Have you heard anything about Sassenach not being able to do business in UK? Don't think that's correct.
It seems, there's an Anon leaving messages in my inbox which, I just found out, are quotes from another blogger. I actually don't like that as I think the blogger herself is responsible for what she posts. But I make this exception, as this is a weird one
I wont post the whole quotes here, but the statement was more or less that Ashley is an employee at SS and she and SH's team can not operate in the UK, because the company is registered in the UK
Of course, as you already thought that is not correct. How could they've done the popup store at the Kimpton in Edinburgh? There were even 4 employees (yes 4; 3 women, 1 guy) there all day, and boss Alex hanging around as well. Was that all just pro bono? Did they get a bottle of SS at the end? smh... of course not.
Even more, do you think OL would ever have been created in the UK if this statement was true? I mean Starz is a US company, right? So is Sony, RDM & Maril working for the US company Tall ship Productions, Lionsgate is a Canadian Entertainment Corporation. I could go on about the crew, set builders they hired (JGS anyone), The members from the Canadian First Nation, Cesar Domboy, a French Actor working for a US company in Scotland..... 😂
Anyway, as you thought BS. It requires a work permit for the employee, or the correct visa.
We can also ask Google and Deloitte will provide a 21 page document, which you can read here when you're interested. The short answer however is:
Can an overseas company operate in the UK? You only need to register an overseas company when it has some degree of physical presence in the UK, such as a place of business or branch, where it carries on business. You must file the documents to register a UK establishment with us within one month of the opening of the UK establishment.
Tumblr media
Well I think that's an answer to your question.
(and btw. they did register LATHA ÙR LTD in January 2023 in the UK and end of October this year the unaudited Financial Statements were filed. They show £2 as current assents)

Btw not a single thing I've said was misinfo. USCIS changes things often. What you knew about a documentation procedure 4 years ago has likely been changed. I went through and checked to confirm my shit before I shared it. You can apply for a work authorization and it's not as limited as it once was. I've been an immigrant since I was 2 years old. If you can get a cheaper document to stay where you are it's worth applying and you absolutely can apply for a word authorization while looking for something that will grant you that work visa. The EAD is just the cheaper option. My god.

Immigration questions, truths, lies and speculation: a few random thoughts…
Use of her immigration status to discredit the wedding…
Abba’s legal status is a topic that has been brought up so much by Team PR blogs, especially to discredit the fact there was any marriage at all, that it’s interesting to ask ourselves why. Although I won’t pretend to answer any of those questions. I know absolutely nothing about her legal status but I am pretty sure that neither do those mods that pretend to. Unless they have a source or informant at the immigration bureau, but I seriously doubt it.
Truths, lies and speculation…
I’ll do my best to sum up what have been said on the subject. Allegedly Abba has used a tourist Visa to enter the US, that’s why she goes back to Portugal very often and is never seen in the USA. She couldn’t have a work visa because she is not shooting any movie or TV show on US domestic soil. She couldn't have an Einstein Visa because she has no talent. She couldn’t have petitioned for a fiancée visa neither because she would have had to stay put and wait a few years for her citizenship and so traveling abroad for her second kinda wedding would have been out of the question. Also they added that this information was on the public record.
There’s some truths (like always), some wild speculation and some clear lies.
First of all, someone’s immigration status is not really public information. Sure there is a number you can call to check an immigration status but you do need some personal information like name, date and place of birth which are easy to find for sure but also… a 13-character receipt number from your application or petition. She did share a shower porn with the world, but I don’t think she ever volunteered information regarding her travel documents or petition. So how would people know anything regarding her legal situation?
Where has she been?
An important topic of discussion has been about her whereabouts. Interesting enough, that girl has been mostly MIA for the last couple of years. Has she been hiding in a basement or is she a ghost? We know she sort of pops out for certain events used for PR purposes (papwalks, a fashion show, the ghosted premiere, the GQ event) but she was not even seen for their alleged first wedding, nor for their alleged second wedding.
Also interesting, she deactivated her location on Instagram a while ago so that no one could actually know where she is. The last time it was active was when she was shooting a movie with Anne Hathaway in Germany. It’s safe to assume that she doesn’t want people to know where she is because this way, she can be placed anywhere… anywhere where Chris is of course.
What could her legal status be?
A dual citizenship is unlikely, for sure. She wasn’t born in the US and although we know she has a sister who lives there (and maybe she even has other family relatives who knows), she would have had to reside in the states for years to get it.
But is a work visa out of the question? Of course, she hasn’t and is not shooting anything on US soil. But if there is a PR contract, doesn’t PR work qualify as… work? There are the papwalks of course, but also all the trips she had to take in order for them to shoot the material they needed (pictures and videos used for ridiculous cringy photo montages that were posted on Instagram stories). CAA (or another entity) could have very well sponsored her for a work visa and have her do all kind of stuff. We know how powerful this company is, how shady it is and how much pull it has. It is out of the realm of possibilities?
And guess what, you can travel abroad under a work visa for business purposes (to shoot a movie in Germany for ex) or for a vacation (to the Bermuda for ex), you just need to have your travel permit approved.
I am not saying she has a work visa btw, just that it’s possible and that there is no actual proof to say otherwise. It’s pure speculation. Like those mods are doing and passing for actual truth.
I will add that I once asked one of those so-called Team PR blog for some precisions about this topic. It was someone I had very cordial talks with (I even provided them with material they used for their blog). They never answered those questions of course. Sidenote they blocked me after my pinned post defining who those blogs are and what they were doing without ever naming anyone and when they had never followed me in the first place. Make of that what you will.
The (apparent) absence of marriage license and the fiancée visa?
A marriage license is actually a lot easier to find though because the public records are a lot simpler to access. Of course, there are a few exceptions, if you filed in California for example (but not realistic in their case) or if you filed a special request in front of a judge to have the records sealed. Up until now, no one has found their marriage license.
No publication (no TMZ, not anyone) published it when we had trillion articles about their wedding but no confirmation from either of their teams for more than a month… until Chris’ appearance at the NY con. Also we can assume that a license would have probably popped out on one Team Real blog if such proof existed (faking a yoga certificate is one thing but faking such documents would be a federal offense).
By the way, Chris told us that he and Abba are NOT legally married. The words he used at that Con were so very specific: "kinda ceremonies". KINDA... Go Portugal! So he definitely put an asterisk to the marriage narrative. And I should add that no rep confirmed their marriage, another confirmation of their non-marriage.
But then again you could speculate that they had a kinda sorta spiritual Buddhist non-binding ceremony. I think team real blogs have supported this theory at some point if anyone wants to believe it. But in that case, if she wouldn’t petition for a dual citizenship and stay in the USA with her work visa, she wouldn’t face legal issues and she could pop in and out of the country with her approved travel permit.
Again I am not saying it’s the truth, just that those immigration questions are very complex and are very unlikely to shed any light on that shitshow.
Why use speculation (or even a blatant lie) to discredit another lie?
The question remains. Why would you need to bring up this topic to discredit a wedding when actual facts don’t add up? Some mods have done a fantastic job pointing them out.
What purpose do those alleged immigration issues serve? Do they discredit Team PR blogs? Do they serve as an actual diversion? Because one thing is certain we don’t need those to question their kinda ceremonies, do we?

VERÔNICA DAUMAS
The Boys OC / Human / Private eye / The Boys affiliated
If you ask Verônica Daumas, having an obsession can be weirdly therapeutic. Nights spent awake are moments of deep introspection. Piles and piles of documents, photographs, records are akin to a collection of something simple like, I don't know, bottle caps or pins. The sprawling out of the investigation through the walls of her tiny apartment is simply renewing the decor. Searching for something happening in the background, whatever that is, is having a greater purpose — and who doesn't want that? Who wouldn't miss that?
So when, five years after having abandoned her investigation, Verônica is called back to work by those she used to call a team — why would she say no?
Tumblr media
“What did he call you?” “Enxerida do caralho.” “What does it mean?” “Nosy bitch.” “Eh. Can't say he's wrong on that one.”
Verônica Daumas is a Brazilian expat in New York, working under the radar as a private eye for the underworld of the city. Want some information you can't obtain through legal means, to take even less legal measures? Call V. DAUMAS, PRIVATE EYE — “I fuck around, you find out.”
After all, a woman has to make a living after losing everything, several times — whether the schemes in Rio she left behind, or her attempt to get a legit job in New York that burned to the ground (literally), or the team that was disbanded with a tragic conclusion.
Her investigative abilities are what made her a valuable asset; first to Grace Mallory — the promise of a visa, legit documents, and the erasure of her criminal record, led her to join her team to bring down Vought International —, and later to Billy Butcher — when putting the team back together, they couldn't forget their local nosy bitch, could they?
However, her utter lack of loyalty can make Verônica a liability — she won't hesitate to run away, which has been proven time and time again by the amount of things and people in her life she has left behind. Her uncanny ability to get away with things and save her own ass comes at the direct expense of the others' asses.
Of course, she has to reevaluate her loyalties (or lack thereof) when the operations of The Boys become more dangerous than ever, the stakes are higher, and the connections between them are stronger. Maybe she has to stay and face her fucking problems for once instead of running away. Maybe there are people worth staying for.
Tumblr media
happy to be finally introducing my oc for the boys, verônica — she's the loml and i have been writing A LOT for her. ship stuff incoming btw hehe i ship her with frenchie and they have been living in my head rent free

Hi friend! I’m wondering about the process you took to be able to stay in New Zealand because it’s been a dream of mine to move there but it seems really daunting 😭 thank you in advance!
Kia ora e hoa!
Oof, my story is a long and complicated one for sure. Moving countries (no matter where you're heading) is a HUGE choice and no matter how much you prepare, there will always be a learning curve. For me, however, I didn't prepare at all. Not really. That being said, NZ does have A LOT of hoops to jump through and they're REALLY particular about who gets visas (even more so since the pandemic).
But here's my story:
2015: I had visited NZ for a handful of days in 2015 and then shortly after that trip, I happened to meet someone through tumblr who was a kiwi. We started a long-distance relationship from there.
Now, I need to note that I was homeless at that point of my life. I was living in my car, so everything I owned fit inside a compact Chevy Aveo. And when my car got repossessed and I said 'nothing left for me in [readacted]' and packed up those few belongings into two plastic tubs, bought a one way ticket, and flew to Aotearoa (The actual time between losing my car, to considering moving, to pouring all of my savings into airfare, to actually just up and leaving to start a new life across the world, was only about 2 weeks btw. Like I said, ZERO preperation.)
Early 2016: I first came on a 3-month visitor visa. Then I was able to get a partnership visa for a year. When that relationship ended, I had already decided Aotearoa was my forever home and I was ready to do anything necessary to stay here long-term.
2017: I managed another 1-year visa (working holiday visa).
Early 2018: Then by the time that one was ending, I was in a new relationship (with my current partner) but we hadn't been together long enough for them to sponsor me in a partnership visa.
Without any way to get another working visa, I was forced to plan a move to Australia for a year. I had sorted a working holiday visa there, had job prospects, and although I didn't want to leave NZ, I knew it was only a temporary stop over, because I would spend every moment in Aus trying to get back into NZ somehow.
Final days of my visa, 2018: I had already been thrown goodbye parties, I sold what little belongings I'd started to acquire in my two years here, I had my airfare and visa all ready for Aus -- but I was STILL desperately scouring the Immigration NZ website for ANY legal loopholes, any way I could just stay a while longer. And in doing so, I found exactly that. In absolute secret (didn't tell a single soul from fear of getting my hopes up) -- I applied for a nine-month visitor visa.
And to my utter shock -- it worked. I was able to stay.
2018/19: In those 9 months, I ended up moving in with Doom Them and by the time I was nearing the end of my visitor visa, we were able to apply for a partnership visa together. I was granted another one-year visa.
2019: We had to repeat the process. Submitting over 500 pages of documentation that our relationship was genuine, and even then, they still asked for more. Luckily, they eventually granted me another one year visa.
Early 2020: After living in NZ continuously for four years, you are eligible to apply for residency. Because I had a NZ partner, that definitely helped, because at the start of Covid INZ stopped accepting any other type of residency visa applications. I was SO lucky that we applied WAY early this time, because estimated wait times for visa processing were like 10-16 MONTHS
August 2020: I officially became a NZ Resident!!! Which meant I no longer had to apply for Visas. I was granted the privilege of living in NZ for the rest of my life without ever having to apply for visas that may not be granted. The annual stress and uncertainty we faced each time we applied was no more!
August 2022: After being a NZ Resident for 2 years, you can then apply to be a NZ Permanent Resident. That means you can leave and come back to NZ without any issues. It's basically citizenship without the passport.
So that's where I'm at currently! And in August 2025 (5 years after residency is first granted) -- I will finally get to become a NZ CITIZEN!!!! I cannot wait for the day this country becomes my place of citizenship.
It is a LONG and tedious process that requires a TON of work and stress and money (god so much fucking moneeeeyyyyyy) -- but I wouldn't change it for the world.
Because even though I first moved here for a relationship that didn't work out -- I still wound up finding my forever home, my friends, my family, and most importantly, I did find my forever relationship.

Corporate Visa Sponsorship Letter Format – Sample for Companies
Introduction
When a company sponsors an employee’s international business trip, a Visa Sponsorship Letter is a must-have document. It proves to the embassy that the organization is officially supporting the trip—financially and professionally—and takes responsibility for the employee.
Whether you're sending a team member for a conference, training, client meeting, or project deployment, this document can be the key to a smooth visa approval.
In this blog, we explain why a Corporate Visa Sponsorship Letter is required, when to use it, and offer a ready-to-use sample format for your company.
Tumblr media
What is a Visa Sponsorship Letter?
A Visa Sponsorship Letter is an official document issued by a company on its letterhead stating that:
The employee is traveling for business purposes
The company will bear the costs of travel, stay, and other expenses
The employee will return after the assignment
The company will ensure compliance with the host country’s rules
This letter is usually submitted along with:
Visa application form
Invitation letter from the host company
Employee's cover letter or personal documents
When Do You Need a Visa Sponsorship Letter?
Use it when your employee is applying for a business visa to visit countries like:
🇺🇸 USA (B1 Visa)
🇩🇪 Germany / Schengen Zone (Business Visa)
🇬🇧 UK (Standard Visitor – Business)
🇸🇬 Singapore (Business e-Visa)
🇨🇦 Canada (Business Visitor Visa)
🇦🇺 Australia (Subclass 600 – Business Stream)
🇦🇪 UAE (Short-term Business Visa)
Key Elements of a Corporate Visa Sponsorship Letter
A strong sponsorship letter should include:
Employee details (name, passport, designation)
Purpose of visit
Travel dates and destination
Confirmation of company sponsorship
Assurance of employee return
Contact details of the company representative

[week in review, [a] girl cousin at 'sanpetru north, she care taker of a personal books library, yet all carrying the trapezoid stamp saying 'biblioteca creanga. she lost her name when married, so she no longer actually a 'creanga, but books at 'sanpetru still a 'creanga library holding the name. emolumentum is called upon the cash paid to form the library in its entirety. my boy nephew there, although him never a 'creanga, would need to be educated and behave accordingly to principles of the 'house of creanga, eventually. so a good behavior, perhaps learning of computers, the internet and also handling ladies on rolling skates, or ice skating, or a dance-hall and ballroom occasions, dunno. and at school, i was always a 'ten at behavior in class, at least, so no punches marked down by school whatsoever. of course there were fights and boys were arguing using kicking a lot, but never marked nor scored. no tobacco either, nor alcohol, or other substances, true. boy nephew benefiting by 'creanga library might eventually learn and end educated accordingly, willy-nilly. [b] couple ladies on a bus 17 heading S2 (i had to switch, a colleague wanted S1 on a Friday, and i entered S2 on fri). ride ticket on public transportation is at 5 ron one EUR a trip, since 24h already, the most up to date ticket ride cost in RO, the most expensive ticket ride on RO too, at 10 ron or 2 EURO the bus ride, to and from. 2mrw the presidential elections, btw. am sitting and sleeping, too. so those couple 23 old ladies, talking to a boy fella on the bus 17, coming to JMB shop for browsing, at least. they told that fella, sitting on BRV RO as 12 yrs into already, having 'rented a flat, owner never concluded the contract, so to avoid paying annual TAX over income from monthly rentals, acting all on trust friendship and knowing each-other long-overdue. climbing down, walking to JMB, ladies greeted me, and i greeted them, never saying names, also. so i would not know them, literally. but i had felt saying and telling them, educating the young broads, there were times in my life when i went to Greece like 50 times, and even Deutschland three times, and we needed VISA and Passports, and trips to Bucharest and Sibiu, and by train and carrying original documents for the filing for VISA, and you could had not sleep (and photos taken at Sibiu or Bucharest, not at BRV RO, and pricing of those), and upon a week delay, again same trip to retrieve the documents. why they were still in RO on RO, coming down to JMB, wasting time browsing, why not using the ID card the Schengen convention, and simply be in France, or Italy, season opening at Mediterrana, or assimilated. never having to bribe the train crossing Slovakia and Checks, and Poland, each beer cash pocket bribing to Border Police on those checking points. Arriving at Dresden DE, having spend 20 EUR just on Border Police beer time. i left them ladies and double-time walked to JMB shop, at noon, S2. [c] bought a pair denim 100% cotton, blue, not black, Carrefour, and size 48. they only had this single pair of denim on shelf, three days in a row. am using paper metallic crocodile clip (one EUR at JMB, colored, not black - double the price), under the leather belt, to shrink it to 46 at least. am not wasting time on sewing whatsoever. so i look like a karateka sensei, lately. 48h into that, am fine. [d] am drying having lots of parsley, but it be long until done, perhaps next year only. m]
