Clone reactions to meeting Grogu:
Rex: *looks him over, visibly confused* I thought jedi couldn't have sex?
Fives: omg omg omg omg omg omg we need to keep him, he's the new 501st mascot, he can ride on my shoulders, I NEED HIM.
Echo: You're cute, which, given nature's cruelty, probably means you are dangerous. *backs away slowly*
Jesse: WHAT IN SITH HELLS IS THAT? KEEP IT AWAY FROM ME!
Kix: *eyes suspiciously*... There is no way you're older than me.
Tup: *repeats nonsense babbling back at him while sitting cross legged and doing arts and crafts*
Dogma: It's LOOKING AT ME. WHAT DO I DO?
Cody: *stares for several minutes*... Can you hold a blaster?
Waxer: *running away with him in his arms while being persued by numerous jedi* NO! CHILD IS MINE!
Boil: You're one weird looking critter... You play sabacc?
Wolffe: *holding him up to Master Plo* General, I humbly request that this be your new padawan. Yes, I know he can barely understand basic, and that he is fundamentally useless. That's why he'll fit in with us. No I'm not being harsh.
Fox: Aw, shit! HOUND! IT GOT OUT OF THE BOX AGAIN!

Reverse Clone AU
So, I've seen a couple stories where Danny is Damian's clone. How about we reverse it?
Danny was born Damian Al Ghul, being raised to be an assassin since he could walk. However, he had a good heart, and eventually his mother overstepped around him (maybe she killed one of his favorite caretakers? Maybe he saw her killing someone with a loving family?), causing him to decide to leave the League next time they let him outside.
He was discovered by the Fentons, got adopted, and had his name changed from Damian Al Ghul into Daniel 'Danny' Fenton. Over the years, his time in the League slowly faded from memory, only remembering that one moment that drove him from them.
Talia, meanwhile, tried to create another baby, but found she didn't have any more DNA from Bruce. However, she did have plenty of Damian/Danny's DNA, so she decided to simply clone her son, making sure that this one would never get it in his head to run away. She decided to let the memory of her first son go, completely overriding it with the new Damian, as if he had been the first son and not merely some clone, forcing everyone in the League to keep the fact a secret.
So, things continue on, Danny becomes Phantom, Damian becomes Robin, so on and so forth. Eventually, one of the Batclan stumble upon Danny and take an interest in him once they realize he looks like Damian.
They actually don't think that he's a clone, because he's older than Damian and records show him having a history older than Damian, so they believe that Talia had another child, which Damian is already a little salty about, because it means that his status as the heir of the League and potentially his title as the only blood son of batman are completely meaningless.
Unfortunately, their investigations lead to the League figuring out where Danny is, at which point Talia drops by and decides to reveal in front of everyone that Danny is the original Damian and Damian is a clone meant to take his place.
The only one who takes it well is Danny, who tells everyone to get off his porch before he activates the home defense systems because he does not care for this drama.

Okay but I wanna talk about something that has been bugging me for ages and it's the number of questions I have about what Echo knows about Fives' death. Because we never actually see Echo finding out about Fives, so exactly what he knows is kind of left up in the air but then I have so many questions about it.
There are two things we know for certain. 1) Echo knows that Fives is dead. 2) Echo DID NOT know about the chips.
So coming off of that, how much does Echo know? And what has he been told about how it happened? Is it a case that he knows that Fives is dead and that's it? Did he get told he was shot? Was he told it was a virus? (Tbf I find this one a little bit unlikely seeing as, at the end of the day, Fives didn't die from a "virus" he died from a blaster wound and that's gonna be in his files).
But then coming off of that, if Echo doesn't know anything other than "Fives is dead" then why? Was that his choice to not know anything else? Was it whoever told him? And if he knew Fives got shot then how much does he know about the circumstances? Does he know that Fives was shot by Fox? Was he told that a "virus" had made him crazy before he was shot? Does he know that there was a warrant out for Fives' arrest for attempted assassination of the Chancellor? And if no, then why???
I also wanna know why he wasn't told about the chips. I can kind of understand the idea of that info being held back because they don't want rumours spreading around the GAR of something that none of them were sure was true to begin with. But then who made the decision to withhold from Echo the whole thing about his brother running around trying to warn people about this conspiracy? Even if they weren't sure it was true, did they just go "yeah, Fives kinda lost it" and Echo didn't even question that? Or did they just go "nope, not telling Echo anything about conspiracy theories" to avoid the risk of Echo doing digging by himself, finding out that the Chancellor has been up to some weird stuff that resulted in his brother's death and then going to the Chancellors office and tossing him out a window?
Anyway that's my ramblings for the day

Instead of Danny joining the JL, its Dan who joined
It was to redeem himself and bring back his protective obsession instead of massacre
Danny liked the idea and let him go off on his own while Vlad who is in underway of his redemption arc by talking out with his parents, Vlad had also adopted Dan in his care.
And Vlad, who has Batman's in his radar, is wary of Dan Phantom because the kid said he's a ghost living in a clone's body. It wasn't really alive, it was just a body for Dan to live without a problem.
Vlad was seen as a villain after seeing his past actions before. Yes, Batman knows about Plasmius.
But since the day Dan came, Vlad stepped down and started to go on a redemption arc. Batman is still wary though, it's still good to have Dan here so he could monitor both the "son" and Plasmius.
Batman doesn't know about Danny being Dan tho, because Dan said his true age that is somewhere around 20's or something and his ghost half could prove that.
Unless this is another one of those time travelling but Batman will soon find out.

lance as the blue paladin (former or current, doesnt matter) being a black widow. lance swallowing/killing his pride and letting himself be seen as nothing more than a flirt, an airhead, a blonde bimbo. lance being the teams secret weapon during meetings with planets to get them to join the coalition. lance sniffing out the right guard or advisor or royal that knows everything, getting them wasted and flirting for hours to get them to spill all the dirty secrets. lance being able to alert the team ahead of time if a planet is truly interested in joining the coalition or if they have an agreement with the empire and they lured voltron there as a trap.
lance swallowing/killing his pride and letting himself be seen as weak and stupid. lance playing up the airhead persona so their enemies don’t view him as a threat, them taking out the rest of the team first in their order of who would pose more of a threat to them and them always leaving lance for last bc they underestimate him. lance annihilating their enemies bc he actually is smart and strong and capable.

Oooh can I ask about Dark!Hunter x Reader?
Oohhh I'm very excited for that one! Just came up with it over the weekend, so it's still all shiny ;)
Crossing my fingers this doesn't actually happen, but I thought... what would happen if at the end of season 3 everyone in the Batch died but Hunter? What would that do to him?
The answer: A lot of bad things.
Tumblr media
Hunter is broken. Barely functional and catatonic. Rex doesn't know what to do. He knows he can't let him go off on his own, not in the state he's in. He feels responsible how the way things went, and he owes it to them to make sure Hunter's okay.
He's not. After two days of this, Hunter just... disappears. No word or message left behind, he takes one of the ships and vanishes. And Rex isn't sure he'll ever see him again, not alive.
For a standard year, Hunter wanders the galaxy, aimless, taking what jobs he can, leaning towards the violent, dangerous ones. He excels at hunting, and he would be a class one bounty hunter if he wouldn't piss of the Guild at every turn. He doesn't work well with others, and he doesn't much care for rules.
He's mean, ruthless, and most of all, hollow. He's little more than an animal, moving from one need to the next, not staying anywhere too long. He sees others as an obstacle or a means, depending on how cooperative they are. He barely talks, no more than is necessary, and he rarely sleeps more than an hour or two at a time.
And then he comes across a quarry he can't resist, legal bounty or not. Someone watching him, paying too close attention, and that's enough to set loose the hound straining at its chains.
He's patient, a predator lying in ambush, only to realize too late the trap was for him. He mistook his target for prey.
Hunter should have known, in the end, it would be a Jedi.

Do you guys think that, after he was rescued and joined the Bad Batch, Echo ever learned that Crosshair said this about him? That he didn’t want to attempt to save him, that he didn’t think he was worth it? This has been on my mind recently :/

Does Charlie ever earn sekido's respect? I think that would be cool but idk what would get respect from him, I don't really like the clones!
Fair, I appreciate the question nonetheless!
Charlie and Sekido have a bit of a different relationship compared to how she behaves with the other clones.
There are one scene in particular that I feel is a good representation of a major turning point in their relationship with each other- where Sekido starts seeing her as a little more than a nuisance or convenient babysitter for the other clones.
Sekido follows Charlie as she unknowingly wanders into Raigira's underground lair many months after the beast assaults her. Sekido of course is also unaware of what lives there, but when Raigira notices the intruders and let's out a furious howl, magma erupts from the walls and fire flows in the bottom of the caverns. Charlie recognizes that horrifying voice and in a fit of traumatized panic, she grabs sekido's sleeve and drags him through the tunnels until they reach stony ledges they must pass before escaping. Though Sekido initially attempts to stand against whatever the owner of the voice is, Charlie's sheer, bone-deep terror (something he's never remotely seen from her) convinces him that she must know something he doesn't, and he allows her to lead him.
Unfortunately, it's obvious Raigira is tracking them deeper, and as the fires jet against the walls it is also clear that Sekido, like most of Muzan's Demons, fears the flames. They both must work together to pass against the ledges to avoid falling in the fire pits as the caverns shake and fall around them.
Charlie pushes sekido to go first but a large boulder crashes into the ledges before she can follow, and Sekido must convince her to jump to him. She eventually does, but just short, and Sekido grabs the front of her top before she can fall.
Charlie is so terrified and focused on fleeing Raigira and those horrid memories that she doesn't realize she's wet herself until she and Sekido escape the caverns.
Of course, when she realizes, she's absolutely mortified and begs Sekido not to say anything to the others. He says nothing to her aside from gruffly telling her to go clean herself in the river before asking what was in that cavern system. He never mentions it to the others!
After Charlie cleans up, he demands again to know what it was that they ran from, thinking it's a powerful native yokai. Charlie struggles to speak, and is unable to explain to Sekido what happened to her months prior. He surprisingly drops the topic after realizing how clearly traumatized she is about whatever happened, and they return home to the Kanda Estate
Thanks again for the ask!
