Bitburg ist eine kleine Stadt in Rheinland-Pfalz, in der Nähe von Frankreich und nur etwa zwanzig Kilometer von der Grenze mit Luxemburg. Radio WSQK and the USA military presence in Hawkins

With the new Season to come, we were presented with a new set location of a radio, which will be really important for the plot as the paparazzi took a lot of pics of characters around there, and even when they didn't take some pictures, they confirmed that the characters were roaming around there for different occasions. But why is this location so important?

Eleven is hiding there.

They'll use the radio to have more range to talk with everybody in the walkie-talkies.

Murray will use a van to deliver things like electronics, groceries, clothing, household items, toys and more(?) to some locations (probably supplies for El in the radio station), or probably even people undercover. The van is from Bradley's Big Guy supermarket, where El robbed those eggos in season 1 (we can see all this on these news leaked promos). There's two options, Murray is working there and using the van to help the group without the supermarket acknowledging it, or they are intentionally helping them, and being part of the resistance (EDIT: Murray's promo images shows that there's a Bradley's new location, probably it's in the radio station or somewhere near).

They'll probably use songs to mock the USA government and military presence in Hawkins.

How they'll will mock them with songs?

So with these leaked promos, it's confirmed that Robin will be a host; since Season 3 she is shown to be kinda punk, against the government, even though in Season 4 this side isn't shown that much, and her book is literally called "Rebel Robin." My guess is that she will use the radio to play songs mocking the government and the military; and after these leaked promos today, the ones that will have control of the radio are supposedly Robin and Steve. As we know, Hawkins will be in a type of martial law situation in Season 5, the military will be at the school, the downtown, etc. We have some leaks that they'll have involvement in capturing some kids to do experiments in them to create new super-kids like El, Kali, and Henry. Apparently Murray will have a part in helping to rescue them, and Robin and Mike too, as we can see in this leaked script by Maya:
