impressing you!
itoshi rin attempts to tell you he likes you in questionable ways
itoshi rin x reader : fluff, crack, use of brain rot terms, dti mentioned, super bad ending i’m so sorry idk anymore school got me, not proofread + likes and reblogs are appreciated <3
growing up with itoshi rin with all his personality quirks, you were pretty sure you could expect anything and everything from him - whether that be him showing up at your house at midnight without any warnings, or him wearing your hello kitty pajamas after school for ‘fun’, or even eating frozen cheese straight out of the fridge for breakfast. but nothing could prepare you for what the hell he just asked you.
“what.” one chance for him to take back, or more so one chance for you to regain back your sanity from whatever you just swore to god he asked.
“.. i asked if you’d like to play dress to impress together.. you know because youre always playing it during class.” what the hell.
maybe the world was ending, and you look outside only to now be even more dismayed that the sun is in fact shining, the sky is perfectly blue, and there was no cloud in sight. then maybe this was all a dream after spending the previous night playing games, you pinch yourself and to your horror, you do in fact feel the pain as you nip at your own hand, almost yelping to the oblivious rin sitting beside you. or maybe your eyesight is failing you and you’re seriously deluding yourself that its rin simply after being apart from him for months, you think, removing your glasses and wiping it and nope - that was in fact rin, still wearing a blank face that youre far too used to.
“do you even have a roblox account..” you were 100% sure that whatever horror games you’ve seen him play does not involve roblox and he’s probably more likely to be a discord mod than a roblox player - credited to you friending him on steam and seeing the horror of games he has bought on that app
“.. ill make one now.” and you think maybe blue lock has actually rotted rin’s mind or maybe his friends there has corrupted the rin you once knew.
and instead of spending your math class, you know paying attention and doing the work assigned, there you were at the back row playing dress to impress with itoshi rin attempting his best but clearly not dressing to impress anyone to say the least.
and maybe this is a miracle and an awakening because you were so sure since a little kid that itoshi rin, your best friend in this entire world, do not have any weakness - whether that be in sports (for obvious reasons), in arts (getting an A even though he ‘winged it’), in games (carried you in shooting games and horror games) that maybe you’ve finally discovered his achilles heels that is apparently fashion.. and handling getting humbled by kids on roblox.
“why the hell is this kid calling my outfit skibidi toilet” if anything, in your honest reaction, you’d call me something worst than that looking at the total mess of a outfit he was wearing because why the hell is he wearing two hairs at once that do not merge at all. in fact, you’d be polite to even call whatever he’s just made an outfit in the first place because it looks like he genuinely spun a wheel and picked pieces at random.
even funnier is that you can practically see rin’s ear letting out steam - clearly upset that he’s apparently not winning the top place. if anything, you think its funnier because he doesnt even rage like this playing his competitive shooting game, or when he doesnt get a good grade for his exams, or even when he drops his ice cream when you were little, only when he plays soccer and apparently dress to impress. now maybe with his ego, or whatever he said learnt at blue lock, would be able to let him score a goal (win top place with a good outfit)
however, to his dismay, and to your expectation, he in fact does not win top places, not even top 3, by the end of the hour long math lesson.
and to him, he practically just lost the first tip that bachira told him and as he quotes “if you like someone you’ve got to like have shared interest right?” and clearly and unfortunately he just cannot get into dress to impress in the same way that you just aren’t really interested in football which he completely gets. but now he’s in doubt about his own situation and by that he means the love test percentage thing he was convinced to take by again bachihara - failing at a whooping 15% that he was meant to be your soulmate. but if there’s something he’s good at, its perseverance and he will not give up just because multiple kids in the game called him skibidi toilet
and right now he thinks hes absolutely down bad and he is only proving the allegations that he really has a crush on you when hes spending time after football practice to play dress to impress. even worse, hes looking up online guides on “cheatsheets” to get outfits, entering millions of codes to unlock hidden items, spending the entire night playing this game.
and of course, its at 4:30am when you log in only to find one person playing dress to impress and youre pretty sure this is the equivalant to a sleep paralysis demon as you blink all the sleep away in your eyes to confirm the words in front of you: itoshi rin is playing dress to impress in the middle of the night. more specifically, itoshi rin who preaches about taking care of ones body by sleeping early, eating all three meals, doing yoga every single day is ruining his sleep scheuldue for a roblox game. and as all sleep deprived people do, you send him a message to confirm that its in fact him and not a hacker.
chat
you: r u playing dti or have u not logged out of dti since class 😭😭
rin: playing
you: R U ACTLLY INTO DRESS TO IMPRESS… who r u impressing 🙏🏻🙏🏻
rin: you
and you feel your heart stop - and not because of caffeine, or another realisation that yoive forgotten to do your work right in class or winning a lucky draw from the ice cream you share with rin. but then the realisation hits and youre now instead let down because of course sleep deprived him would say such words that unfortunately made your heart pump because of all the years you’ve known him, you know that whenever he doesnt sleep well, he always becomes a different person, spouting nonsense about everything and anything as all the logic that he’s so used to melts away from his brain. and so you without thinking close your phone and leave itoshi rin on read.
and maybe its even worse that when you wake up, you realise rin sends you the number of stars he’s collected over his overnight grind that’s somehow more than the amount you’ve gathered throughout the weeks of playing dress to impress and even funnier because he’s clearly texting the wrong person.
chat
rin: (1 attachement)
rin: is this a good rank bachiara
rin: should i check if mine n y/n’s soulmate on that love website increased
you: shld be 100%
rin: from 15%?
you: i’m more accurate than it btw r u still on dti
rin: ?
rin: oh ignore
you: no lets play tgt actlly vote me 5* i need to have more stars than u
and you can’t wait to go to math class to play dress to impress with rin at the back of the class (spoiler alert: he won all the rounds somehow) now dating (he gives you five stars)

omg south indian baddie in this app😭!!! i'm glad im not alone here.
i'm actually planning to write neet to get into my desired college but i actually didn't study properly like i can def not get into that college with the way i have prepared. ik i can manifest it but still hesitate ab it and also i'm rly scared like my parents have a high hopes on me and this exam is very competitive. do u think it is possible to manifest???
South Indian baddie supremacy, yesss!!🫶 First of all, you are NOT alone in this. Second girl, you already KNOW you can manifest this. NEET, competition, expectations, lack of prep? None of that matters unless you say it does. The only thing standing between you and your dream college is your hesitation.
You don't have to stress about 'deserving' it or 'preparing enough' when you've already DECIDED it’s yours. Do you think reality is out here keeping score? No. Reality reflects YOU. So stop questioning, stop hesitating, and step into your power. People manifest crazier things every day why would your dream college be an exception?
You got this. Not 'maybe' not 'hopefully' you HAVE IT. Move like it’s already done, and soon, you’ll be telling others how you did it too. Watch how everything falls into place just because you said so.

•2.11.23• D-5/30•
Exams start from 4th so updates may become erratic. Since last time, I barely made the passing marks for Chemistry, I have prepared for chemistry a lot. I hope I get a distinction this time because it really pulls down my self confidence if I get less in the school exams (although people tend to ignore these exams and concentrate more on the competitive ones as long as you don’t fail). It’s a matter of pride I believe. I studied for a bit over 10 hours and my mind was not “minding”. It was Gymnopedia No 1 on repeat that pulled my shits back after the 7th hour.
Things I did-
Thermodynamics revisions-> (the entire chapter)
Equilibrium -> from NCERT theory only
Periodic table-> some (boring) parts
Solved thermodynamics questions
Exercise-> 1 set from “Stretching” app for beginners
Also I recovered from chicken pox and can go out of my room again. Feels heavenly to be out in the sun T_T

Random free gyan for chotus here
I took time off from social media, news, everything for a while. I logged out of my main insta page. I used the internet only to watch lectures, dance and writing. I have come back but I no longer login to tumblr like I used to nor do I use my other accounts for Instagram that much. My main account is still logged out since 27th August. Hence, here are some few things I discovered/realized
1. Navigating through loneliness, FOMO, and restlessness about your work/future/friends etc
I took a drop year in 2022, gave entrance exams till July and I have now secured a college. All this while I barely talked to my school friends who themselves were busy in their courses and college activities. So it does feel sad and a little depressing seeing everyone do other stuff while you are here in a small room studying the same 11th 12th books.
Then I made a new insta account once again after my exam dates neared so I would reconnect with everyone again. Does it happen so easily? Not at all. I was still alone. I would like reels, stories and posts but apart from that nothing except a few calls from friends.
That did give me a desperation to share everything about myself. No one to talk to, no friend nearby and you have so much to talk. I remember staying late up and writing god knows what on my closed stories, ranting about my crying episodes every damn thing. Then after getting a college I was still feeling lost, thinking what to do ahead regarding my career plans. I would then chat with whoever I found from school groups or online friends groupchats late at night but a lot of it was just shallow interaction because I wanted to pass time and not utilize time. We all write about the strange cringe feeling we get after oversharing about ourselves, put up memes for it, but do we ever work on it.
Yes, you can shitpost on tumblr, reblog those relatable posts but you have to put in work to control yourself. And after a while I was fed up. I knew I needed to change it. I needed to put a line over myself which made me disable and log out social media accounts. I came back home after completing my admission related work at my college, finally deciding to find my own worth, fix my restless hopeless personality for wanting to share everything on the first online app I get. This doesn't mean that you stop posting on tumblr. I literally wrote in all caps about savitha Sastry, dance stuff, college, yes. But if you are someone who is alone preparing for exams, away from friends, do not give in to that strong desperate urge to put up everything for everyone to read; to share every bit of it to the new person you made friends online.
I have had my own share of FOMO. Not knowing what I am doing with myself while seeing others doing internships, attending competitions, fests and trips while I sit here scrolling right to left. We are all online most of the time, but it is really necessary to not attach your sense of worth to social media.
Some of you are younger to me, still in school, and maybe you all aren't at that stage now, you all can be tomorrow for preparing for entrances or other stuff that will demand you to be away from social events for a while, to have a rigorous academic schedules. It's sad, but that's how it is. Maybe some change can be brought later for young minds to still have a healthy routine that combines studies as well as other activities.
If you all ever get this dreadful feeling wondering where you are, what are you doing, is it all even worth it. I need you all to take a deep breath. Yes, it is worth it. Yes, you are at the right place, and yes you are learning at this age so you are doing good. It's okay. Your attempts, your hardwork will always get you 'success.' failure is a path to success, and all that disappointment, sadness etc will exist. You will have endless doubts over yourself but please remember that all of it was worthy. You will definitely see in some later period that whatever you underwent was all worth it.
But what about my lost time, lost friends didi?
You know little ones, friends change with age. Some stay intact for a long time while some move away and sometimes you grow out of it. Sometimes you will also reconnect with those friends from class with whom you barely had any conversation but later you see them talking with you and you realize that they are fun too.
And about lost time... I did this mistake too. You all never lose time. You aren't ahead in the race nor are you behind. You are where you have to be. You will get your desired friends, colleges and life. But to reach there, that 'lost' time teaches you patience. And to learn patience, one needs to learn how to wait through hopeless situations and endless moments of despair where you want to give up. But that's the catch, if you give up, you don't learn it anymore.
This is why for every thing that sometimes goes wrong in your life at this delicate stage where you all are growing up, I want you all to be kind to yourself. Take a deep breath, and indulge yourself in your favourite activity or close your eyes and actually meditate or just listen to music depending on your mood. Yes, the same advice everyone gives, but it works. You all, me, everyone needs discipline bacha. Wherever you see yourself, be it career, financial stuff or relationships, one needs to learn discipline and patience. You need to learn how to control the mind because it's going to be very easy to fall into a mindless scrolling session, or giving in to other distracting temptations.
The mind loves chaos. It easily jumps to doubtful thoughts. In the end, from this age you need to learn to control the mind and take steps to be your best self, best adult figure for your younger self to look upto. Jin posts ko reblog karte ho ki I want to be the woman, my 10 year self would look upto etc uske liye effort time sab lagana padega.
Meine bhi voh memes pinterest posts like reblog ki hai that were about existential crisis, the absolute dread of not doing anything in life and other stuff that are actually problematic in the long run for the mind. Kahin na kahin tum jab inko like reblog karte ho they do retain inside your head and tum vaise hi mind ko train karte ho.
Aaj jee neet cuet ke liye akele sabse durr rehna hai, kal badme masters ke liye wait karna padega ek saal ya phir baki exams. Uske liye vapas doston se durr, ek room mein padhai, phone kamm, shaadiyan trips band hoti rahegi. We all need to take life in a simple and easy way too. And sometimes these problems have solutions that you all know deep inside but choose to procrastinate or not take a step towards it.
In the end all of you chotus, just understand one thing ki life badi hai. Aaj yeh nahi hai kuch mahine baad sab milega vapas. Phir kuch pal baad tumhe vapas se akele rehna padega yeh phase sabka hota rehta hai. Rona aarha hai ro lo, akelapan lagega but iske liye jaisa meine pehle kaha tumhe hi khudko kehna hoga ki mujhe apne life mein abhi bahut kuch karna hai yeh sab usi laksh tak le jayegi. I know you all are wonderful, and capable of so many things. You all need to wait for a while, and work hard. Tumhare friends sab tumhe badme milenge humesha aisa boring akela phase zindagi bhar nahi rehta aur nahi hai humesha Bunny from yjhd types happening hogi.
Jab yeh sab permanent nahi hai toh bas mann ko samjhao ki apne kaam pe dhyan do. Tumblr pe bhadas nikaldi kabhi ek baar kisiko overshare kar diya theek hai chalta hai par isse apni personality mein pura entwine nahi kar daalo.
You all are made for so much for. There's so much in life that you all will slowly experience, good and bad everything. You all are growing up and I wish you all the best for it.

A common refrain I frequently hear from students is some version of “I’m so exhausted.” With classes, homework, exams, extracurriculars, standardized tests and all sorts of other obligations, it’s understandable why students feel stretched to their limit. There’s pressure to succeed from all angles, and it seems to only heighten with each passing year. Just as the academic rigor and demands increase, so does the potential for burnout.
According to Psychology Today, burnout is “a state of chronic stress that leads to physical and emotional exhaustion, cynicism and detachment, and feelings of ineffectiveness and lack of accomplishment.” While it’s easy to think of burnout as nothing more than normal high school stress, it is important to recognize it as a distinct experience. Acknowledging it as such is the first step to avoiding it. Here are some steps you can take to avoid and/or combat burnout.
1. GET ORGANIZED
Let’s face it, sometimes the onslaught of responsibilities seems never ending. Just as soon as you’re done with one task, there are another fifteen to tackle. Juggling everything at once may come naturally to a few, but for most, a better bet is to develop strong organizational skills. Use a calendar to keep track of priorities and deadlines. Set reminders on your phone so you won’t forget. Organize your notes and assignments to help you prepare for tests. Use whatever system works for you, but make sure there’s some sort of structure you can rely upon.
2. MANAGE YOUR TIME
Breaking down your responsibilities into manageable chunks will help you focus, and focus is essential to getting your work done efficiently. Recognize which classes require more out of you, and allocate your time accordingly. Working in set time chunks and taking brief breaks throughout your studying will keep you fresh. Waiting until the last minute to get things done puts you on the fast track to burnout. Plan things out in advance to have a clear picture of what exactly you are responsible for and when it is due.
3. SET REASONABLE GOALS
Many students opt for the most rigorous academic course load possible in today’s competitive college admissions landscape, but try not to bite off more than you can chew when it comes to academics. Overestimating just how much you can handle academically is the quickest way to overload yourself. While colleges want to see you challenge yourself, they also want to see you succeed. Be honest with yourself and your goals to help you chart out a practical academic schedule.
4. DEVELOP HEALTHY HABITS
Eating well, exercising regularly and getting a good night’s sleep are often the first sacrifices for busy students. However, these are some of the most important steps you can take to reduce stress and stay on track with your responsibilities. To function at your highest, you should maintain a relatively active lifestyle and fuel your body properly. I’m not suggesting you have to be an Olympic athlete, but even 30 minutes of daily exercise along with a steady diet of fruits and vegetables can provide you with a much needed boost to power you through each day. I know it can be difficult to get seven to eight hours of sleep each night, but it’s worth it, it’s worth it, it’s worth it!
5. LIMIT DISTRACTING DEVICES
Technology is rampant in this day and age, and while much of it can be utilized to assist with you with your work, the opposite is equally true. The instantaneous nature of social media may make you feel like you need to stay connected at all times, but that constant connection will drain your energy and eat away the time you should be dedicating to your work. Adding a steady stream of social information to your responsibilities only increases your levels of stimulation. Disconnect from the apps (particularly close to bedtime) and concentrate that energy on accomplishing your tasks.
All of the work you invest in high school is in pursuit of a higher goal, and keeping your goals in mind can keep you driven and motivated. It is completely normal to occasionally max out, but it is important to recognize your limits and deal with them appropriately. Utilizing the tips above, you should stay fresh and remain on track to your success.

Do you want to pursue a course in one of the best National Law Universities (NLUs) in India? And in case of yes, the Common Law Admission Test becomes your opportunity. In Class 11 or 12 or you are in a gap year, CLAT Preparation requires strategy, consistency, and a shrewd plan.
This is a complete guide that not only helps you get your hands on everything that you should know about the CLAT 2026 on the day of the exam, but will also assist you in formulating an effective plan to study and get ready to appear and pass all sections with confidence.
Tumblr media
What does CLAT 2026 mean?
CLAT 2026 is a national law university entrance exam administered by 24 national law institutions (NLU) in India for admission to undergraduate (UG) and graduate (PG) law programs. It is an aptitude test consisting of five sections, all of which are tested: English, Current Affairs (with General Knowledge), Legal, Logical, and Quantitative techniques.
It is administered by the Consortium of NLUs, and the level of competition is stiff- more than 60,000 applicants appear every year to take it.
Reasons Why You Need to Start Early in CLAT Preparation
CLAT is not a test that can be prepared within a month. It is a test of skills and it assesses your knowledge, critical thinking, and as well reasoning capabilities. The greatest advantage to starting early in CLAT Preparation is to start as early as in Class 11 or in the earlier part of Class 12 itself:
You can learn concepts as you like.
You'll understand how to allocate adequate time for practice exams.
You can remain stress-free when the board exams approach.
Your safest bet of rocking CLAT 2026 is to be disciplined throughout the year, which helps you blaze through.
CLAT 2026 Exam Dates
The Consortium of NLUs has not yet made an official announcement on the CLAT 2026 Exam Dates. However, based on previous trends, here’s a tentative timeline:
Tumblr media
It's important to keep checking the official website of the Consortium for updates on CLAT 2026 Exam Dates, application deadlines, and syllabus changes.
Understanding the CLAT Exam Pattern
Before beginning a study schedule, you should become familiar with the CLAT 2026 pattern:
Tumblr media
Note: All questions are comprehension-based and multiple-choice. There is a negative marking of 0.25 for each incorrect answer.
Subject-Wise CLAT Preparation Strategy
1. English Language
What’s tested?

Take newspapers such as The Hindu daily.
Read RC passages daily (try to make it 2-3 times a day).
Maintain a vocabulary notebook and revise once every week.
Consult such resources as Word Power Made Easy and apps as Quizlet.
2. Current Affairs with General Knowledge
What’s Tested?
On the national and international levels
The corresponding news about awards, appointments, sports, and legal news
The current affairs associated with static GK
Preparation Tips:
Keep yourself informed by reading updates in reputed sources i.e., sources such as The Hindu, Indian Express, and periodic magazines such as Pratiyogita Darpan.

Preparation Tips:
Begin with NCERT books of ninth and tenth classes.
Make formulas flashcards.
Never overlook this, it scores points when done in a good way.
Building a Study Routine for CLAT 2026
Achieving in CLAT is 30 per cent of what you know and 70 percent of how you practice. Your CLAT Preparation schedule should be done like this:
Phase 1: Foundation
Establish a concentration on concept building in every section.
Keep it slow: 2 hours a day.
Weekly schedule:
1 day each on English, GK, Legal, Logical, and Quant.
1-day discussion.
1 day to practice/mock tests.
Phase 2: Practice
Begin full-length mock test (weekly).
Examine all the tests and spot the weak points.
Strengthen the time of study: up to 3-4 hours a day.
Phase 3: Revision & Speed
Pay attention to the correctness and the speed.
Practice through last year's papers.
There are sectional tests, topic-wise.
Phase 4: Intensive mock test
Every week, take three comprehensive practice exams.
Adjust your temperament for the test.
Review significant court cases and notes.
Previous Year Papers and Practice Tests: Your Ace up the sleeve
Mock tests are one of the strongest devices in your CLAT Preparation process. Make sure that you do a minimum of 40-50 mocks before the exam. Each mock:
Helps you understand time management.
Tones your stamina for taking a test.
Displays your weaknesses and strengths.
Also, working through question papers of the previous years will help you get acquainted with the pattern and the level of difficulty.
Use Online Resources Wisely
Admittedly, many free and paid resources can be found online and help you prepare for CLAT 2026:
YouTube Channels: LegalEdge, StudyIQ Law, Unacademy Law
Websites: Consortium of NLUs (updates shall be officially on this site),
Apps: CLAT Possible, Oliveboard, GradeUp Law Apps
Use not too many resources. Do not go deep, 1-2 good resources per topic should do.
How to Stay Motivated for CLAT 2026?
Studying for a hard exam such as CLAT with all its rigours may at times be daunting. These are some of the things that you can do to maintain your morale:
Make weekly plans and allow self-privileges as you meet with goals.
Find a peer group or an internet group to compete and discuss healthily.
Watch some CLAT topper’s interviews or motivational videos.
Rest and avoid burnout--it is important to do both.
Common Mistakes to Avoid in CLAT Preparation
Some of the Common Errors to be avoided in the preparations for CLAT:-
Disregarding Quantitative Techniques - Do not think that it is too hard and is not important.
Missing on mock analysis- One should not only take tests but should also learn from them.
Concentrating on legal reasoning - Even out the differences in all five sections.
Postponing current affairs: Keep up to date: it is not something you can leave to the last moment.
Following the strategies blindly of the toppers - Work out your routine, which should be adopted according to what suits you.
The Summing Up: Preparation, the Smart Way
CLAT 2026 is not a knowledge test -it is a skill test. Therefore, you should not only think about what to study but on how to study. The more intelligent you prepare, the better your chances of making it to this competitive exam.
Remain attentive, manage resources well, and have faith in what you are doing. Frequently visit the official portal to announce the details of CLAT 2026 Exam Dates, syllabus changes, and the pattern of the paper. And so with the right strategy and hard work, you will reach your dream NLU in CLAT 2026.
