Unorthaid, a umbrella term for identities that can be used to explain, relive, understand, ones personal Atypical Dysphoria and/or Atypical Euphoria. This may be commonly used by induvial who are, BIID, Munchausens , Systems, Alterhumans, Experiences Delusions, Alterative Beliefs, Regression, etc.

This term is made to be a replacement for the now retired term! The definition's are different and should be accounted as such! This is just made to make talking about any/all the terms together easier.

Identities that can fall under this are: (not all)

Dissomei , Intusui , Desirdae , Alterpathy , Aldernic , Chronosian , Multiself , (SAFE Non RQ) TransIDs, etc.

This most likely is not the complete list, but I don’t plan to edit this post for it. Terms under this are up to those who choose to use it. I will not force anyone too and will only truly do so for my own products, if you choose too have fun!

I reblog tons of terms that explicitly denounce RQ identities, that's exactly what my 'terms' and 'flags' tag are full of - potential alternatives to RQ terms. I was reblogging it in support, sorry for any confusion.

ALIASPEC(TIVE) COINING POST

Aliaspective: a term to describe seeing life through a lens differing from the average human experience. This can be due to Neurodivergency, disability, Alterhumanity or many other things. Aliaspective can be used as an umbrella term or a standalone term. This term is for anyone who feels like their perspective on life is different from the average human experience.

While this is similar to aldernic and altbody, this isn't the same as it has nothing to do with what you want your body to appear like. It's rather all about the perspective of life you experience!

Also note, the term is written out as Aliaspec, short for Alia-perspective, but it doesn't stand for Spectrum. A lot of terms use -spec to denote that it stands for a spectrum, but that isn't the case here. While perspective on life might be a spectrum, I just want it know that that isn't what it means here!

Entomology:

Alia from Latin phrase "Alia speculativa" meaning "different perspective," spec/spective from English word "perspective"

Examples in sentences:

I am an aliaspecter (I am a alternate perspective spectator)

How to Coin Subterms

Whatever your prefix may be (I like going with latin so it fits well with the original term!), You'll add that to the beginning of aliaspec/ aliaspective. You can toy with it however you please. I personally like to make the A in Aliaspec into a different vowel depending on the prefix. For example, in Canuliaspec, a term I coined for myself, I changed it to a U because the prefix I used with Canum. Of course, this is just a recommendation, not a set approach!

Altbody/Altbod/Alterbod

A term for those who identify as / with a body that is different from the one they currently have in a way that doesn't impact what type of body they want. This is meant to be both an umbrella term and an alternative to terms like transpecies, transracial, and transabled though it is not limited to them. It's purposely broad as it's meant to include a lot, though it specifically focuses on the body itself rather than its abilities. This can be considered a subterm to aldernic

Note: I do not support the lables transracial or transabled but I do believe the experiences behind them are valid and deserve to have words put to them.

If you want to coin subterms the suffix is -bod, -bodem, or -aldy ! And no need to ask me about em beforehand, just go ham! :]

I don't think I'm someone to be judging that given what it was coined for. But I've been most comfortable with the alternative aldernic, not that I know too much about its usage. And I still have mixed feelings. So take that with a grain of salt.

The term I like most for this kind of thing is sex nonconforming (SNC), but I know not everyone will resonate with it.

Sending Emails in PHP with PHPMailer

PHPMailer is perhaps the most popular open-source PHP library to send emails with. It was first released way back in 2001, and since then it has become a PHP developer’s favorite way of sending emails programmatically, aside from a few other fan favorites like Swiftmailer.

In this article, we’ll talk about why you should use PHPMailer instead of PHP’s mail() function, and we’ll show some code samples on how to use this library.

Is It an Alternative to PHP’s mail() Function?

In most cases, it’s an alternative to PHP’s mail() function, but there are many other cases where the mail() function is simply not flexible enough to achieve what you need.

First of all, PHPMailer provides an object-oriented interface, whereas mail() is not object oriented. PHP developers generally hate to create $headers strings while sending emails using the mail() function because they require a lot of escaping. PHPMailer makes this a breeze. Developers also need to write dirty code (escaping characters, encoding and formatting) to send attachments and HTML based emails when using the mail() function, whereas PHPMailer makes this painless.

Also, the mail() function requires a local mail server to send out emails, which is not always trivial to set up. PHPMailer can use a non-local mail server (SMTP) if you have authentication.

Further advantages include:

It can print various kinds of error messages in more than 40 languages when it fails to send an email.

It has integrated SMTP protocol support and authentication over SSL and TLS.

It can send an alternative plain-text version of email for non-HTML email clients.

It has a very active developer community that keeps it secure and up to date.

PHPMailer is also used by popular PHP content management systems like WordPress, Drupal, and Joomla.

Installing PHPMailer

You can install PHPMailer using Composer:

Sending Email from a Local Web Server Using PHPMailer

Here’s the simplest example of sending an email from a local web server using PHPMailer:

Sending an Email with Attachments

Here’s an example of how to send an email with attachments using PHPMailer:

Here, we’re attaching two files �� file.txt, which resides in the same directory as the script, and images/profile.png, which resides in images directory of the script directory.

To add attachments to the email, we just need to call the function addAttachment of the PHPMailer object by passing the file path as argument. For attaching multiple files, we need to call it multiple times.

Troubleshooting

In our two examples, we used PHPMailer’s Exception class for debugging, so any errors thrown will help us debug any issues that may occur. We also added the argument true to PHPMailer constructor, to output higher-level, more descriptive exceptions.

Depending on the system we use, probably the most frequent error we’ll see will be related to running the mail() function in the background:

Mailer Error: Could not instantiate mail function.

If we need more details on the error, we can also add something like this to the catch clause:

Usually, the problem with the mail function will be related to the missing mail server setup, in which case the error_get_last function will return something like this:

This is the issue we’ll probably encounter most frequently, and we can solve it easily by using SMTP.
