“I am St. Germain, keeper of the violet flame.

You who have the physical lifetime to live need to realize that much more of you is nonphysical and coexists in this moment with this lifetime. You are meant to anchor in more of that which you truly are, and you do that every time you find something in your physical reality to love. When you give your attention to that which inspires love within you, that’s when you know yourself more fully as you truly are. And the trick is to not then become dependent on the object of your affection staying in that lovable state.

The trick is to recognize that the love you feel was always inside of you, just waiting to get activated and waiting patiently to be expressed by you. How you express the love that you are makes you a unique aspect of Source. It’s the same love. It’s the same stuff, but it’s being presented in a variety of different ways because it is so multidimensional, so multifaceted, so expansive, so universal, and so infinite that it requires all the different forms of expression that you and others can give it. That’s why you need not compare what you are doing to what anyone else is doing.

Everyone has their unique expression of the love that they are to offer to humanity, to the galaxy and to the universe. You don’t have to do anything that anyone else does, and how you express is supposed to be different. It is supposed to be uniquely yours. And therefore, when you get inspired and you go within, when you find the spark of Divinity within you and then you express it, you can rest assured that others will respond to it. And maybe it won’t be everyone, but that’s okay. The ones who are meant to receive it will. The ones who are meant to experience your book, your movie, your work of art, your music, will find it and it will find them.

And you will inspire others to then love something that is outside of them, or appears to be anyway, so that they can then access the love they truly are and express it in their own unique ways. This is the ripple effect. This is how we are all connected, and this is the tapestry of life on Earth and throughout the universe that we are all weaving ourselves into moment by moment, inspiration by inspiration and creation by creation. 

Don’t worry about what you are supposed to do or what you are supposed to create, but instead continue to look for that which inspires love within you, and then don’t get attached to it. But instead, relish the feeling that you have inside of you that represents the Source of all of us and that wants to continuously be expressed by you and through you. And that is how you live a life in service to Source.

✮⋆˙𓆩♱How To Create The Life You Want𓆩♱𓆪 ✮⋆˙

We are here for you. We are The Creators. We are a twelfth-dimensional collective of nonphysical beings, and we are here to help.

We know that you are struggling at times to maintain a higher vibration, and we also know that you do not always see the connection between your vibration and what you are creating and manifesting in your experience. But if you look at your current state of life circumstances, and you ask yourself what the general tone is of those life circumstances, you can usually find your current vibration within them. In other words, you can tell what you have been vibrating by the unique circumstances of your life experience in any given moment.

Now, you don’t have to look at the circumstances of your life and conclude that all is now lost. You can always now turn it around, and one of the ways that you do turn it around is by changing the way you feel about your current life circumstances. And so, you can begin to vibrate at a higher frequency simply by looking at the world around you from a different perspective, through a different lens.

You can choose to be in a higher-vibrational state by choosing how you are looking at the people in your life, at the finances of your current accounts, and at your job, your neighbors, your health, your body, and anything else that you might be looking at and wondering where everything went wrong. Now, as you change your perspective, you immediately change what you are looking at. Therefore, you can experience the power of the vibration you are offering immediately. 

You may not change it in a way that is very noticeable to you in that moment, but if you continue to hold that vibration and you don’t give up, you will experience the changes that you want to see in the outside world. You change you, and you change everything outside of you. It is just that simple. 

Now you might be wondering, ‘How do I change the way I am looking at something when the thing I am looking at is so detestable?’ Well, first of all, you can accept it as a challenge to do so. You can acknowledge that everything was made by Source and of Source, and therefore, everything is God and everything is Love, no matter how it might look, or feel, or smell to you.

Therefore, you can begin the journey there, and then start to ask yourself, ‘Why Source would have made something of Itself in such a way. What would be the purpose?’ The purpose is to give you the opportunity to be your real self, your whole self, in spite of those circumstances. You must have a condition that you find unlovable before you can be unconditional love in the face of those circumstances. And you knew you could do it, and we know that you can do it, and certainly Source knows that you can do it.

Do you know you can do it right now, however, is the question, and only you have the answer. And if you don’t think you can in any given moment, then certainly walk away from the subject and go do something, or see something, or smell something that will raise your vibration, that will make it easier for you to turn your attention back to the thing that you would like to love unconditionally. 

That is your work; that is the work of everyone there on Earth today. And you know that you are surrounded by challenges, but you also know that they are challenges that will make you more of who you really are when you face them. So don’t toss anything into the garbage bin, because it all has value for you, and it all is a part of this life experience that is meant to show you who you really are as Source Energy Beings.  

We are The Creators, and we love you very much.

The Creator - You Are Source Energy

By now, you understand the true nature of your being. You are aware and  you are awake. And in some ways, there is nothing left to do. There is nothing that you must achieve. There is no series of steps that you must  perform.   We want you to give yourselves credit for having woken up in this day and age in the type of society that you live in. This information is not  taught in your schools. It is not broadcast on your televisions. You  are pioneers in this day and age.   To know yourselves as Source Energy is a pretty big accomplishment, and you deserve to celebrate yourselves for having made that realization in  this lifetime.   And so what else is there for you to do, now that you have this information? Well, for one, you can begin to enjoy yourselves. You can let go of all of your attachments. You can sit quietly and listen. You can enjoy a sunset. You can stare at a puffy cloud. You can breathe the  air. You can dance and you can sing. And you can forget anything and  everything that may look like a trouble, a problem, or something that  you need to worry about.  

Because as Source Energy beings, you recognize that everything is. That  is all. You are everything and everything is. It’s not good. It’s not  bad. It just is. So, have the experience of your life that you choose to  have.  

Know that you don’t need to hasten your expansion or your ascension, or  your evolution. These things are automatic. It is built in to your  structure. You don’t need to worry about being left behind in this  process. In fact, you are the leaders of it. So the best thing that you can do now that you know yourselves as Source is to live like you know yourselves as Source. It is that easy.

YOUR HIGHER SELF ∞ QUAN YIN “It is I, Quan Yin. Accessing your higher self’s energy is your fastest route to holding a fifth-dimensional frequency. Since you already are your higher self, there’s nothing that you need to do, or achieve, or conjure up in order to find yourselves offering a fifth-dimensional frequency. So it’s as easy as allowing yourself to be the fullest version of you that you can at this time be. Your higher self is no longer a concept to you, and it is not some thing or someone out there, somewhere. It is an aspect of you that you sometimes allow to come to the forefront of your consciousness. Because you are still letting go of the control that the ego cherishes so much, this is a process. It is not as though you access your higher self and then the game is over. All You Need to Know is Here (Within) ∞Thymus: The Collective of Ascended Masters, Channeled by Daniel Scranton

“Blessings. We are Thymus. We are the collective of ascended masters.

We endeavor to awaken within you more of the knowledge and the wisdom that lies dormant within you. You do not only access wisdom and knowledge through learning from books, videos, and other people. You access all that you need by recognizing that it is within you and then seeking it out. When you are being given a high-frequency energy transmission, such as this one, you are more likely to access what has been buried deep down inside of you. And you may even attribute that new knowledge or wisdom to us, but we deserve not one iota of credit for it. 

It is within you, and it is you, and we are the facilitators. We are the ones who inspire, but we also want you to recognize yourselves as the ones who contain everything that you need inside of you. So what do you need to know then? You need to know who you really are, and you need to know that everything is within you. You sometimes feel lost in this world, in this sea of possibilities. You sometimes feel confused about what you are to do next, what direction to take in your lives. Our recommendation is that when you are at one of those crossroads, you simply close your eyes, relax, breathe and wait. 

The waiting is the hardest part, because in the waiting, doubt can creep in. When doubt creeps in, it is like going back to the belief that says that you don’t have all the answers inside of you, and maybe you should consult someone else, maybe you need to ask another human being for their opinion on your life. But that can ultimately confuse your mind, and what you want is less confusion. That is why it’s so important to shut off your mind for a while and let yourself receive the wisdom and the knowledge, the intuitive hit that you are getting from within. 

Let it rise to the surface. If nothing happens, and you’ve sat for fifteen, thirty, or even forty-five minutes, do not despair. Do not then assume that you just wasted your time. You did not waste your time. You meditated, and you affirmed your belief in yourself and in what is contained within you. You don’t need to pretend that your physical, logical mind has all the answers all the time, and you also do not need to despair that you don’t know anything. Instead, find the happy medium, and recognize that you will know what you need to know when you need to know it. 

You don’t need information that you don’t need. And so, relaxing and trusting, having patience and faith become a big part of this journey for all of you at one time or another. And the patient one knows that what they need will rise up to the surface. It is a show of faith. It is a belief in the self, the true self, the whole self, and you do not need to go back into doubt as though doubt has all the answers. Remember that the next time you start to feel yourself sliding back into that idea that the answers must be obtained by going to some source outside of you. 

Listen to your hearts and your feelings. Determine for yourselves whether something resonates with you, the real you. And trust that what you haven’t unlocked yet within you will be unlocked, and it will most likely be because you did nothing but focus on something that is putting you in a higher-vibrational state.

Are Physical & Emotional Pain Needed to Grow?

We are The Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

You have an enormous capacity to endure pain, and you have endured quite a bit of it over your lifetimes there on Earth. We know that many of you believe that you need pain in order to grow, in order to evolve, and some of you even believe that pain will even be an integral part of your ascension. But we want you to know that once you feel pain, and you get the message from the pain, you no longer need it and it doesn’t serve you to perpetuate it.

Many of you need to convince yourselves at this point in your lives that pain is no longer necessary. You do not have to take painkillers either, in order to not be in pain. You simply must recognize what the pain is there to tell you and take the message from it. Physical pain will always indicate to you that there has been emotional pain that has either been ignored or suppressed.

When you get in touch with the emotional pain and you allow the emotional pain to be what it is and to be felt by you, then you will find that the physical pain subsides. Sometimes this means being very honest with yourselves, because it can be very hard to admit that you’ve been in denial of something, especially to yourself. But you will find that pain can lead to growth, because of what it illuminates within you.

Ultimately, however, you would like to be able to recognize the emotion and the thought sooner than later so that you do not need the pain to reveal itself to you physically in order to get your attention. You need to know what lower-vibrational emotions you are ignoring and suppressing, because they are indications to you of how you are mis-creating. And as creator beings, you want to create that which is for your benefit, that which is appropriate, and that which you desire.

And so, sometimes you need to have a magnifying glass put over what you have been doing in order to see it. But once you are in pain, you also need to notice how you are reacting to it. What is the emotional response? What is the mental response, and what is the physical response to your pain? These are all indicators to you of how you have been living your life, and you can swap them out for better-feeling responses. You can start to see things differently because of the pain you are experiencing in the moment and recognize that you do not have to live with it.

You do not have to make it chronic, and you can convince yourself that it is a temporary experience meant to send you a message. You can breathe your way through the physical pain, just as you are meant to breathe your say through emotional pain. And in the clearing of physical and emotional pain, you feel relief. In your relief, you are able to create anew. You are able to see yourself and your world differently, and we encourage you to do just that starting now and with every aspect of your life that is not the way you would like it to be.

Saying "Trump is a liar" is sort of like saying "dog bites man". It's a matter of course. Even many of his followers acknowledge his untrustworthiness but back him anyway.

Though it's still useful to have the facts ready in case you run into one of those rare undecided voters.

We went through the speeches Trump made at his two Wednesday campaign rallies in the critical swing state of Pennsylvania, one in Scranton and one in Reading. In those two addresses alone, he uttered at least 40 separate false claims.

Buckle Up for the Solstice Energies

“We are The Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you. 

We have been sending you energies quite consistently, and we have noticed that more and more of you are opening up to receive that which is rightfully yours. In other words, you create by living what you are living, even if you are not asking intentionally or consciously, and those energies are then created by you for you and can be delivered to you by any of us in the higher realms. We do seek to share the most appropriate energies with you when you are ready, and we know that more and more people will be opening up to receive the energies being sent because you have a solstice coming up there on your planet.

And with a solstice comes a greater expectation for change. This occurs at various times in your calendar, and it is always good for you to begin looking up and expecting to receive. It is through your expectation that you are capable of receiving more. And when you sit and meditate, or commune with Mother Earth or Mother Nature, you are showing others the way to open up and receive, even if they are not looking at you or hearing about what you’ve done from you, and that is because you are part of a collective consciousness. Now, you can also receive by kicking back and relaxing, and we highly recommend that you do that as well. 

We recommend you do it as often as you can, because we keep telling you that the hard part is over and you’ve done your work, and we want you to know that these truths are true. You can get into receiving mode now. You can expect more because of what you have done and what you have asked for already, and you don’t have to work hard in order to earn anything, and that includes becoming more of your higher self. 

Just relax into that mode and that level of awareness. Just allow that sense of self to rise up to the surface, and you will experience yourselves as you want to be, rather than as you have been. We are so happy to be a part of this journey with you and to guide you in all the ways that we can, and we want you to buckle up, but also to relax, as you have these wonderful solstice energies coming your way. Expect more and receive more. Become more, because you are destined to do so, and you might as well do so consciously.

Should you wait for your manifestations?

We are here for you. We are The Creators. We are a twelfth-dimensional collective of nonphysical beings, and we are here to help.

We understand you even though we cannot relate to everything that you are experiencing there on Earth because it is so different from our nonphysical plane of existence. We invite you to consider the possibility that you can be helped by those who are living something quite different from what you are living. You know what you need, and you know you have the free will to create what you want to create. We will supply the energy as universal architects within this universe, to help you with those creations.

Now, we cannot serve them up to you on a silver platter once they are created. You must maintain the vibration you were in when you created that manifestation to bring it to fruition in your experience. Now, does that mean you need to think about what you want all the time, or speak about it, write about it, and vision board about it? No, you don’t have to do those things. You can go off and have a good time. Live the life of your dreams as best you can, and be in that higher-vibrational state with your faith that it is coming.

Oftentimes, those who are doing the most to manifest something into their experience have the least amount of faith, or they are believing in the process rather than in themselves and in the law of the universe that states that you will get what you are a vibrational match to. And so, we invite you to consider us to be those who can deliver what you’ve asked for to a certain extent. And we invite you to see yourselves as those who are powerful enough to manifest whatever it is you can dream up in your imagination. You may have to wait longer than you’d like to, however, and sometimes it is the waiting that kills the faith.

And therefore, the best course of action is to love yourself and your life in the present moment, regardless of what is or is not present in your life. Then there is no waiting, because you’re too busy enjoying what you already have, appreciating what already is manifest in your experience, and you have no time for waiting, for checking the clock and the calendar to see how long it’s been since you asked for what you want. Know that it is already yours, it is making its way to you, and as long as you remain true to yourself, you will be in that higher-vibrational state to receive with open arms what you have called to yourself with the power that you have within you to create, manifest and experience the life of your dreams.

Now, when there are others involved, and it becomes a co-creation, you can count on more energy coming your way, and you can focus together on what you want to co-create, and remind each other that life is still good, even though what you have co-created has not arrived into your experience yet. Co-creating is powerful, and you all do it all the time. Certainly, you have all the power that you need with in you, but it is also fun to create with others and to experience your creations coming to fruition and celebrating with one another just how powerful you are.

It is the perfect time for all of you to stand on your own two feet and look out into this universe, claiming it as your creation. We also suggest that you see the universe as a projection of your consciousness that is also colored by the lens of your perception of it. We know that you have heard about these truths before, but what you may not have considered is which aspect of you has been doing the creating of your reality, and you may also be unclear about how much of the circumstances that you have been living were predetermined by you prior to your birth. It is true that when the ego gets hold of this information, it wants what it wants.   Like a kid in a candy store, the ego runs wild and sets out to create everything that it has ever wanted. And that approach to creating your reality does serve you. That is why that information is given to the ego, but what you really want to do, what you really want to demonstrate to yourself is your ability to create your experience of reality in the way that you want to create it. “It is I, Quan Yin. Frequency requires that you give it your attention in order for it to become a greater factor in the creation of your reality. You have access to every frequency in creation, and they all exist within you. But if you are not activating a frequency by calling it forth, and by feeling it, and holding it, then it has very little impact on the world you are experiencing. Frequencies are like beliefs in that sense. The ones you give your attention to are the ones you use to create with. There are several experiences that you have throughout a typical day that contain potential. They contain the potential for you to activate a particular frequency, and the frequencies that you typically activate are the ones you expect to activate. Therefore, most of you are running on autopilot, not giving much attention to that which is most crucially important in your lives. Instead, most of your attention goes towards what has already been created in your experience. And then you tend to think about the different ways in which you can manipulate that which has already manifested. But I suggest that you give what has already manifested the opportunity to stimulate within you the desire for a potential frequency and that you then give your attention to the activation of that frequency. Doing so is a skill and an art form, and it takes practice. But it is well worth the effort on your part, because if you are going to use frequencies to create your reality, you might as well do so consciously.
