OOOHHHH SORRY NOT TO DSMP MUSICAL POST ON YOUR DASH BUT I HAD THOUGHTS DURING MUSIC.

Ok 1. Techno would have a song in the same kind of style as be prepared, Like in terms of backing and vibes, but not about killing the king for power. Maybe instead of hyenas its the wolves.

2. There could also be a reprise of the song before but this time its a duet on doomsday between Phil and Techno. And maybe instead of many different instruments its only violin playing

3. There would be a song that Dream sings about exile and its all dark n gloomy with lots of like slow melodic beats, kind of in the style of trust in me from the jungle book

4. Ok so the musical would change the ending because cannon fucking sucked and so instead of what bullshit we got Tommy would kill Dream and he would sing a reprise of the song Dream sang at the start of exile as a song showing that Dream can no longer hurt him

5. There would also be a cheesy country style love song Ranboo sings for Tubbo and in the hypothetical musical there would be enderman in the background like cheering him on

Welcome to the official DSMP MUSICAL ACCOUNT!!! We are working on a musical based off of the hit minecraft series The Dream SMP by popular creators Dream and George!

Here, we will post updates on the musical ( which will be animated soon enough lmao ) and if there are any open roles. This is a HEAVY WORK IN PROGRESS and will probably start actual production sometime in the next year or so? If that sounds interesting to you, feel free to follow!

A little about me, I am a young artist inspiring to do something big with my life. I have mental issues and disorders that may have a negative impact on my life, but negativity NEVER does anything! I wish one day people like me can look up to me and know that no matter what is wrong with them, what people think of them, that they can do anything with their life!

I love greek mythology and musicals (if you couldn’t tell LOL) and I was inspired to make this musical because of the already online and POPULAR MUSICAL L’ musical (L’ Manberg: The musical on YOUTUBE) and also EPIC THE MUSICAL, and many MANY more! I’ve already tried to make musicals before and lost hope, but I am 100 % COMMITTED to making this musical!

Welcome home, Theseus!

We are making a Dream SMP musical; that's a lie, woops, we're making 5!

The main one making the lyrics may end up crashing and burning this project, though, so don't entirely count on it!

We're making 5 total musicals; Tommy, Tubbo, Dream, Philza, and Technoblade. This will take many years to complete all 5 on our own, but we're always happy for some kind of help!

Have an interpretation on a character and you want to tell us? Send an ask! Even if you're nervous, you can anon it. The Dream SMP is just Minecraft Blockmen in this context!

"Oh, this person did this and this person did that!" We get it. We're including all lore important people, this is a muscial about the canon characters and not the content creators.

@charbeloved is the creator and mod here on the blog, and a major Dream SMP fan. Char joined the fandom late into TommyInnit's second exile and has since taken up rewatching Tommy's PoV in it's entirety. She's a fanartist, Ao3 writer, and fansong enthusiast. She went from watching Tommy, to Techno, to both Techno and Ranboo, and now occasionally watches Tubbo and Ranboo from time to time to check up on them. Making a musical has always been a want for them, and considering she knows the lore like the back of her hand? They're very excited to start this whole thing.

@naris-606 is a friend of Char's and an admin, lyric helper, and singer. Nari has been part of the DSMP fandom since the red festival where they watched it live from Techno's perspective. From that point on they watched all the way up to the end of Techno's run. And since then they've watched multiple theories, fan works, summaries, everything they could get their hands on fan content wise. They've cosplayed Techno more times than they can remember, and are so very honored to be part of this project.

I want white flags! While flags, outside your base, by tomorrow, at dawn, or you are dead!

Each muscial will follow the same eras, the same amount of songs with a few taken out for what they genuinely missed. The longest saga will be Dream's and the shortest will be Philza's.

As none of us are actually linked with the Dream SMP, no links to any big MCYTs either, this is entirely based on Char's take on the SMP with motovations and different input from others!

We welcome people who source from any character to come join us, be it a PoV sourcing such as someone who's got a bit of a Delusional Attachment to c!Tommy or more of a minor source, such as someone who's got an alter of c!Quackity!

**In our starting team, we have a person who DAs c!Tommy. Any kind of sourcing is valid, be it just memories or entire personas. As long as you are not actively trying to impersonate anyone.

EPISODE ZERO DONE!

Here a peak at the musical so far!

Takes place on a hilly area, a plain of land below. Dream walks onto screen, George soon following after. Dream stops walking once he reaches the hill.

Dream[spoken]: “Don’t you think it would be cool if… I don’t know, I made something big? Like a nation or something… because this stupid place is kinda… well, stupid”

Dream looks back at George.

George[spoken]: “How? Not to be rude, but you’d be a terrible king.”

George says this with a joking undertone, yet he somewhat means it. He yawns as Dream laughs

George[spoken]: “Anyways, why am I here again?”

Dream sighs

Dream[spoken]: “Well, I was thinking of this being our nation, you know? You would rule by me and we could be amazing kings! Together!”

George[spoken]: “Nah, sounds stupid. We’re just kids and even if you tried, that takes time, effor, and money that we don’t have”

Dream sighs. George walks away and Dream watches him walk away with sadness in his eyes.

Dream sighs before looking down at the land below. The scene suddenly glitches / cuts to an older dream looking down at the land below, covered in buildings and his nation, the SMP flag waving high.

George walks up to Dream, his gaze locked on his friend while Dream’s masked face is locked on the land.

George[spoken]: “I didn’t expect you to actually do it.”

Dream[spoken]: “I know. That’s probably why I feel so proud, I proved you wrong.”

George[spoken]: “Shut up, I know I doubted you but it's cool...”

Dream[spoken]: “Thanks, Goggy. . .”

George[spoken]: “Of course.”

And then George walks off screen, leaving Dream to think by himself.

itll have 5 povs in drafts, i have 3 entire docs so i can do it in my google docs.

i have plans for tommy, tubbo, dream, techno, and phil. thats it.

im def. getting tommy, i may never finish this, and i hope to make this accurate. ill be watching everyone's pov for their story and whoever is closest to dream durong points of drea!'s life.

i currently have 5 sagas planned out. with some members getting fewer due to joining ij the middle of one or at the very end of one

So! Just teeny update, we have all PoV singers!

We've also made a demo for Song Two, "My Son," of Shatter Wings, Phil's musical! I'm still working on writing lyrics and figuring out different melodies and instruments for everyone.
