Once again plugging the BEASTS OF BURDEN OMNIBUS in the hopes of selling a copy or two. In this modern comics world a book comes out and disappears like a pebble tossed in a lake. There's a few ripples and then it's forgotten. I keep taking this pebble out and drying it. I don't think that metaphor really works but fuck it.

The Beasts of Burden Omnibus is available at full-line comic shops and bookstores that support stuff like this. It's also available from online book and comic shops and sellers. Published by Dark Horse Comics, the same folks who published The Eltingville Club, Dork and Milk & Cheese (and will once again in the future).

Almost 600 color pages of story and extras for only $30. Dogs and cats versus the supernatural. Includes every story done so far including the crossover with Mike Mignola's Hellboy. Art by co-creator Jill Thompson and Benjamin Dewey. Lettering by Nate Piekos and Jason Arthur. Scripts by e, with several stories co-written with Sarah Dyer. Winner of eight Eisner Awards and a Harvey Award. We lost some other things we were nominated for.

Palestine Action activists destroyed a 1914 painting of Arthur James Balfour, the colonial administrator and signatory of the Balfour Declaration.

Palestine Action stated, "An activist slashed the homage and sprayed the artwork with red paint, symbolising the bloodshed of the Palestinian people since the Balfour Declaration was issued in 1917. "

"Arthur Balfour, then UK Foreign secretary, issued a declaration which promised to build “a national home for the Jewish people” in Palestine, where the majority of the indigenous population were not Jewish. He gave away the Palestinians homeland — a land that wasn’t his to give away."

Hi, this is of extremely questionable quality at best. We started with technical issues, and then I intended to do a lot more fun editing. However I apparently cannot catch a break from my body lately and I am alllll out of spoons. So... Yeah I'm calling this good. It was fun to make though lol

Also the people have spoken and preferred it all in one.

Went to Fanboy Expo yesterday thinking I was only gonna be able to afford getting a picture with Rob ... I ended up getting to see everyone who was there !!! <3

It was SO much fun.

They were all so nice to me and I had a lot of quick yet silly conversations. I was especially excited to meet Rob and when I did I started crying--he was... SO. SWEET. He told me not to be nervous and that I looked amazing. Gave him a very big hug and couldn't stop thinking about it for the rest of the day. I told Alex about the conversations I've had with my lesbian aunt and how she thinks Sadie's a total cowbian badass. Alex replied with : "Yeah, I imagine she likes to go with the flow." Which, slay. Overall, I wish I wasn't so awkward with Roger and Benjamin (and a little bit with Peter and Kaili) but honestly I was kind of intimidated with them being the 'main characters' of Red Dead 2 while I've only ever played Red Dead 1 (IK Benjamin played Dutch in the first game as well but his appearances were a lot more important in the 2nd). Hoping the next time I get to see any of the Red Dead cast I won't be so shy -- and not to mention I'll be prepared with gifts !!!

When I'm not so busy with school I'm hoping to create some silly art of some stuff that was said about the characters during the panel... hehehe... <3
