, let alone OCs. Obviously goes without saying I adore your Star Wars OCs; ALLL the Kestis OCs (and Rey Kestis?! You and Ky are onto something and i wouldve let go of my diehard bio Rey Skywalker for that option tbh). But I also love seeing Tess Beck on my dash! And your HOTD ocs make me want to finally watch the show. And I need to play the games but loved the Fallout show and saw you have an oc for it and I’m about to go deep dive into her.

One thing I can easily gush about is your sheer talent. Gifs, posters... they're works of art that constantly leave me in awe! I was just telling my friends how i'm now following multiple outlast artists and only ever get bambino art on my dash. It's amazing art, but it's ALLL bambino.

Then in the middle of it your cosplay and it took me a second to realise it's cosplay. I yelled. I screamed. You are the first outlast trials cosplayer i see and of all characters it's bambino.

eeeEEEEE thank you so much!!! That's really sweet of you to say - I'm so happy that you're enjoying the story so far!!

This is honestly the first I'm I've even attempted to write anything of this length before, so I'm amazed it's been received so positively.

I am by no means a professional writer, nor have I taken any creative writing classes or been to any workshops, but I'll just let you know what I tried to keep in mind, as that seemed to work for me! Take this with a grain of salt, though :)

When I was in the midst of writing, I was absolutely hyperfixated. The story was literally all I thought about. I only listened to the playlists I curated for it on repeat, even when not writing or drawing concept art for it. It was honestly a little unhealthy lmao but it gave me the stamina and inspiration I needed to sit for long hours and just write.

First things first: I wrote a really rough plan of how I wanted all of the scenes to play out, color-coding the headings by perspective. I even gave each segment heading names that were eventually removed from the final draft of each chapter. For example, here are the perspective titles for chapters 2 and 3:

I'd put random keywords in there along with media references and links to concept art etc to jog my brain as well.

This helped me to keep overarching goals in mind when I actually began to write the chapters themselves. I also wrote everything in order - I never skipped over writing certain scenes. That might work for some people, but not me hehe

What's very important to note though is that as I was in the middle of writing each chapter, I simply wrote what felt right. If something seemed to just work better, even if it went against my initial outline, I would write that instead.

Additionally, I constantly assessed my strengths and weaknesses. I feel far more comfortable describing physical and emotional reactions than I do writing dialogue, so I would always pay particuarly close attention to the dialogue I wrote when editing. I would often read whole segments out loud so as to avoid as many cases of "he-would-NOT-fucking-say-that"-syndrome as possible.

Also, I would take frequent breaks. If a scene I was writing just was not coming together, I'd stop writing for a while rather than burning myself out.

I tried to take into account some advice I heard from somewhere else as much as I could, namely to balance descriptions of the environment with dialogue, both internal and external. I tried to catch myself whenever I noticed I was dedicating a huge, uniterrupted chunk of text to only dialogue or only environomental description.

Another thing: I like using figurative language. A lot. Probably a little too much. But I like being dramatic and artsy (a bit like my characterization of Hetch, I suppose), so I would include a lot of metaphors and similes within my writing. I feel like it helps to paint more of an abstract picture and let the reader fill in the gaps themselves with their mind rather than to give too many minute details, as that can get boring pretty quickly.

Lastly, I revised my drafts many times before I sent them to my beta readers, checking mostly for continuity errors, flow, and any grammatical/spelling errors. I'd often do my revisions aloud to myself, as I tend to catch more awkward sentences that way as opposed to just reading it silently to myself!

Hopefully some of that is helpful :) Honestly, the biggest piece of advice I can give is to just get out there and write. I didn't know I was capable of pulling this off until I sat down and did it. And, most of alll, I was writing more for myself than anyone else. In other words, I just had fun with it! I didn't really care if people would resonate with it, all that I knew is that I enjoyed writing it myself. Thankfully, that seemed to come across! I'm still blown away by how Unperson has been received so far. I'm really looking forward to getting the chance to get back to writing it again!

Biggg swisshyyy dusters fluffing from the outset, working over your curvessss ~ yess you can giggle and bounce alll you like. Those straps keep you firmly in our little velvet displayyyy ~ and the detail brushessss going over your waistttt and in and out of your navel and up to your lower ribssss gonna make you allll clean and smooothhh for the excited bunch. Oooh they're already dipping their brushesss in the precoat oil, readyyy to get you allll shinyyyyyy for the special tinglyyy paint ~ yesss, the dripping teasing brushessss coverring you in swirling elegant patterns, all their chuckles and comments about that fluffyyyy tum, that amazinggggg squishyyyy cute bellyyyy ~ it just has squishes for dayssss and it's sooo cute the way it twitches and quakes with alll the painting. Oooh it looks like they're making your beautiful tummyyyyy into a field of flowerssss ~ alll those individual blades of grasssss on your lower abdomen and sidesssss such lovely greeensssss as the stems are going in with brisk strokesssss the dainty petals carefulllyyy sketched. Yesss giggle it up, my artful attendees can't be deterred nooooo and just make all those sounds now ~ yesss fall apart. I'll come back and fluff your hair and rub the back of your neck and trace my nails on your back to meet alllll those ticklyyyy tickly sensations ~ and maybe a little playful ticklyyy on your tush just for funnn ~ ahhh but I mustttt seee the glorious artwork in progresssss ~ oooh just gorgeoussss I know you feeel it alll ~ mmhmm snorting is fine toooo. It's not every day we get to put a teasyyyy punk in their place by making them a gigglyyy helpless piece of tickle art mmhmm ~ and I'll just give this piece my kissssyyy of approval, I alwayssss leave a nice kisssyyy print right on my canvasessss and ooh yesss muuahh sometimes three or four muuah muahhhh ~ <3
